Amazing Pub! Great Food, Friendly Staff, Cool Irish Atmosphere & Awesome Live Music! Walked in and instantly knew it was going to be a good night! The Selection of Speciality Flavored Oysters was 1/2 Page! We tried a sampler of 3 different flavors and then ordered a whole tray of 3 more flavors! Also split a BBQ Burger and it was delicious! Pleasantly surprised at the delicious food and great service. Bacon wrapped scallops, Guinness clams, Guinness fries, chicken tenders and wedge salads to name some of the delicious options. We are seniors and were shocked to see none of the staff masked. We almost turned around and left, but didn't want to ruin the moment for the people with us. The service was friendly and very attentive. My sister-in-law and I both ordered the wedge salad with blackened chicken, it was one of the best salads that I've ever had. We are locals who came in for a quick bite on a Friday night. They were very busy, especially with the reduced capacity due to Covid. We offered to give up our table to accommodate a larger party. The owner was very appreciative and expressed his gratitude by buying us a round. The food was great, service attentive without being annoying. A couple colleagues and myself were in the area and found this hidden gem on Yelp. Pics and reviews were enough for us to stop in. The place was clean and pretty nice inside. Sat down at a high top and was greeted by the friendly staff. Yes, the menu may not resemble cheesecake factory's as it was limited on food options but had enough choices. Was tempted to order oysters but went with the Kelly burger (side of waffle fries). I must say, one of the best burgers I've had... fries were good too. Other meals ordered were the wedge salad (also a large portion and very good), smoked fish dip (very good) and some chicken wings. Maybe next time, I will go with the oysters... overall, I give this place 5 stars. Again, the place was clean, the staff was very friendly/attentive and the food is LEGIT. We are glad we did!!! The shepherds pie was perfection... good flavor & topped with mashed potatoes that were baked to a nice semi crisp. The clams w garlic sauce was very flavorful as was the Kelly burger. The beer was a nice selection... I would def recommend eating here. We ate our dinner which was good and asked for the check. When the waiter brought the check he asked us if we would like to add a equal amount of his tip for the kitchen staff. She went out of her way to make sure our drink and app order made it in within the happy hour time frame which was awesome. And when I asked for the appetizer menu to plan further visits, she was thoughtful enough to give us one to take home. We had the grilled oysters-so good! I happened upon Kelly's Pub while searching for restaurants local to the Crystal River area. At first I wasn't sure what to think because it's located inside a shopping center instead of the usual waterfront seafood spots that I normally frequent. However, I couldn't have been more impressed to find all of my expectations surpassed. From the amazing service from our waitress Julie to the lobster bisque that rivals a delicacy from Maine, I am so excited to say that this place is worthy of five stars. I never write reviews but I had to let people know that they need to try it for themselves. I also had the tuna sashimi and the brownie fudge skillet for dessert.
