It took 3 calls to get a technician to my home to give me an estimate to replace 1/2" glass tops on 2 large tables. Weeks after, the company never followed up. So, I called them to find out if they had prepared an estimate. The guy who answered, Rich, said he would get back to me by the next day. He never did. Then, a week later, I called again and was told they would look into it and get back to me in the afternoon. They didn't. And, I'm done with them. What an inept and unreliable company. Really a bad experience. Very poor customer service starting with confusion about getting me a sample piece of glass to see. They never call customers to update them! I had simple product questions they could not answer. Their email doesn't work (said they were changing to a new system they didn't know very well), so I asked to speak with the owner. Was always polite to them, but despite going in a couple of times and leaving messages for a quick call from the owner I never heard a word. They talk nice in the shop, but NEVER follow thru - the best person was the actual installer. He was wonderful. read more

I had an exceptional experience with Kelly's glass. My glass sliding bedroom door fractured and had to be replaced. The challenge in doing this job was that I have rolladen shutters. The representative (Ned) who gave me the estimate assured me there would be no problems on the removal and installation and he was true to his word. They were tidy in not creating a big mess along with being considerate in cleaning up debris upon completion. Not a terrible experience, but not a great experience either... and after three weeks of trying to get a glass table cover, I'm back at square one. I went into Kelly's to discuss my need. A large piece of glass but fairly straightforward: table cover, no hole in the middle, oval, 78x48. The fellow there put some numbers into his computer, and told me: 7-10 days to get it, and it would cost $600 with a bevel, $450 without. To get the shape right, they'd even come out and measure it. I didn't pony up any money, but the fact that I had to write the details on a Post-It on the spot should have been my clue that this may not happen. I should have gotten the person's name. They came and measured, so that was good. Then they ghosted me. I had to call back a few times over the next couple of weeks. (Long after the "7-10 days" that it would have taken to get had I ordered that day.) Eventually they said they're still "waiting to hear the quote from the factory"-- again, another warning sign I ignored. Eventually they called and said: "that will be $1150." Almost double what they first quoted me. But did I have that on paper, or have the guy's name? Nope. My "learning opportunity." So I told them I'm no longer interested. On the upside, they were friendly when I went in there, and answered all my questions about glass types and edges. I just wish I had gotten their "great" price in writing. And their two dudes who came and measured should have worn Covid masks but I didn't feel like pushing it. I shouldn't have to ask. read more

Sadly, we had to reach out to another local glass company for an emergency board up last night. Our daughter's home had been broken into, via her sliding glass door. The door was smashed in and we needed help. Because the other company had good reviews, we reached out to them at approximately 6:45 pm. We spoke a gentleman that asked that we text him some photos and he would get a s price and a board up. Naturally, we were stressed. But because he answered and sounded as if he were taking action to resolve this, we felt comfortable in knowing that help was on the way. Unfortunately, we were wrong. After having gone back and forth with several texts, regarding cost and location, we had not received any follow up for two hours. I reached out and said "it has been two hours." To which the individual responded, via text: "Call Kelly's!!!!" (Yes with 4 exclamation points). My comment was "It took you two hours to let us know?" His reply: "As they will board up in 30 minutes." WOW~ What a disappointment they were. What was already an unfortunate incident, had now escalated into a really stressful situation. That is, until we called Kelly's Glass Service! Surprisingly, Jerry, the Service Technician answered the phone, got our address, and was on his way within minutes! He followed up with a courtesy phone call to alert us of his distance and estimated time of arrival. And he showed up, on time, as agreed. Jerry was courteous and friendly. He was meticulous in his clean up of the damage, and was very informative regarding our options for the board up! Kelly's got there, did the board up it was finished at 11:00 pm. And Jerry did it with a smile! So, take their competitor's advice: "Call Kelly's!" Do not waste your time with the other companies that do not respond or show up! I needed a mirror replaced and two pieces of glass for the provided picture frames. I went to my usual small Ma and Pa glass shop. Unfortunately, they were unable to help me for the first time, but referred me to Kelly's. I arrived at Kelly's at 2:30 PM on a Friday. They close at 4 PM. They were busy. Melissa was awesome. Smiling, friendly, multi-tasking. The face of the company. She immediately made me feel welcome. As an old, retired OPS Manager, I was impressed with the organization I am a short, old, bald man who was just a walk-in with a problem, in a busy shop with several customers already there, late on a Friday afternoon, just 90 minutes before closing, yet was treated as if I was the only person important, at that moment. I was given an estimate. It was reasonable for the size and scope of a knowledgeable and competent top shop in any comparable field of business. After I paid, I asked Melissa to call me back sometime next week when the mirror and glass were ready. Again, I could see that they are a busy shop. As I was discussing this, she had already asked the tech to come out. He asked a few questions, took my projects, then told me they would be done in 30-45 minutes! I left them and finished a couple of errands. Melissa called me back about 30 minutes later, my order was ready. Arriving back just before 4 PM, Melissa helped me load the completed and wrapped glass into my truck. All of this during the course of a routine Friday afternoon! read more

Called Kelly's Glass because they have been in Las Vegas for decades. I need a new shower door. They came out pretty quickly to give an estimate. The Gentleman came out. I asked before he came in if he had a mask to wear, he said no. I gave him a mask to wear and it was apparent right away he was not happy about it. When he left he asked if I wanted the mask back, Really? I waited over a week didn't hear anything about how much it will cost. Second week decided to call and the lady who answered said the person who gives the estimate would call me back. Few more days go by, call again and the man who answered said I don't know why he hasn't called you back. Into week 3, no response. It's obvious they don't need the work, I wouldn't use this Company now even if they did call back. I'm really disappointed I expected more from a Company that has been in Vegas as long as them. read more
