This place has its own energy, especially when they have live music. I do think the food could use some improvements, the salad that comes with most plates is consistently bland. We ordered the beef stew this evening and were offered the brown bread for an upcharge, which we opted for. The bread was not that great, and turned out to be $4 extra for 3 slices of bread. The mains are solid, but the sides need improvement to round out and compliment the mains and bring better value to the menu items.

Great little pub. It has all the ambiance of a pub. Music is a bit loud and we were there on a great 80's playmix. Not particularly Irish but big tables for a group to drink and talk.

Underrated Orlando spot that I genuinely like to gate keep. Great live music, Cottage Pie is wonderful, overall delicious menu offerings, great drink selection and service. I bring out of town friends here and they always love it.

Cracking pub, this! Seems like the perfect place to begin an adventure ...in beer with friendly regulars and flirty pensioners. Only if I had any less self control, I digress. So the Guinness is good, of course, and so's the food. Actually, better. Who knew how delicious the food actually is here? Finding myself really rather gobsmacked over it. That goddamn pie. Double nom nom yum yum.

Found my new favorite Irish pub! Food is great and service really good considering it was pretty busy for a Monday evening. Inside is dark just like you want an Irish pub to be. Not full liquor

If you want a typical irish dark pub with bland irish food this is for you. The ambiance is fitting as it's typical of an irish pub, and has the vibes you want if you are seeking that out! We got the beef and leak mushroom pasty, as well as the leak pie. The crust on all was crispy flakely and delicious, but unfortunately like all irish food it's super bland and lacks flavor. The server was really nice and attentive, and they have a nice selection of beers on draft. To note: only beer and wine here!

We recently ordered lunch to go from Claddagh Cottage. My friend suggested it and we thought Irish style food sounded great so we were onboard! I ordered the steak and mushroom pasty with a cup of Irish stew and my boyfriend ordered cottage pie. Patrick took our order over the phone and handed it off when we picked it up. He was very friendly and the food was ready in the timeframe given. The Irish stew was a generous portion for a cup of soup. It was loaded with tender beef, potatoes, and carrots. The broth was a bit on the salty side in my opinion, but I still enjoyed it. The steak and mushroom pasty was awesome! It was packed full of beef and mushrooms and the gravy had a great flavor. The exterior pastry part was flaky and buttery tasting and still was able to hold up well with all of the filling. I'd definitely order this again. My boyfriend enjoyed his cottage pie. That portion seems a bit smaller when compared to the pasty and stew, but it's a dense and filling dish so he was quite satisfied. I snagged a bite of it, but the onion flavor was a bit too strong for my personal preference. I ended up with leftover stew and pasty that I enjoyed for lunch the following day. My friends enjoyed their meals as well. I'd been to the previous location in the past and remember enjoying the atmosphere. I will certainly return to this location to enjoy a pint of Guinness and check out the ambience in the future (and order another pasty of course.)

The mustard that goes with the scotch eggs is fantastic. Best I've ever had. Ambience is great, and check the schedule for live Irish music.

Best Irish pub in Orlando hands down. Darren is the best bartender and don't sleep on the food.

What an absolute gem!…read more We do Fun Food Friday as a family every week and tonight we decided to check out some Irish Cuisine. Harp & Celt may lack in the parking lot aspect, but it MORE than makes up for it in flavor, service, and atmosphere! There are two sides to H&C, one a bit more of a lively bar scene, and the other a more laid back pub vibe. Both have great seating and a fully stocked bar with access to some of the most delicious food around. We started with the pretzel sticks and fries with gravy and they both came out super fast and the gravy is beyond words good! One warning, it is piping hot so be careful! Haha The shepherd's pie has a fantastic mince with creamy and crispy topped mashed potatoes that feels like a warm hug in your stomach. The fish and chips are light, excellently crispy, and ridiculously fresh tasting. Add a little malt vinegar for a little zing and you've got a brilliant meal! Tack on a cold Manger's cider from the bar and you could be in any pub in Ireland. When there is a soccer game happening they've got the televisions dialed right in so you don't miss a minute of action, and you can even challenge your friends to a game of darts if you've got the skill!

Kick off was 9:00 and my husband and his friends got there at 6:30 to snag a primo table. He drank Guinness all night, and I got Guinness 0. Harp and Celt is a legitimate Irish Sports Pub and they pour their Guinness on tap "correctly" (if you know, you know). They also have a full bar if you're not into beer, and a lengthy food menu that includes traditional Irish fare and a blend of American casual takes. My favorite entree is the whiskey wings. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. They cook their food fresh to order so they do give you a warning on large match days that the food wait is longer than typical, obviously(!).
