I used this rental delivery service and was deeply disappointed with their lack of professionalism and poor communication. First, their delivery window is advertised as 7 AM to 7 PM, yet their own delivery policy states that anything before 9 AM is considered outside of business hours and would incur an extra charge. No extra charge was applied, making the realistic delivery window 9 AM to 5 PM. This discrepancy creates a confusing two-hour period (7-9 AM) where deliveries technically fall "out of hours" but are still scheduled, making it impossible to accurately plan for arrival. Because of this unclear policy and mismanaged delivery time, no help was offered in moving the items. I am pregnant with restricted movement and was left alone to move heavy rentals to the appropriate location. I had to ask neighbors for assistance due to the company's refusal to deliver within their own stated business hours and failure to communicate properly. Additionally, delivery was agreed to be at my front door, but this did not happen. A neighbor located the items elsewhere on the property and had to move them for me. This directly violates their own policy, which clearly states deliveries will be to the front door or garage unless otherwise arranged. When I contacted customer service to address these concerns, instead of apologizing or offering solutions, they accused me of not reading the contract before signing. This is unacceptable treatment of any customer, let alone one who is pregnant and relying on their professionalism. On top of the poor delivery experience, the items themselves arrived in very worn-down condition. The chair cushions had visible rips, and the tables were beat up and dirty. For the price paid, I expected rentals to be clean, well-maintained, and presentable, but these looked neglected and far from professional quality. Bottom line: this company did not follow its own policies, failed in basic communication, and treated me with disrespect when I raised legitimate concerns. I will not be using this service again and strongly advise others to be wary. read more

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Kelly Rentals for my recent small backyard wedding. Despite being assured via text that my concerns were escalated to management, I have not received any follow-up communication. The quality of the chairs and tables provided was completely unacceptable and caused significant stress for the bride and groom on their special day. While I did not expect brand-new items, the condition of what we received was far below reasonable expectations. The tables were scratched, dented, dirty, and stained, with one being fully warped. The chairs were also dirty and rusty. During the ceremony, a chair I was sitting on broke, causing me embarrassment and physical discomfort. Thankfully this happened to me and not a wedding guest. The complete silence from Kelly Rentals is utterly disappointing. At the very least, I expected a response or an apology. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I had hoped to provide a memorable and enjoyable event, but the poor quality of rental items and lack of customer service from Kelly Rentals marred what should have been a special occasion. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider using Kelly Rentals based on my experience. read more

We were planning a backyard engagement party for our daughter, but had no clue what we needed. Coby came to our house and we told him how many people we were expecting. He measured our yard and recommended the size tent we needed. He let us know what they had available to rent. We rented tables, chairs, table cloths, 2 director chairs for the couple, a large fan and a drink station. He suggested things we had not thought of and showed us how we could trim costs. The set up team came the day they said they would and did a fantastic job. The pick up team also came the day they stated and did a great job taking everything down and packing up.
