Given the previous reviews I wasn't sure if this was the place to take my cracked IPhone 6. I dropped my iPhone 6 on the concrete and the screen shattered. I had so many pictures on the phone I thought we a total loss. Baby pictures, promotional pictures etc. that I didn't back up on my cloud. I took it last week on a Monday and hoped I wouldn't get the dreadful call that there wasn't anything they could do as the guy behind the counter didn't seem to convinced that it could be replaced since it appeared internal stuff could be damaged. Thursday I get a call and I am currently typing on my REPLACED screen!!! I don't know how they did it but it's fixed! I'm glad I gave them a chance and the price was about $100 under what Apple wanted not to mention the waiting period. Not sure why this place has such a low rating. I'm going to try the computer tech side next as my wife has some issues with her laptop. Will update UPDATE! So I took my wife's laptop and they were able to trouble shoot the issue which turned out to be just a bad power supply! Talk about a relief as our desktop contracted what appeared to be a virus. I took the desktop in and hoped they could salvage the desktop even though I know depending on the type of virus, it could ruin the entire thing. I got a call from the manager the next day after drop off and he told me they were able to get rid of the virus thank god! He also suggested some upgrades as I got the machine at micro center and didn't really know what I got. Instead of upwelling me they added some different things that were supposed to help me download and upload things quicker. My wife try's it out and now can upload her college assignments a lot faster and it no longer freezes when opening up power points. I recently had an issue with my iPad charging port. I got an estimate from Keller Computer Care. They told me that if they broke the glass while trying to repair my charging port that it would cost me an addItional $175 to replace the glass that THEY BROKE and that my thumb print I use to unlock my device would no longer work. I also tried calling their shop multiple times but only got a busy signal. Then I decided to read their reviews and found out that many people had issues when they took their Apple devices to them for repair. I ended up taking my iPad Pro to Ben at Oasis Savvy in Keller. They said if they broke the glass that it would be replaced at no charge to me. They did excellent work and returned my iPad quickly. If you want to be over charged then this is the place for you. After paying a ridiculous $60 charge just to look , all my laptop needed was to have windows reloaded. But they broke down windows into sections that you need to pay for each to be installed. After you add $60 I paid for the initial diagnostic fee the bill was almost $300. No thanks cut my loss and picked up my pc. I'll find a friend that can load windows for me. read more

I took my ipnone 8 cellphone in for a new screen and also purchased a screen protector. It literally cracked within 48 hours for no reason. The customers service was awful. I paid over $150 for it to break while in a case with a screen protector. It was not dropped. Customer service said I could come bring it back and get a 20 percent discount on another $119 screen. For typical cell phone repairs Keller Computer Care provides fast turn-around and competitive pricing. The downside is that these repairs are often tedious and are not cheap. Don't waste your time getting frustrated with these people. I should have taken to heart the previous reviews about them but I was hoping they had changed. I took an external hard drive unit to them because I couldn't get it turned on. I was thinking power supply but wasn't sure. They told me it was the "cord" and that I had the wrong "cord." When I ask why did it work for "years" with the "wrong" cord they couldn't answer. When I made the comment that I used the cord that came with the unit when new, they said nothing. I took my unit home with a "new" cord. But I couldn't "see" it with my computer. I called and asked if they had "seen" it when they worked on it. They said they couldn't get into it because they didn't have the password! I said, "So you were able to "see" it and get to the log in page?" They said "No" you just asked us to getting it working and we did! I said, "I"m confused. Did you get to the log in page or not? Did you "see the unit or mount the unit?" They said yes but they couldn't log in!" I said I can't "see" it now so I'm not sure what is wrong. They said, "I don't know we never saw it!" Is it me or did Abbot & Costello answer the phone? As a friend of the owner, this is likely a semi-biased review. I'm a tech guy myself but after suffering a freak screen break on my Galaxy S6 Edge, I was finally in need of some service that I'm not keen to do myself. They've never had the opportunity to fix a broken S6 Edge screen before, but Mike procured a solid OEM part with warranty and I'm happy to say the technician swapped it out very quickly (less than 2 hours) and it's been as good as knew in the couple weeks since. You can't even tell it was serviced. So I may not actually require much in the way of computer services, but it's good to know there's a capable shop just a few minutes away. It's also good that they didn't screw up my phone, because that would have made trivia night a bit awkward. read more

