This place is actually awful and do not get your nails done here. They will charge you to get them SHAPED and not leave them how they are, will add 15 to 20 dollars for design, and not tell you ahead of time until you go to pay. Not to mention they do not pay attention to specific details you request and their lack of professionalism is clear when they asked my friend how to pay their bill. Do not come if you want to pay $90 for a full set of acrylics that are short and have one two flowers on them. read more

I went there to go get my nails done everyone was so nice and so pleasant I was nervous because I'm new to the area so this was my first time trying it and I am so so happy they done me and my husbands pedicure and it felt good and look good also gave me a full set of nails actually this is the best set that I have had in a while. I guess you get what you get when you walk in to the only nail salon open during a blizzard. What I got was a 2 hour long pedicure. Those 2 hours would have been more welcome if I was being tended to most of the time, but it was a lot of waiting around. I was sat in a pedi chair immediately (I assume to trap me there). I had my feet in what eventually because cold water for nearly 40 min before someone came to work on me. I then had a total of 3 people shuffling in and out of my service as someone would do a little bit, then go get someone else's service started while I waited. I had a good book and nothing better to do, and the polish ended up OK, but I wouldn't choose to go back even in a pinch. It's just not worth it. read more

I needed somewhere to get a pedicure with gel polish without waiting an hour.. When I arrived, I was politely greeted and they immediately sat me for the pedicure. I was in and out quickly, they offered water or soda, they chatted with me and made me feel welcome. Paid $47 and before I left, they gave me a 10% off my next visit. I just recently moved to noblesville and was looking for a new nail salon. I was recommended so i gave it a shot. They greeted me politely, seated me quickly, and overall had great customer experience. Tony did my nails and didn't a decent job, just not what i was looking for. i got coffin style acrylics and they were all filed unevenly and didn't match. the color is transparent, and stripy. I wont return and don't recommend it, but it wasn't the worst place. read more

Ive been to Kelly Nails for about 7 years now. I get full set nails and pedicure usually. They also did my mani and pedi before my special 35th Wedding Anniversary Vow Renewal. They all do a good job and their prices are more reasonable than some other salons. read more

I would give it zero stars if that were an option. Got a gel mani/pedi. Nails weren't even but I'm not super picky and wanted to see how long they would last. Less than 3 days was how long it lasted. Never had gel chip so quickly and I'm very gentle with my hands. I'm going to see if they can "fix" it tomorrow or at least give me a refund. I should have known when there was no one in there. They also charged me more than what was listed on their signs as other reviewers have also mentioned...don't waste your time or money read more

I've been in twice so far. The first time was for a new set of acrylic nails, and then the second was for a fill. The first girl left them a bit more square than i'd been planning on, but I fault myself for not saying anything. When I went in for the second time, there had been a change... tips are now cash only, and not to be left on a credit card. The gentleman who took care of my fill was silent, but very quick. I'm debating going back, but only because of the cash-only tips... I don't normally carry cash, and getting cash JUST for this bothers me. read more

Hello everyone seeking a Professional, Honest, Affordable nail tech. PLEASE KEEP LOOKING!!! Unless you want someone to "Steal" your money then schedule an appointment with Kelly Nails!!! I'm here every two weeks for the same services, pedi/full set or fill in. Price has ALWAYS been the same. $40 for regular square shape, gel polish for full set And $45 for the peppermint pedicure. I walked in last week and JENNIFER was my nail technician. Her real name is Diem Lo... She was the only tech available without an appointment at the time & that was my first mistake!! Typically YOYO does my nails and there's never an overcharge or an issue. I was charged $95 on top of the $15 tip I gave. When I asked about the pricing, Jennifer asked me "here's a calculator, will you like to add yourself? $20 for gel polish on your toes" Did you realize? YES $20 for GEL finger nail polish!! Wow. I called into the salon the next morning and requested to speak with the Owner. The tech answered.. not Jennifer, not yoyo & not the owners wife but it was the short nail tech there.. She advised the owner wasn't in. I asked whom I was speaking with & she hung up on me.. At this point, you taken $20 extra of my hard earned money & have hung up in my face.. Let's try this again.. So I called back, 6 more times- she picked the phone up and hung up on me every time. I finally spoke received a call from Jennifer at 12:45 that afternoon.. pleading prices have never changed. YES - $20 gel polish I advised I wanted to speak to the owner, she said he's on vacation until next week. Then states- "Oh wait a minute".. "here's the owner for you" She then puts the nail tech on the phone with me whom hung up 6 times prior. That nail tech apologized and stated she "thought I was a spam caller"... They CLEARLY have caller ID and can see my phone # calling back to back 6 TIMES!! Needless to say; I rather drive further and have quality care. I don't mind paying for what I'm charged for the quality but definitely never paid $20 for regular styled gel polish. NEVER AGAIN!! read more

My friend goes to this place often and recommended that we go here for our pedicures. The pedicures were really nice, the woman did a great job making my feet baby soft! The sugar scrub and hot towels for my legs felt great and the experience was nice and relaxing, it didn't feel rushed at all. When I walked in, there was no one there. That's a clue for sure! Neither of the two working there wanted to do a simple no chip and tried to persuade me to do a dip. I decided to do French no chip and not only did he not paint the tip straight, but also did not even file my nails straight. He was on his Bluetooth ear piece the whole time rushing along. Today I went in to get a pedicure and I always get gel polish on my toes and I have never been dissatisfied with their service until today when the nail tech tore both of my toe nails on my middle toes and cut my cuticle. I should not of had to pay. Today will be the last time that I go this place. They should have taken care of this instead they charged me 30 dollars when a regular pedicure was only 25. I didn't even get my toes polished because my toes hurt so bad. The owner only took five dollars off of 30. read more

I was very unhappy with the service i recieved here! They did not have any list of services they provide with pricing. I decided to just get a french tip pedicure and they made the tip half of my toe nail and when i asked if she would make it a little thinner she told me it would look unprofessional. I also wanted my dead skin scraped off and they used a brush. In my opinion i could have done this to my nails at home. read more
