It's a good size store in the old bed, Bath, and beyond building, I believe. Everything is very organized and clean. I hope it stays this way cause the other stores can be kind of a mess. They have a ton of merchandise everything from lamps, to furniture, to bedding, to kids items, to pet goods, to kitchen, to food, to art, to storage, to bathroom, etc. it's overwhelming but in a fun way. We just couldn't decide between two sofas on display. Unfortunately, our experience with one of the sales associates, Sara, was very disappointing. She repeatedly asked if we had made a decision, which made us feel rushed and pressured rather than welcomed and helped. As we were leaving, I smiled, waved, and said goodbye to her, but she completely ignored me and turned her head away. I found that extremely discourteous and unnecessary. When we first arrived, we were also immediately told that we couldn't stay long because of construction and that we needed to be out by 9:00 p.m. I understand that stores have construction and closing procedures, but the way it was communicated felt very abrupt. We came back with our family because we were genuinely interested in purchasing furniture. Unfortunately, the customer service we received left a very negative impression and ultimately took away from what should have been a positive shopping experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

There's also a TJ Maxx nearby in the Target shopping center if you need more options, because they are owned by the same parent company and therefore sometimes have the same items. This is a smaller location than the other two I mentioned, and not quite as busy. They have a lot of merchandise still, so you may have a better chance of finding that thing you're looking for. And I love that they have great deals on items, and a larger selection than places like Walmart or Target. I'm usually looking for food items like spices and sauces, and kitchen gadgets and organizers. I also come looking for work needs, like cute glasses and ramekins. Selection of those items definitely varies with the seasons, and they have a great selection of Halloween, Christmas, and even Easter items. I've also come looking for a gift multiple times. There are a lot of great items in the pet section, and they also have the collections of items from places like India and Indonesia occasionally. The line to check out can get long, as this is a smaller store. I've never had an issue with the employees, they all seem nice. HG seem to be in high-traffic shopping centers, and this one definitely is. Parking can be an issue at peak times, because of Aldi, BevMo, Staples, and restaurants like Cali Fish Grill, Primos, and Board & Brew.