I am afraid to say for 100 bucks to replace my display on an apple s5 I first had trouble with speaker and brought it back which they fixed and then the display lifted from the housing which they fixed again and informed me that all three water indicators were activated except the person who fixed the speaker didn't say that it had water damage they then told me that if the display lifts again they can not fix it under warranty which they were the ones who fixed it in the first place and now it is lifting again!!!! The home key is also sinking so this is all a weeks period of time all this for a display change out I will not recommend this place to anyone read more

TL;DR - Visit Keller Computer Care if you'd like to waste 3 weeks and have your laptop more broken than when you dropped it off. On 3/10, I dropped my computer off because it had stopped charging. There were no other issues, nor had there ever been any. They said it would be roughly a week until they could get the part and get it fixed, which was long that I expected, but oh well. The next weekend rolls around (3/17) and I called back to ask if the part had come in, but they said it hadn't and they'd call me when it did. They didn't. The a couple days later, they finally call me...to tell me that "Oh, it wasn't the power port, it was the battery, and we'll have to order another to fix it." Aggravated, I agreed because what else am I going to do? Also, it is an HP Spectre with an internal battery so sure...maybe you can't just pop another one in there and test it. Another week goes by...I don't hear anything. Now we're pushing three weeks. I call them back and they tell me that they were going to call me, because there was an issue with the RAM now. The woman on the phone didn't have details, someone else would have to call back. They never did...until today. Today they told me, basically, that the RAM was fried and they would have to order new chips to get it to work. $500. Umm...no. You've done enough damage, thank you very much. Now I have a $1200 blinking LED with a fan. At least it powers up now. How do I go from a working computer that won't charge to a computer that will charge but, according to HP's blink codes can't detect its memory and has BIOS timeout? I bet it has something to do with a combination of carelessness, exposed circuitry, and a lack of grounding. Also, what's up with this wire or seal coming out of the hinge? Is that an example of your fine care and craftsmanship? read more

Took in custom computer build to get diagnosed as all parts were new. They were not able to determine exactly what the issue was. So I paid 60 for nothing. You would think they would have parts or tools to diagnose what is wrong. Nope that's not the case... they just order a bunch of parts and then figure out what's wrong with it. Anyone could do this. How do I know they are even fixing what is actually wrong? Unreliable, untrustworthy, and no resources. Also, they didn't respond to my email and don't seem to care about my frustration. read more

The guys inside seem to be lacking in knowledge and competency. My wife brought an Ipad Air 2 in to get the screen replaced. She was quoted a price of $79.99. My wife was shocked as it was a much lower price than every other place we had taken it to. She asked him if you was sure that was the correct price several times. He answered and confirmed several times. While they were filling out the information my wife asked if they also screen protectors for it. He said that they didn't have any in stock, which was fine. My wife pointed to a screen protector that said "Ipad 2" and asked about it and he responded that it was different than the Ipad Air 2. So she accepted that and left the Ipad to get repaired. He calls back the next day to let us know that he gave us the wrong quote that it would be much higher (almost double) because he got the model incorrect. As you would expect, we weren't happy considering that she gave him several opportunities to be sure it was correct only to find out that he would in fact be charging us a higher price. They apologized and said they would refund us and give us the Ipad back. When I went to pick the Ipad up, I asked for an explanation and he said it was his mistake and he didn't realize that it was an Ipad Air 2 which has a screen and digitizer together so it costs much more. This told me a couple of things. 1. If he was too incompetent to know what model it was, then why would I want them to touch it at all. 2. If he did know what it was (and based on the conversation with my wife, I have no reason to think he didn't), then he is not being honest and I wouldn't want to give him my business any way. And in-turn calling my wife a liar. Another guy comes from behind the curtain, to apologize again that guy I was talking to was in training and that he didn't know what it was. I told him shame on him for leaving someone "in training" to man the front end by himself when he clearly didn't know what he was doing. They repaired a 1st gen aluminum iMac for me. The work was done to satisfaction. The customer service was acceptable, but could be improved. The biggest negative was that I received no calls from them until I began calling. The estimated day (it was supposed to be a 2 business day turnaround) came and went. I called, and was told it would be a few more days as they had to order parts. It would have left a much better impression for them to have called me instead, letting me know the status and a revisd estimate. read more

