I went in today for a Gel-X manicure and gel pedicure and honestly had such a good experience! The salon was really welcoming, everyone was super friendly, and you could tell the nail techs knew what they were doing. I started my nails with Sandy and then had my pedicure done by Nikki while Sandy finished up my nails. I'm VERY particular about cleanliness when it comes to pedicures, and I was really impressed with how clean everything was. Nikki did an amazing job, and my Gel-X nails came out so good too! The whole process was quick, smooth, and I was in and out without feeling rushed. Now I'm just excited to see how long my Gel-X lasts, but so far I'm definitely looking forward to coming back! I found this place on Instagram and decided to give it a try and unfortunately, I really regret it. The nail polish on both my fingers and toes looks very cheap and poorly applied. While the polish was being applied, the bottles seemed nearly empty, which may explain the uneven coverage. I even had to ask the nail technician to paint my entire nail because areas were being missed. After I mentioned it, she started mumbling to the technician doing my pedicure, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Not to mention, she nicked my finger and didn't apologize. I honestly wish I had waited and gone to my regular spot but since I moved to the area I thought I'd give it a try. Decided to try out this place yesterday and almost immediately regretted it. I booked online for a luxury pedicure and gel x nails. I sat down and the tech was trying to up sale an $80 pedicure. I told her I'd stick with the luxury which was already $53. They uncharge EVERYTHING and it is not even a reasonable amount!! Gel X full set extension $65, gel polish $15, French tip design $15, acrylic removal $25, gel toe polish $15, pedicure $53. And then some kind of fee for $3.99. With tip and all I spent $220 on a basic nail job. Never going back!! Not worth the amount of money I spent for a basic service and truly nothing luxury to justify the prices. read more

Instant regret it started with the parking I went for manicure and pedicure for myself and just nails painted for my seven-year-old daughter. The pricing was unclear we were charged for that we did not receive and the services that we did receive were not quality of the work was poor. The atmosphere was unwelcoming. The massage was literally just sliding down my calf muscle twice and calling it a massage. My total stay was 30 minutes here for the entire experience, including regular nail polish. this place was overpriced overbooked and definitely not worth the trip. Parking was also a huge nightmare. I was really expecting the treatment to be at least a little bit longer with the four step process. When I went home I still had major calluses. There was not "total relaxation" since she never even gave a foot massage and they were yelling the entire time. I originally had a 7:00 pm appointment, which was pushed back last minute to 8:00-8:30 pm while I was already on my way. When I arrived, I still had to wait another 30-40 minutes, which immediately set the tone for the evening. Once I was finally seated, the technician (AMY) made me feel rushed from the start, asking if I had already picked a color before I had even sat down. I explained the nail design I wanted, but she refused to do it, saying it was "too much" because it was late -- even though the delay was not my fault and I had made an appointment. I then asked for simple polka dots, which she agreed to, but when she struggled with the design she asked to see a picture. That was fine, but my 4-year-old daughter had my phone, and the technician impatiently motioned and said "the phone" to my child in a very rude, rushed manner. I found this extremely inappropriate. At that point I told her that if she was in such a rush, I didn't want the design anymore. The entire service felt uncomfortable and tense after that. When the builder gel was curing, it was stinging badly, and instead of checking on me professionally, the technician laughed/giggled, which felt dismissive and unkind. At checkout, I was given a free body spray, which honestly felt like an attempt to smooth things over instead of addressing the poor service. Overall, I felt rushed, disrespected, and uncomfortable. Being late, refusing services due to time constraints caused by the salon, rushing a client, and speaking impatiently to a child is unacceptable. I will not be returning. read more

I was hooked from the first visit. The highlights - They offer membership which is a great deal - The prices are very reasonable - All of the techs are so nice and do a great job no matter the ask. I do not have a regular tech because I feel like they all do a great job - All the employees are kind and attentive - They have high quality products and offer a lot of different nail colors. I was most impressed with the number of jelly colors they have - I can get my nails and lashes done in one place (HUGE win) and they have a wide variety of services I recently renewed my membership despite moving further away because I am that in love with this place And last but definitely not least when I first came here I was getting gel x. Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service I visited this nail salon on Sunday evening (10/26) with a friend, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. My friend's pedicure was done poorly, especially when it came to basic heel buffing -- which should have been included in the service she paid for. When she raised the issue, the manager was not only unhelpful but also visibly annoyed, making the entire interaction uncomfortable. Then offered to do it again "for free" as a favor but in reality it should have been done correctly to begin with. In my own case, I paid $58 for an upgraded pedicure with regular polish (no gel) and a French tip. I requested a pinkish clear coat for a more natural look, but they refused simply because it wasn't gel. Instead of finding a solution, like a light pink or jelly pink, the manager made the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable and impossible. While my nail tech, Lucy, was kindly searching for a good color, the manager stood nearby insisting they didn't have anything suitable. Lucy eventually found a great shade and started applying it -- but she was painting over the white French tip. When I politely asked her not to go over the white, just the clear part, you would have thought I'd asked for a free pedicure! I repeated myself 4 times -- "Yes, I want this color, but not over the white." The manager grew visibly irritated until she finally gave in and told Lucy to do it my way. Lucy remained positive, professional, and patient throughout, despite the tension. She's the only reason I didn't walk out. To top it all off, even after tipping generously, I was denied a raffle ticket because my total was $58 instead of $60 -- even though I tipped $15, bringing my total to $73 for a regular polish pedicure with a French tip. I was denied the raffle ticket, and honestly, it's not even about the raffle ticket! I don't need anythinggg free -- it was the pettiness that stood out. At that moment, I realized the manager was intentionally making the entire experience difficult and uncomfortable. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. It's a shame because the location is beautiful, and I was genuinely excited to try this place -- but the experience was so disappointing. read more

I cheated on my pedicure place and got the crappy end of the stick :( this place advertises such luxury but it's really not. It's flashy- but the energy isn't giving. It's very unorganized and way overpriced. I have terrible feet calluses so I usually splurge on pedis, $88 dollars came with a timed 5 min massage. I spent a good portion of my pedicure waiting. Waiting for the tech to come back with something else that I guess was needed, waiting to come back once my cold little disposable booties were on. Lesson learned, I won't be going back and I can't believe people pay annually for this place so they can get a small $3 discount when they come the day of service. read more

Carrie did a phenomenal job on my gel x nails! I told her I was trying out nails for my wedding and she truly was so sweet and adaptable. (Video attached) I also had a gel pedicure from a different artist, everything was great, comfortable chairs, toes looked amazing, but unfortunately, the top layer peeled off a little chunk on the edge of my nail.
