She came over checked out our stuff and told us we weren't allowed to be there because we were over capacity. That's fine - however - that pool at the Element ALWAYS had large groups of people. We had done this before several times with no issues. We moved a few days ago to a place that is larger, private, less money & totally renovated. The people who live at the Element are nice. It's the management and the high cost of rent plus the astronomical utilities. Ridiculous.

I don't understand that their really on it with expired safety checks that has nothing to do with anything, but not on it with the pool.
