Lilly did my nails. Regular gel polish change. She burned me with the drill bit and said it was cause it's the first time doing my nails. Overall the worst experience, I have very strong healthy nails that are now extremely thin and many areas are broken. I was going to let it go and just never come back but my designs didn't match at all and the polish lasted 3 days and had jagged edges that caught on my hair and my nail bed it going to have to recover for a few months. On top of it Lilly and Anna were very rude. As lilly was drilling my nails way too much anna warned her to not go as deep as she was. I noticed a different level of respect when it came to me and another person of color versus white elderly people. So if you're POC I suggest you finding another shop. got my nails done for prom, they came out so bad. she nicked my skin when drilling the nail then proceeded to drill even more of my nail after i said it was hurting me. on top of that two of the ladies started arguing because they couldn't do the design and one of them actually pushed my hand away and took the other lady to start painting it. once all nails were painted with a glossy top coat they also proceeded to file the nails again which made the polish come off on the sides. read more

They were running behind on my fill appointment which I didn't mind because the lady who did my pedicure was super amazing and sweet! (Cindy) Finally I was sat for my fill appointment at 3:38 and the lady (Trish) was completely rude from the start I had told her it was my first time here and it obviously didn't change her attitude. I had asked her to make my nail shape more coffin as they were before and she just said what one , I was like umm all of them. She continued to be rude so I just let her finish. I really liked this nail salon and will definitely be coming back here. The prices were pretty standard. I paid $30 for a fill with gel. They use DND gel polish, which is a solid brand. The place looked clean and the seats were comfortable. PROS: The woman who did my nails did a wonderful job, and she went the extra mile to pay attention to detail. I also liked that at the salon they weren't constantly speaking Vietnamese to each other like they do at other nail salons. It was nice and peaceful, with music quietly playing in the background. CONS: The only drawback is that they didn't have a wide array of colors to choose from, so I would bore quickly of the colors. I used to like coming here until today. Today they messed up royally. I scheduled an appointment for a person I have had before so made sure they had time. Originally wanted to come in at noon. They say ok. I tell them who I want but also decide that I want a pedicure too. They tell me ok come at 11 then. Ok fine. I assume I'll have a chair by 10 after 11 because they always seem to be running a few minutes behind, ok oh well fine they take their time. Especially this tech which is why I wanted her. So I walk in, 11:01 (one minute late oh well- yall can't be on time why do I need to be then?) So I get seated in a huge rush. The water wasn't even warm for the pedi. They don't have enough people to help those here, yet they keep filling spots. Why? Because clients time is not valuable. 5 min goes by before one person asks about the water. Now it's ice cold. I say no the water is cold. They fix that ok. Too late now yall already messed up. When she hands me the colors I tell her the color I wanted. She shows me I say ok. Then this tech puts a different color on than I asked for: didn't even realize until too late and I don't have time to have it redone. So guess I'm stuck with paying for something I didn't want!!! And I was forced to wait to get the wrong thing. Then I had to wait 30 minutes before they got me for my mani which honestly was ridiculous. Why do I bother to schedule an appointment when you don't honor the times? And then completely do the wrong thing anyways? Tammy is the only one who's actually worth her weight and doesn't rush which is why I didn't mind waiting for her. She apologized. Also, before I even left the shop Kelly (shop owner) wanted to argue with me in front of all of her clients about the review and wanted an explanation, I asked her you want to do this in front of everyone? She says yes- so I continue to explain how I felt that she doesn't seem to value her clients time, that she over books and under sells and maybe everyone else is ok with that but I am not. She continues to argue with me. Instead of trying to settle the issue. She never said sorry, not once. And all of this was in front of all of her clients there.. I don't mind starting a scene but I don't think her clients enjoyed it. Then when I went to ask for a discount, she argued she wouldn't do it unless I removed the review. So I sucked it up and paid full price and then- to make matters even worse if you pay cash you are supposed to get a stamp. 10 stamps on the stamp card=25 off your next manicure. So I will not be going there again despite loving the service I get from Tammy. I wish she worked somewhere else. Kelly is a huge uhhh. You know what. And I hope you see this because I gave you the option to make this right. Thanks for sucking! read more

