I signed up for an eight session laser hair removal treatment; and only received one treatment before the owner decided to sell the company without notifying the customers. Now I'm responsible for paying for services that aren't being rendered; because I'm trapped in a contract with a third party finance company. I have tried to call the office several times and no one ever answers the phone. I decided to drive there last week and the receptionist decided to take her lunch break even though, she didn't have anyone to relieve her. One of the technicians came out to speak with me and gave me the number to the office manager. She told me that the manager would be able to help sort out the problem with the finance company. However, I haven't received a call and probably won't. I should sue this place.

The entirety of the clinic is spotless. Parking is free for an hour and they also validate at the front desk. I arrived 20 minutes early and was quickly checked in early and ushered right away to an awaiting room. There was no wait before the NP addressed me. She was competent and answered all my questions. I purchased the Groupon and called to make an appointment 2 days later. Please note - if you purchase a groupon you must call to make your appointment. Although you can book online for all of her services, you cannot book online if you're using the Groupon. The Spa is located in suite location. I believe Elaine works alone because the door was locked when I arrived just 10 minutes before my appointment time. Just give her a call when you're outside and she'll be right there if she's working with a client. From the outside it looks small but there were plenty of rooms inside. The Yoni Steam itself was AWESOME! Once I got comfortable and reflexed I fell asleep. That's awesome my measure of how good and relaxed I am during any massage or spa experience. The setting of the actual room and the Yoni seat was a little different than what I'm used to. Here the steaming bath or seat is placed against the wall. You sit on top and just rest your back against the wall. I'm used to more of a comfortable seating and actual chairs with backs and the yoni bath under me. According to Yelp, Contours was established in 2017. I can only imagine how nice of a spa this will be once she gets more established.
