I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs. We have appreciated the call back ability though, if we have breakthrough pest issues between our every other month service. Most notable lately has been paper wasps.
