I've had my nails done here by at 4 different technicians, & while they were mostly okay, there was only one that stood out from the rest. I believe her name is Liz or Lisa. I'm not sure which. I only had my nails done by her once & she did a beautiful job. Unfortunately, when I called to make another appointment w her a few weeks later, I was told that she only works on Saturdays. Over the next few months, I tried a few other nail techs, none of which were as good as the 1st gal. My nails never looked terrible, but they weren't great either. I kept thinking if I kept trying, different technicians there, then I'd find one I was happy w eventually. Right? Wrong. Last month was my last attempt. I showed the tech a picture of a very simple design (which she said she could do) & after many failed attempts she literally just dropped her brush onto the table & looked at me & said, "This looks good. That looks ugly." Then she gestured for me to put my hand under the lamp to dry. I was so done by that point. I'd been in there almost 2 hours for a fill. My good experiences here just didn't outweigh the bad experiences here, I guess. I will say that most of the staff is friendly, it's very clean & the pricing isn't bad. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for the most basic of nails. Unless you're lucky enough to get Liz/Lisa. She is a gem, but again, only there on Saturdays. read more

I Have been going here for 12+ years and the last 2 time have been the worst experience ever! I thought maybe it was just someone who didn't care but I just left there to try one more time and I asked for a deluxe pedi again! ( like I always do) and they didn't even do what the deluxe says! or do an extended massage! and still charged me for it ! Plus the girl cut me nails so short that they hurt! The past two times the owner hasn't been there and my deluxe pedicure that I pay $67 for with gel is less than an hour! Like I said I have been coming here for a very long time and have been doing a deluxe pedi every time and never less than 1 hour and 45 min! Even though she is now 40 minutes away in Roseville, my mom and I still come to see her because she's THAT good.