I contacted Keller Computer care to see if they could fix my camera on my dell laptop. They told me it was a simple fix and should take 1-2 days with a $59 diagnostic fee which would go towards my repair. So I took my laptop on a Thursday and they again assured me I would have it by the end of the day Saturday. I waited and called them before they closed Saturday and was told it wasn't ready but Monday ill have it back. Monday comes and goes and was told by Thursday for sure. Again NOTHING. At this point I just want it back without being fixed but they tell me its taken apart they will have it by Monday the next week. Then I get a call Monday they said the repairing work and I could pay several hundred dollars to try the next phase of repair. I politely decline but want it back they tell me ill have it the next day (Tuesday) now its Friday and I finally got it back, they refused to refund me or even a partial for the 2 week wait for absolutely nothing! I went and got a $20 camera from walmart and it works great, should have done that in the first place but was trying to support a local business. I Do NOT recommend and will NOT return! Frustrating Experience that got more frustrating as it went along. I Went in for a screen and battery for an IPhone 6 on Tuesday. After repair the Phone kept rebooting so took phone back on Wednesday. After checking it out they discovered it was a bad battery, so the put old battery back in until they could get more batteries. Friday they called to say that a new battery had arrived at the store so we went in. After we went in they said that all of the new batteries were all used up with 1 hour fixes and that it was "First come first serve" so I needed to come back next week after they get more batteries. I explained that technically I was in line on Tuesday and I should get one of the 3 batteries that arrived that day, he disagreed. Asking for refund on the battery, waiting on the Owner to "approve" my refund request. Needless to say, won't be going back. read more

First, I have used them several times in the past for my computer problems and had no issues therefore didn't think twice about taking my phone there to be fixed. Took my phone in to fix the LCD screen (was not cracked) and they had to order the part which took several days, but I am not complaining about that. Went in to pick it up and they said something was still wrong with the screen and they would have it fixed within the hour. Went back to pick up the phone an hour later and the outside trim was broken and the on/off button did not work NOTE: BOTH WERE NOT BROKEN WHEN IT WAS TAKEN IN THERE!! This was pointed out about the trim and that it would be an additional $25 to fix even though THEY BROKE THE PART. Then the on/off button was told did not work and was informed just to take the battery out or there is an APP where you can turn your phone on/off.. Which makes absolutely no sense!! When I got home the screen went white, so took the battery out but since the on/off button does not work which THEY BROKE could not turn back on. Called first thing this morning and was told they would have to talk to Mike (owner) about the situation and I was told they would message him through IM since that was the only way they could contact him.. Called back at 2:45 and was told they have not talked to him and still have NOT ordered the parts for the broken parts of my phone and again to remind y'all THEY BROKE! So here we are over a week later, with no phone and more problems with it from when I dropped it off... STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

