Great place, easy to work with and super friendly! I took my truck in to get all the hail damage fixed from the storms we had in early spring. That hail really did a number on my truck from all the dents to the body, as well as destroying my bed cover. I just got it back and you can't even tell it had any hail damage! So this all started when I had my windshield replaced by safelite and in the process the technician scratched i the roof of my pickup. Safelite owned up and with no issue offered to have it fixed, all good so far. Then, I took my vehicle to Keller Haslet Collision Center. Everything was fine at first and the folks seemed friendly enough. Then I came by when my vehicle was supposed to be finished only to find it parked next to the street unlocked with the window down and the interior was covered, (and I mean covered) in a dried mixture of paint dust and water, both front seats, dash, center console, and steering wheel. I went inside to ask Carlos what was going on and why my vehicle was left open next to a busy road his response was that "they keep an eye on all of the vehicles". Of course that isn't acceptable but let's move on. I then ask why my truck is a mess, and he said that "Safelite did that". If you have ever seen a windshield replaced you too would call Carlos a liar since the only thing they use that could make a mess is a thick black adhesive. I let Carlos know that this is unacceptable and continued fighting his lies and excuse for a while until we come to an agreement that he will have my vehicle cleaned up and ready the next day. Finally I come to pick my vehicle up on the agreed time to find that he did have his guys clean my vehicle but no where near an acceptable level. He once again had his guys come and clean my truck while I watched and waited, 45 minutes later they were "done" but there was still leftover residue from the initial mess. I ended up taking my vehicle and leaving unsatisfied. To summarize this place, they do sloppy unsatisfactory work and make a weak attempt at best to resolve it, Carlos lies and they lack respect and responsibility for your vehicle. I have dealt with numerous body shops before and this one is the worst by far. If you're looking for a cheap quick fix to a vehicle you don't care about this place could be for you, but if you're having insurance/third party pay for it and expect professional quality work don't go here. In response to the owner's comment: Yes this truck is a 2002 but only it had approximately 85k miles at the time, but his attempt to discredit my review is yet another lie. The interior is actually immaculate and the reason for me being upset. The comment about it not having a windshield is referring to the windshield he requested I have removed (at his shop) so he could properly repair the vehicle, and then his guys failed to properly seal the opening while doing the work which created a mess. Yes it was seven months later that I am writing this, being done so wrongly creates a long lasting memory. read more

Went there to get windshield replaced. First time windshield was not replaced properly and had to take it back to be replaced again. Second time Was told it would be an hour .. It ended up being three hours then on the drive home a piece of the car flew off! Then they came to fix it and it was -and is still -- messy sloppy work. Epoxy all over car parts, wires not properly tucked in. Should have gone to dealer and will from now on. On the plus side they paid our deductible and rental car. They use a third party windshield repair...maybe they should rethink this or get a new one. read more

I just called to see if they could clean the carpet in the back of my wife's car. Even though their Saturday hours are published as 8 am to 2 pm, the message on the phone said they are closed today. I'm very disappointed. My wife had taken our dog to the veterinarian yesterday where they had to perform an emergency surgery on his rear end due to an infected plugged gland duct. Well, on the way home, he had a bowel movement and then stepped it all over the back of the mini SUV. Needless to say, the carpet needs to be cleaned as soon as possible. Any recommendations for a great auto detailer who can handle this today and do a great job at getting all the fecal matter and a little blood out of the carpeted floor mat and off a couple small spots on the walls? read more

I originally went to Kwik Kar off Denton Highway in Watauga with the "Free Alignment" coupon they put on my door. This was for an $80 alignment, not the free Alignment Check. My alignment was off from hitting a curb. They said it would be real quick, like 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, they bring me to the garage and show me the fancy alignment program. The technician said I couldn't get an alignment, because the real issue was a bent knee assembly. He said he would call me in the morning with a quote to let me know how much that would actually cost. The next day, he calls and tells me it would be about $750 for the used part and labor. I said I'd get a second opnion. I took the car to Keller Haslet Collision, who said the knee assembly wasn't bent, but the part had shifted slightly from the impact with the curb. They just had to unscrew a few bolts, move it back to the correct spot, and screw it back in, which they did. Then they could do the actual alignment. They charged me $150 for the diagnostic, fixing the issue, and the alignment, which I happily paid. read more

Both times, we could have used a reputable repair shop less than two miles from our house, but instead chose to drive 55 miles from our home in Granbury , dealing with the horrible traffic on I35, to trust our car to Carlos. His work is very good, He is honest, and puts customer satisfaction FIRST. The car always looks brand new when the work is done, with even the engine compartment detailed. Not only did the damage her car took when she got hit got repaired, but the extra mile Carlos and Gio went to make the car look newer than it is was incredible. *WARNING* THIS PLACE IS SMALL AND NOT PROFESSIONAL. - This Mexican place did a terrible job on my car. I picked this shop because they waived the deductible and I seen the rating, but it's wrong. The rating was fake. - They don't know what they're doing, I think most of them are not licensed to do the job. They are careless, and unprofessional. I have to come back second times for correction because they did not put claim to hold the a/c condenser in place, they left it loose and bump to the radiator. THEN THEY TOOK THE CLAIMS FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS CAR TO PUT ON MY CAR.??? (CHECK YOUR CAR AFTERWARD TO MAKE SURE PARTS ARE MISSING) - Carlos was sent Rodz detailing to my home to made it up, but Alex was doing a terrible job on detailing. He just washed my car and shampoo the carpet, not even vacuum the backseats. It's not a car detail at all. I text him after the job and he said that's car detailing and he don't have time. ????? The guys at KHCC did a great job for us. We were involved in the hail and tornado of a couple a months ago. As soon as the insurance gave us our estimates for our car (2012 Highlander) we looked for a reputable collision center and found this one. We went here because of all the positive reviews on Google. One we got our car to their center they bent over backwards and went the extra mile to make sure all the body work was done properly and mostly to our satisfaction. He had minor hail damage, but the tornado swirled shingles around our car and scratched every surface down to the metal, including the windows. Our car looked brand new, inside and out. It smelled like a new car. When we picked up the car they hadn't just washed the car, it was detailed! Geo primarily took care of us, but Carlos was involved as well. They both provided great customer service, from dealing with us to dealing with our insurance. Even the dogs were friendly! How do I begin this review other than WOW!!!! These guys are amazing!!!! Let me start off by saying that I was a bit hesitant at first but I always prefer local than the big companies and boy did it pay off! After I had a little fender bender me Vs. some bricks in a parking lot my front end bumper lost. After I was done crying and consoling my car I drove my c-max over to FORD to see what the damage would end up costing me. Have you ever been somewhere and when you leave you just feel dirty and immediately feel the need to shower? That's how I always feel when I leave Ford in Dallas on Inwood, but I digress. After crappy customer service and a ridiculous quote without a technician looking at the damage some rando just writes me up an estimate for 1500 dollars and warns me it might be more... I said "huh?!?" Oh, and "it'll take us about 3 weeks to get to your car, it's summer time and we're backed up." I said thanks but no thanks and busted bumper and all I sped away as fast as my hybrid could carry me away!!! So here is when Keller Haslet Collision center comes into play. I actually live very close by so I can tell they are always busy, I thought what the heck? I called them up and immediately I got a reassuring sense that they might be pretty legit. I spoke to Gio on the phone and he was professional and not condescending at all as sometime guys in the collision service tend to be, just saying. Some NOT ALL.
