Been calling every day for TWO weeks to try and book an appt. Always get a recording from that says they're busy and to please hold. No one ever picks up the line. If you hold long enough it will allow you to leave a voicemail which I have done but no one has ever called me back. I even called the Mission Inn main number and explained the situation. They told me they would put me through to a different number but I still got the same recording. Don't waste your time or money on this place. read more

It was my first time back since the COVID started. It was a horrible experience. Pass, just go to Massage Envy. It was terrible. Basically, you go straight to the massage room no robe, no champagne and no luxurious treatment. The music system was broken so it was awkward silences. VERY disappointed, it's 2021 at least get some Bluetooth speakers. And to top it off all treatments are the same price. I felt like I should have gone to a cheap place with bluetooth speakers instead and paid less. Come on Kelly's Spa!!!!! Please figure it out. Get some little champagne bottles with plastic cups and Bluetooth speakers. This used to be the only upscale SPA in Riverside not anymore. Now, it's nothing special! read more

This place is amazing. I got the women's package with a facial and massage. This is now my yearly routine. I enjoy making early appointments so I can enjoy the pool after. You get validated valet parking with your service which is another plus. Parking in Riverside can be crazy. You have access to the grounds while you are there, like the pool, spa, showers, and steam room. You can't beat the price for the quality service you get here. Everyone is so nice and the entire place is just a piece of heaven. This is a must do for any spa experience. I enjoying going during the week so there is not a lot of people around. While waiting on hold for several minutes you are asked if you'd like to leave a message, DON'T! Spoiler alert, no one calls back. I'm over trying to make an appointment here. There are several other salons that are thankful for business. Mission Inn is very pricey and with most of the amenities being limited or closed, it's not worth the extra cash. read more

We came here based on a recommendation of a friend for our first wedding anniversary and we LOVED IT. We booked the couple's massage and Sydney and Nathan were just phenomenal. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My wife had a pretty bad shoulder injury from pulling a muscle and said Sydney did such a great job and was gentle with the perfect ammount of firmness thereby not causing any pain. One word. Exceptional. Maybe it's because I'm a dude and don't do this kind of thing often or maybe this place is just that good! I think it's just that darn good! We did the couples massage for an hour. Before you walk in you can smell the lavender In the air, already I'm relaxed. They have a men's and woman's place to undress and put your robes on. As you wait you get to sit in one of their very nice rooms and a sip on champagne or whatever you choose, there's fruit and coffee if you want it too in the waiting area. Still, I'm relaxed and I can feel my body slow down. We were called on the go to our couples massage, and was greeted by the masseuses. They lead us to our room and there were two tables and were given instructions to de-robe and lay on the table. Ooooooh the blankets were so soft and warm. I might as well sleep! Once the masseuses came we were in full relax mode. I got a great massage! Wow! Afterwards, you can use the men's and woman's room to get dressed again for the whole day and use the pool. I took advantage of the steam room which is always my favorite and then after I jumped in the pool which was so cool and crisp! I loved it. We'll definitely consider getting the subscription membership and are definitely gonna go back!!! read more

I Was invited to Kelly Spa at the Riverside Mission to celebrate my friends Birth Date. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by the front desk girls who were so nice and attentive! Patricia was the lady that took us to the locker rooms and gave us the red carpet treatment! Joseph was also so attentive. Jennifer gave me the best pedicure I have gotten in a long time. She has angel hands I took a nap. This Place is amazing! I am celebrating my Birth Date here come this October. I only wish that it wasn't so far from LA! But still worth the drive! I stayed at the Mission Inn and decided to include a 3-hour relaxation spa package. I've never felt so decadent in my life, and I've been to other spas. First a rose-petal bath, champagne and berries. Than an amazing massage followed by a facial. One of the best things (may seem small but AMAZING) are the adjustable beds for massage and facial - instead of just using rolled towels, these beds actually adjust to keep pressure off hips and shoulders. (I'm easily impressed I guess, or I dearly miss my adjustable bed that's in storage right now :) ) The staff was amazing - can't say enough about them. Only reason one star less was the spa IS laid out in a sort of choppy way, the waiting rooms were crowded (although I met wonderful people). I'll definitely be going again though! read more

