This company has demonstrated a disturbing pattern of unprofessional and unethical behavior. Over the course of several years--dating back to a shower installation they completed over six years ago--they have repeatedly contacted my partner, including making inappropriate and threatening remarks involving his wife and mother. We have now been forced to retain legal counsel and initiate legal action due to their ongoing harassment. Absolute terrible customer service. They do not follow through. Have had them at my property 3 times for measurements that they seem to have difficulty taking the correct measurement. Each time scheduled for an install and they would be a no show, no call. This issue has been ongoing for several months. Highly do not recommend this company for service. To top off my frustration with this company, the original quote that I was given twice was not honored, and the last time I was able to get someone on the phone the price almost doubled. I had to keep calling to obtain updates on my glass order and installation -- and my calls were made AFTER the date they said they would call me. I'm paying you, I should not have to chase you for details!! One of the panels for my job was the wrong size (Keller Glass measured it wrong) and that again resulted in delays and missed "promises" for when it would arrive. As for pricing, they did provide a fair quote for my job and then offered a 15% reduction if I completed my order that day...which ended up making them one of the best quotes. So no issues here. I like to support local businesses, but unfortunately that came at the "cost" of customer service, specifically follow-up and setting proper expectations. I have a busted screen. All that is broke are the little corner pieces that hold the sides (frame) together. After trying the big box stores, and then Jabo's (where I learned what I have is a very odd size), I was directed to Keller Glass & Mirror. Even though I arrived a bit after hours, the shop door was open and I stuck my head in. I asked about the part in question and while they did not have the exact part, I was able to get something that might work. I was very impressed with the help I received, especially since it was such a little thing. Their customer service FAILS!!! My first appointment was never put into their computer so they never showed up. My second appointment THEY canceled. My third appointment was today. My window was 10-11. At 11:15 I called. They said the guy would be here in 10 minutes. Ended up he was 1/2 hour late. AND he tracked thick mud all over my carpet. I called and got the "shop manager". When I told him about my carpet his response was "hmmm" when I asked if that was all he had to say, he respond, "I'm thinking". This place was nothing more than a joke. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I went in for something very simple and they couldn't even get it right with 3 attempts. Management never once was reachable. Different employees working at the front every time I went in. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for glass replacement. I would NOT recommend this business. We contacted them in early May to have a damaged upper window pane replaced. They came and measured, quoted a price, accepted their requested 50% deposit, and then, nothing! We made numerous calls, always met with excuses, including that they mis-measured, Finally, 25 days into what we were told would be a 3-5 business day process, the glass has been installed but doesn't match the coated glass in the rest of the window. When contacted they said they don't do coatings and gave us a referral number. Wish they would have referred us to a better replacement service to start with! read more

Absolutely FANTASTIC! We had the team at Keller Glass replace our shower enclosure with full glass panels several months passed...exceptional install. At install there was a small chip (unnoticable) from the manufacturer, had a new panel within 24 hrs. Very professional, great service as always. Sold home and relocated out of state...on trip back to Keller, stopped in for some advice on a less quality install at new house. Orasio was spot on with our concerns and way to fix our concerns! Ordered a replacement mirror for my master bathroom on 4/8/2021, and a month later, after me phoning them, they brought a mirror to install, and it had an incorrect sized bevel. They reordered the mirror, and another month later, again, with me calling them, they brought a mirror to install, and AGAIN, the wrong sized bevel. Another month later, today is 7/7/2021, I drove to their shop, canceled my order, and got my deposit refunded. Not even an apology from Keller Glass & Mirror. Horrible service!! read more

I have used these folks multiple times for various projects over the last 17 years and have always had remarkable results. Their work is top-notch, and their pricing is very reasonable. The front desk staff have always been friendly and helpful. So far it's been a bad experience dealing with Keller Glass and Mirror. I ordered a bathroom mirror/plus framing on 7/1/20 and the said it would be apx two week to install the mirror. After three weeks They said they haven't received the frame material from their supplier. Last week I stopped by there and they said they reordered the material and should get it soon. I asked then you can install it next week, which is this week. I didn't hear from them, so I called Wednesday,the person I talked to said he would leave a message for Jesse, no response I called later in the day left voice mail, again no return call. Very poor customer service! I ended up driving there today, Friday and talked to Jesse and asked why did you tell me it would probably be installed this week. He said they still didn't have the frame material. I said why didn't you call and tell me it was going to be delayed. They tried to to make excuses saying they don't call back if they can't give a date. I said they had poor customer service, leaving their customers hanging by not giving them an update. I said you don't need to give date just a courteously call and say it will be delayed. There was another guy behind the counter that heard us and ask why did you come back (another example of their poor customer service). I said if I knew what I know now I wouldn't have used Keller Glass and Mirror. His attitude was unacceptable for an employee, this is his idea of good customer service! What a joke, after they install the mirror I'm threw using them. It's now 7/31/20 tomorrow is Aug 1st which will be one month that I placed my order! read more

Explained that our glass shower door is having issues that came from them and think it needs realigning and it's like they don't want to hear that & just try to get rid of u instead!! They are price gougers. I just had a window pane replaced. The pane is approx 3' wide, 5' tall, an arc in one corner, and has a blue tint to it. So it's basically a custom glass pane. Unfortunately, the manufacturer no longer makes the blue tinted window that was originally installed in our house. So that made it "interesting" on the quotes I received from three different contractors. The first quote I received was from Keller Glass for $1028.38. The second quote I received was from United Mirror & Glass for $670.35. However, I'm still waiting to hear of they can match the tint. After seeing another recommendation for Good Guys Glass, I gave him a call. He replaced it for $300, and it's a perfect match on the tint. read more

Went in today with a tiny job - trying to replace the glass in a picture frame. These guys normally do bigger jobs I am sure - shower doors, windows, etc. Any way, instead of laughing me out of the shop, the guy took the frame, cut a piece of glass I had to size - going to the back 3 times to get it perfect, then said no charge. What a great experience and good customer service. Took a busted window in and they did not have the glass but did order and fix it for me. They also gave me the info of another glass company that might have it in stock. I had them do it and I was fixed up and they were a pleasure to deal with. Very unhappy with the quality of work. We had a glass top made as a replacement for a round table, paid for tempered glass, and the final product is 1/8 on an inch short all the way around-so the glass does not fit securely and has a gap. They simply asked for a picture and then told me I would need something that didn't line up with what other companies had told me that came to deliver quotes in person. I don't know how to start to describe this place. The installers are great people very kind and pretty much answer any question we had but as fas as managing their business suck. The have me waiting for 3 weeks and it looks like ia going to be another week they always tell e 1 thing and my customer another way different from what they told me. They never call me like they said they would and ask them for an estimate and they said it was gonna be tax and installation included whenever they show up whit the wrong glass to start off they gibe me a different estimate from the one they gave me the first time this has being the worse experience ever and I will NEVER use them again every time I call them it seems like they don't care I have a small remodeling business and if something doesn't go the way I planned it I try to take care of my customers no matter what I have to do ..
