I had a really uncomfortable experience here and I won't be coming back. The whole time I felt rushed like they were trying to get me out as fast as possible instead of actually letting me relax and enjoy the service. While I was still getting ready to leave, they were already putting my belongings into my purse without even asking which felt really disrespectful and invasive. After my pedicure, I asked how much it was and paid. Right after I finished paying, she immediately asked for a tip. I was already planning to tip, but the way it was handled made me uncomfortable. When I gave her a tip, she actually laughed at the amount, asked for more, and even showed the other workers what I gave her. That was honestly embarrassing and completely unprofessional. Tipping should be appreciated, not demanded or mocked. The whole situation felt disrespectful, and no customer should be treated like that. I would not recommend this place. read more

I went in wanting to get gel nails on only my right hand (can't have on my left hand as I'm a musician) and my nail tech kept asking every 5 minutes if I was sure I only wanted on one hand. She almost forced me to get them done on the left hand too. Towards the end she kept making comments about how I have a man hand and woman hand (the man hand was the one without the gel nails) and still charged me for a full set. Poor communication! walked in and asked for a pedicure and how long the wait was , there was only 2 customers getting their feet done ; 3 workers total . Worker who was doing manicure said "5 minutes she (cust who was getting pedi) is almost done" . So told her I was going to let my husband know outside . Took a literal minute. The last 2 times I went: the lady made my big toe BLEED because she cut WAY too much on my big toe nail. I wish I would've taken photos. The last time I went I swore I wouldn't go back. I had positive vibes that I would find a nail salon that I was happy with but that is not the case. My tech was very quiet and had little words to say. I honestly just sat down didn't look at the prices and thought oh well the generic pedicure should be fine. I got the callus treatment since it has been few months from my last pedicure and that was $7 when I got up to pay she said 32 +$1 credit card fee.I said oh that was the fee I didn't even get a sea scrub which is standard normally I said fine. Maybe this is part of inflation idk. She did a good job polishing them but she could have cleaned the side of the nails better. I feel like they were not properly cleaned. I did tip her but I'm not satisfied with this salon I won't return. I find it rude when they are speaking another language it's rude especially when talking to someone at the other end of the place across the room. So, I stopped getting my hands done, only went in for Pedicures. On Saturday 6-1-19 I went in for a Pedicure & decided to treat myself to a Manicure too. Real quick incase you don't wanna read a lot: I'd go again but I recommend bringing your own nail polish. Pro's: Lots of staff, it wasn't too busy for a Wednesday afternoon, decent price.. $15 for my fill, I messed up my pinky nail polish and she fixed it without an attitude. They did a good job too. Cons: -Polishes were a mess! They were on a rack, different cheap no name brands / colors in a big jumbled mess, some old ones that look like they haven't been shaken in years. Even up to 4 different nail polishes stacked in front of one another, so you really have to look through a mess to find anything decent. -They're not as nasty dirty as "rialto tech nails" but I don't like feeling residue or stains on the towels they rest my hands on. -I got my old nails unpolished & filed down by a slow older lady, only for her to say "ok they'll be right with you". I came here for a manicure because my nails were looking a little bit rough. At first the lady was doing good taking off all my dead skin around my nails but then it seemed like she was rushing. The nail color came out different than I expected. Some of my nails are slanted and It didn't feel like a real manicure, I could of done this at home by myself for way less.