It was my first visit and I went for a 50 minute facial! The facility is beautiful, calming and a customer service is top notch! Everyone is very friendly, professional and a great place to relax! So, I made a reservation on 12/30/16 for 1/28/17 for myself and 3 sisters, and at the time I was told by the woman helping me (B) that the weekend was wide open, no problem, booked us for 11am in two private villas. One sister is staying there this week, went to spa for a pedicure, and asked the time of our reservation. She was told by B that it was for the 27th. Major problem, no way we could do that. Also, I had specifically said Saturday the 28th. So B tells my sister that it was MY fault, and she couldn't have booked Saturday cuz it was already booked... So I called back, was told that B was busy with another customer, and would call me back...needless to say, I never received the callback. And needless to say, Kelly's Spa will never see a dime of my cash. read more

We went to check out the spa since we were staying at the Mission Inn. The front desk staff was very rude and there was another female staff standing there as well giving us dirty looks as we inquired about the services. We left since we did not want to give our money to these people. One thing I noticed is "Kelly" uses her face as a logo for the spa and all the brochures featured HER, there were pictures of her everywhere. Talk about vain!!!! I planned a surprise Spa Day for our 13th wedding anniversary. I chose for us to have the Forever Yours Package, which included a 50 min massage, 50 min facial, and 25 min scalp massage. The services seemed to be cut a bit short, but that was probably because everything felt sooo good, that the time just flew by. But then again who's really penny pinching the time when you're on cloud 9? We weren't. We went with the flow and enjoyed every minute we were there. We arrived at the valet at exactly 930, so we made it inside the Spa just after, for our 10a appointment. The Mission Inn grounds are beautiful. The arches and detail and old world charm are just stunning. When you step inside the spa, everything is just so beautiful, clean, romantic, and classy. Every single person, we came in contact with was professional, helpful, and informative. The men and women have their own locker rooms that house multiple showers and a eucalyptus steam sauna. Neither one of us could get enough of that sauna...which is complimentary to use, if you are a hotel guest. They also had some amenities like razors, mini loofa scrubbies, shower caps, mouthwash, etc. Our massages were fantastic. We had a cute little villa, which was much more romantic than your average room. You get to select your lotion fragrance. I'm super picky and sensitive to fragrances, so I was thankful that there was a scent that I liked. I can't remember the scent my husband chose, but I chose the black currant one. I could not get enough of that scent. I was in constant smellfie mode. It took me a bit to relax, at the beginning of my massage, as I'm always on the go, but it didn't take long for me to melt under my masseuse's hands. After our massages we went to our separate steam rooms, rinsed off in the showers, then met up in the coed lounge until it was time for our facials. We were taken to separate rooms for our facials. To both of our surprise, we received another shoulder and arm massage. Don't get us wrong, our initial massage with our masseuses were fantastic, but we each had absolutely unreal massages with our estheticians. My esthetician, Tiffany, was AMAZING, I don't know the name of my husband's esthetician. I asked Tiffany what her services were. Unfortunately she only does facials and waxing. You can't book her for a massage. After our facials, we went back to our saunas, rinsed, then put our swimsuits on. We met up at the pool and ordered lunch and drinks from the poolside menu. We ordered a club sandwich that was large enough for two, a Mission Inn margarita and a couple of rojo sangrias. The sandwich was okay, the margarita was good, but I ended up wanting something slightly sweet. The rojo sangria was just perfect! After the pool, we ended up BACK in our saunas, showered, then dressed to get ready to leave. The locker room attendants were polite. Especially the one later in the afternoon/evening. I want to say that her name is Norma, but I'm probably wrong (petite with long dark hair). Her customer service was just exceptional. She was so sweet and personable. She asked if I needed anything, if she could bring me a drink, and even asked if she could have my car pulled up up from the valet when we were getting ready to leave. We ended up checking out just before 5. We definitely made good use of our time there. It was the best day of R&R that we've had in a while. We have been talking about when we're going to go back ever since we left! Loved, loved, loved the entire experience. So happy I chose to go here over going elsewhere. read more

