Glad to see they have good reviews but confused because my cleaning was mediocre- was supposed to be a full "move out" clean but I then spent 2 hours cleaning after because of visibly dirty areas on cabinets, floors, baseboards. Was also not a very dirty space to start as I had vacuumed and wiped down almost everything that got messy from moving out before they came. Just not a lot of attention to detail for the price. Couldn't clean the grout for my bathroom floor. Lacking in care to do a job properly I'm very disappointed. EDIT: Figured I'll add a bit more context since the owner has tried to paint me as unreasonable. I made it clear from the beginning that grout cleaning in the bathroom was a priority and included a picture of the floor. The owner assured me this could be done and I proceeded with the quote. After the cleaner was done with the bathroom, I inspected the floor and informed her it wasn't sufficient and pointed out the grime still visible (see attached photo). I appreciate that Michael then reached out, and I was told they would try again with a different approach. However, this didn't fix the problem and the floor still ended up looking like this. When I followed up with Michael he then told me I was expecting a miracle for these tiles to be clean because they are too old. At this point, I was done with Buttercup cleaning and didn't want to waste anymore time with them. I spent the rest of my afternoon scrubbing with the right tools and now the floor is finally looking decent. So if you truly need a deep clean and you want it done right you may just need to do it yourself. To be fair they did a decent job of steam cleaning the carpet and other general work but the bathroom floor was my main concern and they simply could not deliver on that. read more

We have used them for all our rental units. Two of our units were very bad and the cleaner they sent was able to get the really dirty floors in the kitchen, bathroom and utility rooms really clean. We really like the cleanliness they were able to bring the units to. There were things we didnt specify but the cleaner knew what needed to be done and we were really happy. I was able to communicate to her, the areas that needed more attention and she did well spending more time on them. Just had our first cleaning by Buttercup. The value is great and the cleaning lady paid pretty good attention to detail. I scheduled a 2 bed 1 bath house (1400 sqft), but she didn't have time to actually clean the second bedroom. She worked a little slow and spent like almost 1.5 hours cleaning our split bathroom. All that to say, our house is pretty clean now, I would have liked a little more attention paid to the rest of the house, but overall I will be scheduling with them again. read more
