Jane and her partners are amazing. They totally get what it mean's to clean - not to go through the motions, or kind of wipe some stuff down, but to really clean a place. They didn't just dust, they cleaned all the fan registers in the bathrooms so they were dust free. They used magic erasers to remove marks from the walls. They had the wooden stairs so clean there wasn't a spec of dust clinging in the corners. They moved furniture to vacuum and dust and wash behind all the nightstands in the bedrooms and the coffee tables in the common areas. And they put the hours in - not leaving until late in the evening when the job was truly done (it was an initial clean for a larger home). For less frequent cleaning, it will take more hours for this kind of thorough work, and Jane will bill accordingly; conversely, if she is regularly maintaining your place, she will not need to work so many hours because when she cleans, she truly leaves clean behind, so the next regular visit will be more economic. Tenants had moved out and I didn't like the job they did cleaning on their way out. I could not possibly be more impressed - on quality, speed, efficiency, or price. I have had Jefferson and Jane back to clean after the new bamboo floors were installed in a 1 bedroom - and they were there ready to clean right on the heels of the installers - and we were ready for the new tenant on a Saturday afternoon! Excellent Job! Jane came to our rescue. The renter left after their term expired. The owner was disgusted with what mess the renters did to his place. I called Jane to clean up the place. Jane did a fantastic job cleaning the kitchen, she deep cleans the house removing all stains and greases on the range, oven, and vent. We used Jane for over a year for our house in SF and she and her crew were great! They were professional and did a fantastic job every time they cleaned. When we moved they did a deep clean off the house and it was immaculate - no wonder we got our deposit back in full! She was always responsive to text and flexible when we needed it. Jane's House Cleaning was wonderful! This two-person family crew did an amazing job on our super grubby apartment. In addition to the expected things they cleaned under the furniture, shelves near the ceiling, baseboards, behind the stove, and other nooks and crannies in our 100-year-old place; all the places you put off cleaning until your in-laws are coming over. Oven, microwave and fridge too - amazing! They were worlds better than the last time I hired a cleaning service and they were extremely nice, timely, thorough and non-judgmental of our messy place.