My husband and I had "Healing" (deep tissue) massages yesterday. We were both extremely happy with our experience. My provider was Nathan. He gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. I have to mention that I am a somewhat tenured massage therapist myself(20 yrs). Not only do I receive massage for self care on a regular basis, but I also hire massage therapists at a luxury resort and spa. So over the years, I have had a lot of bodywork. Nathan was pleasant and professional. He is extremely intuitive and effective in his massage. He attended to all the lovely luxury spa details such as hot towels, aromatherapy and warm oil. Nathan is highly skilled, but he is also gifted! Jojo must be talented as well because my husband, who also receives plenty of massage requested Jojo for the second time. He loves her massage! All the staff was attentive, professional and friendly. We love the pool and jacuzzi amenities as well! read more

This was my first massage and very likely my last. NOT because this place was horrible, quite the contrary, it was excellent! I am just NOT a massage person, which is probably the reason why in my 34 years I have never sought one out. The massage itself felt good but it's entirely too personal/intimate an act for me to feel comfortable. The whole time I kept wondering if the masseuse wanted to throw up at the sight of my naked body. WORSE, if she was performing the task with her eyes closed so as to shield here sight from the disgusting flesh mass before her...I felt guilty the whole time and somewhat ashamed. That being said, This place is tits! My mother has been bugging me for some time to come here. She booked an appointment as a b-day gift. Thanks mom! The hotel itself is stunning. A beautiful peaceful picturesque location to have a wedding, celebrate a special event, or as my mother mentioned, come see Christmas lights. The spa is small but very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and extremely polite. They hook you up with a locker for you stuff. Give you a robe and slippers. You get a complimentary drink; We picked Champagne and chocolate. We used the eucalyptus steam room, which was small but very clean and effective. The relaxation rooms were snug but provided comfortable couch/chairs, complimentary tea, cucumber water, fresh fruit, dried fruit and nuts. You get use of the pool etc and there is no time limit. AWESOME! My mother and I got side by side massages in a lovely room with a private bath. (GREAT place if you are on a honeymoon!) The massage was good/great . I have nothing to compare it to but it was definitely not awful. The staff, facility, amenities and over all experience was worth the price. I recommend it. It's classy and professional. Unless maybe you get massages all the time, in which case I guess you would take the whole thing for granted...so in the end what the hell do I know. read more

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary here on Monday with the Shared Lavender Retreat and I must say, this spa truly exceeded my expectations. (DISCLAIMER: lengthy review ahead!) They encourage you to arrive a half an hour before your appointment which allows you to maximize your time. Upon arrival, you are given 2 complimentary drinks and 4 total (including champagne and chocolate truffles!) between you and your guest. There are two "Relaxation Rooms" in which you and your partner can wait before and in-between your appointment. Even though the rooms are some distance away from each other, the workers come find you to give you your drink AND get you before your appointment time. Definitely appreciated the attentive and welcoming service from the beginning. Although it is marketed as a "shared" experience, the lavender bath is separate. You are sequestered in this private room adorned with rose petals and fruits and water on the side of the bath. They also offer you a cold towel and two cucumber slices for your face, and the bath temperature and jets can be tailored to your discretion. It was lovely "me" time for those 25 minutes of pure relaxation. Afterwards, we headed to the couples massage in the villa which was absolutely divine. There are two beds side-by-side and the masseuses (Shauna and Sydney) ask you for your pressure preference beforehand. I usually opt for a more lighter-medium hand, while my boyfriend prefers a more heavy handed message. I wish the massage could be 10 minutes longer to make it a whole hour, but the 50 minutes sufficed. After the lavender bath and couples message treatment, you are free to use the pool and hot tub all day until closing. After our treatment, we were debating if we wanted to swim after feeling super relaxed, but Alexandria (one of the workers) highly suggested we take advantage of the spa's amenities. We listened to her advice and enjoyed the remainder of our time at the pool. We spent a solid four hours in total, including our appointment and overall pool time. The workers were extremely friendly, and one in particular stood out among the rest. Miss Margie was extremely sweet and constantly offered the two of us cold water during our down times. She really went out of her way to make sure we were accommodated, amidst serving the other people at the spa. She made sure we received our other complimentary drinks (apparently, you are supposed to 'ask' for your other two drinks) and completed my requests in a timely manner. I needed smaller sized slippers, she came back within 2 minutes, and even offered to take our picture to document our time there. Our tip to her was a reflection of her amazing service, and I am sincerely grateful for Miss Margie for making my experience worthwhile. **************************************************************************************** TLDR; Kelly's Spa is definitely the place you want to be, whether you are celebrating a special occasion (like our anniversary), or simply having a spa day. I am a spa junkie. I have a membership at an amazing So. CA spa and go at least twice a month. I really wanted to L.O.V.E. this place but I just like it. My treatment was amazing from the assigned massage therapist to the treatment itself I was in total heaven. If I could rate my massage therapist separately she'd definitely get 5 stars (her name was Lisa FYI). The spa also carries some of my favorite skin care lines (Epicuren and Eminence). It's a beautiful location and the attention to detail is impeccable from the time you check in to the time you check out. What I wasn't fond of was the women's retreat (aka-the locker room). It was unreasonably small and cramped. I was completely caught off guard and shocked by this. There was hardly room to move in there and forget about having enough space to do your hair and make up when as little as one other person is trying to get ready next to you. One positive thing about the locker room was the amazing steam room. Bottom line I would definitely go back but ONLY if I am staying in the hotel. At least then I could go back to my hotel room and get ready comfortably. read more

