They have several topping options from chocolate and nuts to fresh fruit. I saw the employee cutting up fresh strawberries to restock the toppings area. The blueberries were so sweet and crunchy! We've been numerous times but after this evening we probably won't be back, we got there around 7:20 (they close at 8today) and all the toppings were low or not out at all, countertops were dirty all tables were dirty and the chairs were put up. Girls working front counter seemed eager to close up and leave, we had no where to sit and eat our yogurt so we walked around Main st. Disappointed we didn't get the same level of service and product just bc it was near closing time, we were definitely charged the same price as if it was opening and everything was clean and fresh, I hope the owners address this with staff. Unacceptable, won't be back anytime soon read more

They have the best froyo in town! I love how it's easy to access and you can take your yogurt and eat it by the River. My reasoning for four stars was the variety of flavors to choose from. When I went there was only vanilla and chocolate. I really appreciated them giving us sample cups to try the flavors. This makes my experience more enjoyable to see what I like. They have many toppings to choose from and loved to mix the different toppings together. Since summer is coming up, this is going to be a popular spot on Main Street! The kids wanted some frozen yogurt, so we stopped at Kelani Yogurt. I am relieved to see that the potholes in the parking lot were fixed! Upon entering, there was a very strong smell of cleaner, Fabuloso possibly. That strong scent does not mix well with any food. With such a strong Fabuloso smell, I do not understand why this place is so dirty! There are Glade plug-ins around, so those who are sensitive, stay away. The tables and chairs are tired, worn out, dirty, and full of food smears and very sticky. The floor is unmentionable. Not certain that I would even want to see the prep room. Restroom: absolutely filthy. Sadly this place has lots of potential to be thriving! It makes me a bit sad to see only about 4 yogurt choices, but there are no sampling cups so choose wisely. There is a good selection of toppings, lots of candies, stale cookies, fruits, and even boba. The employee had a loud, annoying voice and perhaps he was bothered to come out of his chair in the office? Do better, Kelani, you have so much potential! Finally shops are open and the family and I wanted something cold and sweet. We're not from here so yelp took is here! It's a very quaint and cute shop that's pretty colorful. There were variety of yogurts and toppings however I would recommend maybe including a plain tart and the yogurt was runny not your typical thick yogurt. Also we ordered 3 acai bowls in which we asked the teenager who was working some questions as we didn't see the menu when we walked in. He seemed annoyed and told is to just read the menu. the acai bowl was just ok. We will give it another try when we're back visiting Boerne soon! read more

Sadly we are new to Boerne and we love frozen yogurt but can't give a good review. We have gone a few times and they are always out of most things. It also needs a good cleaning. Yesterday we went and after ordering acai bowls and paying, the girl told us they didn't have half the toppings needed. No Strawberries, Bananas, or mangoes (not quite the tropical bowl I ordered). The granola tasted like it had sat in a refrigerator way too long. Then my husbands yogurt rang up at $14 which is way too high for yogurt no matter what the toppings are. We were taking ours to go and the girl offered a lid but then was annoyed when we wanted it and confused when we wanted a spoon for all 3 of our orders. In addition the girl working had very long hair that wasn't pulled back and I was sure was going to be in our food. yikes. Hoping to see some improvements now that life is getting back to normal. First time here and unfortunately the place was extremely dirty. I was shocked honestly. The yogurt selections were only chocolate, vanilla, banana, and a sorbet. The candy comes out way to fast making the cup pretty much overflow which is also making the weight much heavier in return which means more expensive. Awful customer service. Was never greeted when we came in. Never been here so wasn't aware of having to use gloves which would have been nice to know from the beginning instead of getting after us for getting a cup without gloves. Instead of offering a disposable mask or making us aware that my child needed a mask when we walked in I later was questioned if she had a medical condition that prevented her from wearing one. We have been here several several times, however lately when we go, it May be 30 minutes before closing and the worker has already cleaned the hot fudge and caramel pumps so you can't get any! Also the flavors lately have been very POOR and not all machines have yogurt so that also limits flavors. We called ahead to make sure they were open and see what flavors they had. We got there about 15 min later and the ONE flavor my wife wanted was OUT! The boy at the desk was VERY rude and obviously DID NOT want to be there. We went ahead and got something and once again, the hot fudge and the hot caramel was already out up, 30 min before closing. I asked about the hot fudge and reached in a refrigerator and grabbed the Hershey's Chocolate Syrup and slammed it on the counter and never said a word. We paid and when he turned the screen around to sign he walked off. No thank you have a nice night NOTHING! I am not happy about doing a negative review but it must be done in order for improvement. We love yogurt and it's sad to see so many frozen yogurt shops closing down. The independent froyo shops have a great opportunity to excel, unfortunately this place is just ok. The machines are very dirty (look closely at the pictures) I brought this up with the server and nothing was done about it. The server has poor people skills and didn't even acknowledge us other than to require compliance with a mask and gloves. Very poor customer service, frozen yogurt is just ok. Unfortunately the unsanitary dirty machines leave a bad impression and make me wonder about what goes on in the back of the machine (holding tanks). I truly believe this place improves because we need more frozen yogurt shops to flourish. read more

We love a good yogurt place and since we were in town for a soccer game, we decided to stop here. Not many flavors, several machines out of order. Also, felt a bit scammed as the way the candy pours out of the holders is very hard to control and we all unintentionally got way more candy than wanted (We had to pay more due to heavier weight and we didn't even want much candy!). Also, the place was pretty worn down, the chairs need replacing and walls could use some fresh paint. Delicious stuff, in terms of standard yogurt bar fare. But beware the absolute ineptness of the solely teenager staffed place. You're fine if you're going with a self serve yogurt cup, but order anything else and be prepared for interminable waits and terribly made coffee/shakes. Trust me, stick with the self serve. I've been here twice already and unfortunately, I didn't write my initial review. My initial review would have stated the truth: I was in awe and I was happy after I ate my wonderful dessert. The customer service was good, the place was clean and well-kept and they had a great selection of toppings. I was happy that their froyo had a lot of great benefits to it as well. Definitely 5 stars! In my most recent visit, I was put off by the fact that one of the employees wasn't approachable but she definitely put a smile on for the customers before us. When we went to cash out, she seemed okay but I was still sensing that we didn't belong - I really hope it was just me. On top of it all, the family that was there before us... the dad took OFF HIS CROCS and walked around part of the store barefoot. I could see the ladies at the register and no one paid any mind to it. Then his daughter was barefoot and was sitting on one of the end tables... all the while putting her feet all over the top surface of it. It was disgusting. I know it's up to the parents to say something but when 'dad' was doing the same thing, I seriously doubt he was going to do anything about it. I think what just really got me was that 1. the area this family sat in was in plain view of the register and 2. no one that worked at Kuhl's bothered to say anything.
