They knew it was a stop sign because the car in front of them had stopped, but they didn't care and just drove right through. I honked at the van and the driver pulled to the side and held out his arm in an aggressive gesture toward me, a 30-something year-old woman. I pointed at my visible dash cam and he drove off aggressively, almost hitting a car at the next intersection. I definitely would never want this type of negative, aggressive person in my house cleaning my carpets ever.

They had a relatively low cost for cleaning stairs, as compared to many competitors. And they have some great methodologies built into the way they operate: 1. They have remained small to ensure that they offer the best service possible. 2. They will provide an estimate onsite before starting work to ensure that everyone is on the same page. 3. They only charge for what they clean (so they will not charge for room areas that are covered by furniture, for example) They charge primarily by sq ft, and Angie's List members get a very competitive price. What I really liked is knowing that Peter builds relationships with his clients so that many of them have him clean their rentals without being there themselves. Once negotiating a price ended up doing a mediocre job did not clean behind the doors which to me is basic showing if someone is really trying to give you a good service, in addition, the following day, one of the rooms, the carpet was all stretched out. In another room, they were still order in the carpet. If you decide to you their service keep in mind to carefully inspect if they did a proper job.

Once he arrived he continuously repeated and reminded me of how dirty the couch was and that making it look perfect was mostly unlikely. Later on I learned that he was using this as a tactic to justify a poor job after completion perhaps; or another way to "up sale" which I wasn't aware of at a time! Now keep in mind that we live in a $3 million dollar exceptionally clean property with adult children and no pet on our furniture policy due to allergies. After payment he said that once the sectional dries, that he would be glad to come back and touch up any area that needed additional attention. 4 days later I text him asking him to come and touch up a few areas. He came out days after. Upon arriving: 1) He stated that there was a 48 hour rule for him to come back for free which was NEVER mentioned (it took 48 hours for couch/sectional to dry in order for me to see if needed a touch up!) 2) He said that he will charge me again for needing to touch up and to come back (never mentioned). As a matter of fact the way he separated himself from other companies initially was that they would come back in case touchups were needed once the upholstery had dried. 3) Told me that free touch ups include me needing to purchase a membership which was never brought up! 4) Once I reiterated what he had said originally and suggested that he provides some sort of reviewed agreement about the above terms as a "leave behind"with the customer for customer service purposes... 5) He began insulting me, telling me that I have "no common sense" and should learn how to run a business! I asked him to get out!!

As usual, I referred to yelp and reached out to various cleaners from the area to compare estimates for upholstery cleaning. After speaking to 5 different companies, all with price points ranging from $80-$160 I decided to go with Coast 2 Coast Steam Cleaning. I specifically spoke with Roland and he gave me some details in regards to the cleaning process and type of equipment needed. He gave me an estimate for the cost of cleaning the couch and explained why it was that pricing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly so I decided to give his company a try. I initially scheduled an appointment for tomorrow but later asked if there was any way he could come today. I didn't want the pet urine to settle into the cushion of the couch and wanted to get it done right away. Roland was extremely accommodating and came a couple of hours later. When he arrived he was professional and set up his equipment right away. Unfortunately due to where I live (2nd floor condominium) there was no access to a water supply for the cleaning. However, Roland made it a point to look for other water supplies and found one near the pool. Once everything was set up he immediately started working. Roland went above and beyond to get the job done. He was efficient, courteous, and attentive. I found my new "go to" for future cleaning and will be sure to refer this company to family and friends.

While we didn't actually select this company, our leasing office booked the appointment for our carpets and I am thoroughly impressed. Professional.
