After calling the number that had been texting me, I was told the therapist was running 15 minutes behind due to a "family emergency". At that point, after multiple last-minute changes, delays, waste of gas, I felt that my time was simply not being respected. Emergencies happen, and most clients can be understanding of occasional scheduling issues. However, repeated cancellations, rescheduling requests, and delays over the course of 2 days created a very disappointing experience.
