I needed to order a specific type of paper and although they didn't have it in stock at their store, the team member who picked up my call checked with other stores and was able to get it for me! He said it would be delivered in 2 days and to call just to make sure it was ready. It was ready just like he said and the pick up was quick and easy. Came here with my fiancé on a Tuesday morning. We were in the process of making our own wedding invitations because we figured it'll definitely be cost efficient and won't cost us an arm and a leg. However, we are both so new at this DIY wedding invitation thing that we really didn't know where to begin. As soon as we walked into Kelly Paper we were both so overwhelmed and felt completely lost. The entire store is HUGE. Think Costco, but for paper goods. Luckily we were approached by an employee named John who offered to help us with the entire process. Prior to coming here, I did a bit of a research on what type of card stock paper I wanted to purchase and I thought buying pre-cut ones would be ideal, but as soon as I told John about my idea, he immediately stopped me and told me that would cost us way more than to just buy a box of 8x11 paper and then just cut it up ourselves. Because we had several different cards and different sizes to the invitations, we wanted to make sure to not waste any paper. John was so helpful and he pulled out a ruler and started doing measurements. He didn't want us to spend extra money when we didn't need to. We so appreciate how friendly and helpful John was. He really made our experience that much more enjoyable and less stress. read more

Kelly paper was great! I was there to purchase pearlescent cardstocks for my wedding invitations and they had the exact color that I was looking for! Unfortunately, they did not carry the paper in the 12"x12" that I was looking for but the 8.5"x11" will do. They have a wide selection of different types of paper but best of all, their staffs were extremely friendly! They answered all my questions and were genuinely interested in helping me find what I was looking for. Thanks guys! I own a business near by this location and I stop by here to get the same exact thing every time. I stopped by here today at 11:40am to pick up some paper. There was a sign that said they would grab your items for you from inside the store - no problem, I get it with Covid-19. I know where it is in the store and what the packaging looks like, and the paper weight. There were two customers in the parking lot, myself and the person that was there before me. I didn't catch the associates name that "helped me", but he had glasses and a goatee - I've never seen him before. The customer before me is being helped by another associate and this other person is helping me. I told him upfront, "I don't know which brand paper it is but it's 28lb, 8x11. I want the same one I always buy." Keep in mind there are no other customers there and I know this because everyone is asked to wait in the parking lot. This employee chuckles and whisper and under his breath "everything's 8.5x11" I remind him that it's the same thing I get every time and his response "come on man. For each order I look up I have to go through 4 tabs" at that point I just left. This guy needs to adjust his attitude, with everyone losing their jobs he should be happy he still has one. I have been in the printing industry for over 30 years and when I finally purchased my own print shop I was definitely excited that Kelly Paper was the choice vendor for the franchise I purchased. When I first took over my own shop, I was introduced to Keith, who I had a lot of respect for because he was so helpful and VERY honest! But then when Keith took a promotion and I found our that Sam was coming over from Riverside, excited doesn't even describe how I felt. Working with Sam previously at my last print shop I worked for I already knew who I was getting as a store manager and I would NOT have ever asked for anybody better. Sam and Andy have assembled the best crew on the planet! I genuinely LOVE these guys and all they do! This team will do all they can to look out for your business and I've seen them work with individual customers and they're able to blow their minds with the vast amount of knowledge in all of the products Kelly paper carries (and even a few that they don't)! Over the years Kelly Paper has shrunk from a thriving source for the best papers available to practically no selection. I'm old. I'm sad. Just feel like the bigger companies no longer care about their good old clients if they don't bring in huge needs and purchases as they once did.
