We are giving our kitchen a facelift and have been told to look at Bedrosians before shopping elsewhere. I am now left wondering why the hell anyone would ever tell someone to go there. There didn't seem to be a real flow to the showroom (floor/ walls/backsplash). There was no prices visible on anything. We had to go looking for someone to ask a question- total time in store before an employee said a word to us 15 minutes. The associate seemed rushed and not wanting to help or get an idea of what we were doing. No customer service effort at all. The prices for everything seemed to bed 3x-8x what you could find online or even at a home improvement store. The price for the picture tile is over $25 sq ft. They are not budget friendly at all. If you have a budget of less than 10k I highly suggest you save time and skip this place, read more

Rude, unwelcoming, and obviously disinterested in helping me out. I was shocked at the icy silence by most of the 8 or 9 people just standing around at the front blankly looking at me. The group did, in fact, happily and loudly greet another customer who appeared to be in the construction industry, (and who they clearly knew.) If you're not interested in the public coming in, don't put an "open to the public" sign on your oddly located building. (Even the location--basically 5 feet from the freeway on-ramp--is unwelcoming so access to their parking lot is confusing. I parked in the lot next door and walked around to find a spot that wasn't fenced off from the rest of the shopping center with a with ten foot high iron fence. read more

I have found the tile world incredibly hard to navigate. The tile selection is huge and combined with technical limitations, it has been very confusing to me. Tile salespeople have often been unhelpful and impatient with me. At best, they have helped quickly but overall I found the tile world quite hard to navigate. This is in showrooms high and low from Daltile to Ann Sacks to European Tile and even online.  As soon as I reached out to Devin at Bedrosian's he changed my perception of what good customer service is. He had been so patient in explaining things from marble maintenance to wastage. He had also sent me pictures of samples if I asked for help. He had dedicated time to help me. But beyond that, his attitude has been always kind, helpful and responsive. I will complete my bathroom project by thinking he has been the single most helpful person in any tile showroom in the Bay Area and even online. read more

Beware of your measurements. Incorrect measurements were made on my project , and now I have three unopened boxes of tiles leftover. They weren't cheap. Tried to return them. Bedrosians will not issue a refund on them. I wish I had read the return policy before I bought there. Very disappointed. I won't be shopping there again. read more

Would never spend my money here when there are so many other places that have the same slabs, tile, etc. The thing that put me over the edge though was a woman working the front desk was wearing her mask below her nose the entire time, and actually pulled her mask ALL THE WAY DOWN every single time she spoke!!!! Our experience at the Santa Rosa Bedrosian store was wonderful! Kaeley helped us as soon as we walked into the store. She was so patient, helpful and kind. We needed help in picking out our grout for our Bedrosian tile. It was confusing to get the right color, but Kaeley helped me decide because she was was patient and knowledgeable. In response to some other reviews: Everyone at the store had their face mask on for those of you concerned. Also, my contractor sent me to Bedrosian vs home improvement stores or other cheaper stores because he had found their tiles were of a higher quality and had less defects when they were installing. We purchased a beautiful floor porcelain tile for approximately $2.10 sq ft., which was the same price as the home improvement store. Thank you Bedrosian! read more

Working with a contractor who has a relationship with these folks. Had been in the showroom earlier to pick out all the tile and get a quote for the extensive tile we're getting, with his discount applied, all itemized for me with his discounted prices quoted. Returned later after deciding that we did indeed want a particular tile that both my tile setter and us picked as the best match for the shower, but the Bedrosian sales rep steered us away from. Ask them what my contractor's discounted price is for said tile and greeted with a wry smile and told "I can't give you that information." Right, because this is a major State secret and with this top secret information I was planning to...umm...ORDER SOME MORE TILE FROM YOU through our contractor. I mean, how dare I. The audacity. I won't dream of doing it again. Update: After receiving a call from the store manager with an apology for the behavior and an offer to make things right, I'm updating to a 3 star at least until we actually purchase the tile and finish the transaction. read more

Construction is a stressful process. I had been to several tile places. Ted immediately asked if I had any questions or needed help. Ted was so helpful and calm. He showed me many options and sent me home with the samples to think about my choices. When I returned with changes, he was very easy going. Ted made this process so incredibly easy! Right away we cold see that the selection of tile and how different styles of tile could be integrated was way better than anything else we had seen in all the other stores. RUDE!!! We had to match tile due to a fire at our home, so my husband walked in with a sample to see if they had a match. The lady barely looked at it & snapped at him saying they don't have it or anything that would match then turned around & walked back to her desk.
