She said "no, we're full, we had 147 families drop off clothes so we aren't taking any more items" I was not too happy. They said it was posted also on instagram and didn't see it there either. I now have 5 bag full of clothes because your store seems like it's too full when I check in numerous times during the year.

They even sell Carters stuff on Amazon. The actual Carters store has been around for such a long time and I enjoy coming to have a look at their selection in person! They typically have sale items and I'd say that their prices are fair. The only thing I don't really like is that for girls they don't have a lot of bright colors, mostly everything is very earth-tone like. I also came in looking for accessories (bibs/bows, etc) but some locations just don't have that at all while others have a very small selection. This one in particular is one of my favorites to come to: I think it's typically more organized than the surrounding locations and their employees are always helpful. I will continue to shop here because honestly there is not a lot of children clothing stores around anymore! So many went out of business so I'd love to keep supporting them and coming in store because I'm not a fan of the online shift!! It honestly was the best supply of Jellycats that I've seen in awhile, especially with the seasonal ones that have been coming out (e.g., summer collection was partially in stock here!). Were the prices a little bit higher versus ordering from the Jellycats website or other stores? Yes. Not an exorbitant amount, but it is higher-priced. But, with how there's quite a low stock on a number of Jellycats in general, it didn't feel too awful to go ahead and purchase a couple. (I ended up getting one of the elephants, as well as an egg keychain). When talking with the owner, there's a chance that the Jellycats craze may die down soon, but it seems to be popular in the meantime. Loved chatting with the owner today, and how nice she was!

Looks super cute with blue jeans for the spring. We recently lost a really cool store in downtown Redlands called, Mozarts, who had high-end unique gifts. The store closed down when the owner passed away. I would have to say that now KISSUI and KISSUI KITH are now among my favorite boutique stores in the downtown Redlands area. DO NOT BUY JELLYCATS HERE!…read more I've purchased Jellycats from many different places, and this is the only store that has sold me a defective item. I contacted their customer service only 40 hours after purchase and provided my card purchase proof along with a photo of the defect. Instead of receiving actual help, I was told they needed the "actual receipt" which I did not get because it was a keychain. Now they expect me to drive over 40 minutes back to the store to return a defective item, and even then, only if they can find the purchase in their system. Very disappointing customer service and overall experience and the only place that seems to be getting OLD/DEFECTED jellycat.