Do not call these people! Had iPad II screen repair, took twice as long as quoted, after repair, several switches not working. Returned, they fixed and it worked for a couple weeks and I can't mute or control volume. This place was a joke. FYI - Apple replaces broken screens for FREE (actuall replaces device) for iPad II, less one learner the hard way and know they tell me to get lost after seeing the poor workmanship Keller Computer Care provided. The customer service is very bad, they do not call you back for quotes rather than repair your equipment & expects you to pay whatever cost they charge. Thank you for repairing my iPad mini. I was given a timeline. I came in and was told that my product would not be fixed until after Christmas unless I paid an additional fee. I explained this on the phone to you. I was told that people that paid an additional fee would take precedence over quoted timelines of 2-3 days. I left the iPad on Saturday morning. It was Wednesday afternoon. I was also told that my iPad had not been touched. I explained this on the phone when you called. I appreciate that you came into work when your assistant called for back up and that you remedied the situation. Had I been told that the iPad would be repaired in a timely manner, I would NEVER have reviewed your company. This was not what I was told. I was told that my mini would not be repaired until after Christmas. I discussed these issues with you in a phone call when you told me my iPad had been repaired. I will pick it up today. Thank you for making good on the initial quote. I wanted to have that back as a gift for a family member. Your help was appreciated. I hope I was clear in the reasons for being initially disappointed. I have adjusted my rating based on the way you came in and helped to right the situation. They repaired an I-Pad 2 with a broken screen for me (1/25/14). When I picked up my I-Pad I discovered other multiple issues with my device. (starting from the home button, volume button to the screen popping out of placement). Had to return my device to receive more repairs. Keller Computer has very bad customer service, this business is unable to call their customers with any updates on their devices and when you try to call them, they can't seem to answer the phone. When I returned my I-Pad to Keller computer Care (2/11/14-had to return a week later because we were out of town for a week), I was informed I had to sign some form stating they're not responsible for any hidden or water damages. This policy took place because they had a customer that was very unhappy with their services. I refused to sign this form because they told me that needed it sign for them to open a new ticket; however, my repair is not new. The young man who wrote my ticket informed me that he will go ahead and open my ticket and will take up the form issue with his boss. (Note: everyone in this office are new and are going through training. The owner Mike later informed me that they just had a big turn around of new employees) (2/15/14) After calling multiple times finally was able to speak with Mike Gallagher the owner and he informed that my device should be ready about 3:30 but to call first to make sure. Called at 3:30 and was informed he couldn't fix my volume button. (Also found out later that part of the touch screen doesn't work) Their warranty notice states "Your complete satisfaction is our goal, please talk to us if you have a problem so we can make it right!" Well, my son tried to talk to Mike and Mike compared his services to a brake shop. Bad comparison. Mike hung up on my son, so we drove up to the shop and we found they closed up early. Mike informed me they had a big employee turn over. Besides the bad customer service, their employees are not able to provide important information to new customers. 2/15/14 I witness a customer bringing in a laptop for repair. Jake from Computer Care informed him the dollar amount for the repair, $180 so the customer asked if it's worth it. Jake stated "Yes, it is". Then Jake started to open his ticket for his repair and asked the customer to sign the famous form. Jake didn't explain what the form was, customer just signed it without reading the form. Bad on Keller Computer Care and bad on the customer. The most funny part of this entire story is that one of Mike's employee (Kindle) "All companies get BAD REVIEWS. And that I-Pads were never intended to be open up" I was like REALLY. This is a shady company. read more

Do not take your Apple product here- it's a scam. I wanted to give a small local business a chance, but this was definitely the wrong one. I brought my Macbook in to find out what was going on with a RAM problem.(I told the technician I suspected it was a RAM issue when I dropped it off after looking it up online.) They took a few days, and they ended up diagnosing it as water damage and told me that my computer was not repairable. I then took it to the Apple Store and the technician there found the problem (RAM/lodging board) in under 5 minutes and offered a repair service. When I went back to KCC to tell them that Apple found the actual problem, they claimed that they do not have the resources for Apple products, so they have been false advertising their services. I wasted my money on their "diagnostic" fee when I should have gone to Apple in the first place for a free and quick diagnosis. They offered me credit towards my next repair since they messed up, but all I have is Apple products so I won't be giving them my business anymore. read more