I am surprised they even have a book of business with no talent. I even changed my mind to do my nails and during removing my dip she was so rough I am still in pain. I'm not sure where to start... Service itself: Helen did my full set acrylic with gel color. 1. Ive never had a nail technician put 4 coats of color on my nails to try to even it out and an additional 3 top coats. 2. No shaping around the cuticle so when they don't look clean, nor will they grow out clean. 3. The "hand massage" she did for about two seconds I wish she didn't because there was small particles of powder on her and my hands that felt like an uncomfortable scrub. 4. Pictures attached for reference. Uneven cut, bubbles in gel, super thick, let on extra product,etc. for $40 bucks- my nails SUCK! Overall place: 1. While getting my nails done, I saw two pedicure technicians working and when finished, they simply rinsed their tools, dried then and went to the next client. 2. In that same sink, a technician washed their utensil they just ate off of. In addition, they just rinse the tub spa thing. There are two towels on either side of the sink that they lay the rinsed items on after to dry. 3. Many of the technicians were eating lunch at a table right behind the last nail station. 4. The place has a very potent smell to it. Not necessarily good or bad. (Personally, it was nauseating.) 5. Looks to be a water leak in the middle of the place that was running on a customer shoes. Could have just been that a tub overflowed, who knows. 6. Another yelper mentioned it being unkept- and although it was a little messy, I could easily chalk this up as... it was the middle of the day and the place is old and outdated; therefore appearing dirty. I have been getting my nails done by Kelly for 14 years and she's the best in the business! I have very small thin nails and I've tried so many other nail salons and it's always been the same experience where my nails will start to come off after 3-5 days. But Kelly is very meticulous and when she does my nails, they last up to 6 weeks! She knows exactly how to handle any nail crisis and has amazing results. This time I also had a pedicure done by Tammy who showed great artistry when she fixed my ripped toe nail that I had surgery on years ago that I have always been a little bit self conscious of. She did thin acrylic powder on both toe nails and made them look even and natural. I can't sing enough praises for this team! I also added a nail set Kelly did a while back that I never got to share. I'm a long time, loyal customer since they opened in 2018. I consistently come in for fill and pedicure every two weeks, and I get my wax there too. Kelly (the owner) has mood swings, there are days that she'll greet or talk to you, and there are days that she would totally ignore you or days when she's very talkative. I also have heard Kelly on the phone many times with other customers, and she can be unpleasant at times. Today, I had to reschedule my appointment because I do not feel well at all. The years I've been a customer, I hardly cancel or reschedule appointment . Kelly got upset that I couldn't come at scheduled time, she told me to call back, and then she immediately hung up on me. I called them back after about 10 minutes, no answer, and no one even bothered to return the missed call. Not one customer should be treated like this; it is rude, unacceptable and very unprofessional. Always practice an excellent customer service whether you're busy or not, and even if you're having bad day. read more

Loved me whole experience with these ladies. Cindy painted my 6 year old daughters nails. She was so sweet and even gladly fixed her nail after she couldn't sit still. I was serviced by Ann. She took her time to give me a very nice full set. She took her time to file and shape and was extremely patient with my indecisive self. I absolutly love this place. It's so clean (I'm huge on clean) All of the workers are really nice and all do a very great job. I can literally bring any picture off of Pinterest and they will replicate it almost perfectly. They have everything here to. Every color. Every gem. Every stamp. Every powder. Everything. They defiantly keep up with what's hot and new. And for me the biggest thing is shape! Shape is so important, and they get my shape down perfectly every time. They constantly make it a point to ask if everything is ok or if you like the finished product. If you don't JUST TELL THEM. They have no problem fixing anything your not happy with! Close mouths don't get fed ppl. I wish I could give you guys a certain person to ask for..like "whose the best" but really they've all done such a good job on me..you cant go wrong! But when you get there tell them exactly what you want like Powder or gel or dip powder etc..and they will match you with who does those things best. (After all we all have our strong suits) Prices are very reasonable and you can feel confident coming out of here with what you want and not being ripped off for it. I pay about $35-45 a fill for powder color. Depending on how standard I'm going or fancy I'm getting. All in all. I'm a fan. And have found my forever nail shop!! Also. Well this is AWESOME! I came in and was immediately asked to temp check with a touchless head thermometer that is attached to the wall for ease of use and sanitation. Masks required- which I appreciate. I NEEDED a pedicure (think December 2019-WHAT? I thought I had time). Anyway, I was seated by Juan (a nice gloved gentleman, who I would later find out is a foot/leg massage gawd) at a pedicure seat that was ready and waiting for me safety liner and all. There was a an unused seat in between each pedicure-massage chair to ensure social distancing and plexiglass half-panels between the technician and client. I ordered the spa pedi with gel, and then relaxed into the chair as Juan buffed away the shame and neglect of the past 18 months to the tune of soft piano music (Poker Face isn't half bad as an acoustic piano piece). My feet are summer ready, my legs are soft and rejuvenated and my confidence is super boosted. Goodbye Pandemic Depression. Hello summer vapossibilities. Was looking for a place to get my nails done as I just moved to the area. I'd had a pedicure from a place closer to my house but it was a little chaotic and I didn't want my nails rushed. I called Kelly's because some people had recommended it on Nextdoor, and they said they could take me today. Went in and only waited about 5 minutes. Kim was sweet and she checked her work often to make sure it looked good and was symmetrical. I love my nails. I like simple nails and I've had some pretty bad nails before so I'm always a little nervous. I will for sure be coming back to Kim when I need fills and want to change my nails.