Don't waste your money. I've had better service at taco trucks. Background: I used to come to Kelly's spa all the time. 3 years ago, it was amazing. First of all, valet used to be comped. Even though they should see in their system I'm a returning customer, and I also told them on the phone, no one told me valet was only comped 6 hours. I was like wow, ok no big deal I'll pay for the difference, until I had the experience I had. The champagne they serve now is too sweet and warm. I had a bath for my initial treatment. I booked a rose petal bath. The bath I found out later is now $85! The rose petals are FAKE and there was hardly any bubbles. Then I had a 4 hand massage. It was so awful, I was checking my watch to see when it would be done. I had a male and female masseuse. I specifically asked for the male to only rub my back and the female to do my legs but the last 15-20 minutes the female switched to my back and the guy only rubbed my feet the last 20 minutes. So at this point I'm already fairly unhappy but I tried to be positive and went out to the pool to read a book. When I went before, several times before, there used to be a waiter that would come out at least every 30 minutes or so. No one came, so I asked one of the staff, Jonathon, if any waiter was coming out. He said no, I would have to go to the bar and ask for what I wanted, but he would bring me a menu. I wasn't really worried about this, it was just a short walk from pool. So he brings me menu. I go inside and place my order of cocktail and artichoke and spinach dip. I'm asked for debit card, I go and get the from my locker. The dip comes up, and it looks like cream of mushroom soup from can. I tried it and sent it back. I don't think I've sent back food since I was 18. I'm 33. It tasted like clam chowder. I stand there for maybe 10 minutes before I get my cocktail. I asked the bartender if they had charcuterie board and she said oh yeah I can grab that for you out the the fridge it will take 2 minutes. I told her I would be back in 5, came back and she was making drink for someone else, which is fine. Said she went to get my order and I stood there another 10 minutes. At this point I was upset. I was dropping a bunch of money and that place has just gotten awful. So I asked the hostess to get manager. Manager came out and spoke to me for a while, I explained I wasn't even mad I had to get my own stuff but I couldn't even get through locked gate, the key didn't work! So apparently even with all the money I'm paying I'm supposed to be my own waitress and walk around all the way through the spa every time I want to order something, check on my order, or carry my order back. She said she would send someone to check on me, I was there 2 more hours and no one ever came. Before I left I got one more drink and when I walked in there was another bartender that was rude of the bat. I explained that the manager said someone was coming to check on me over an hour ago and no one had come. She told me she had 3 people ahead of me and to sit down. I sat down at the bar and another patron began to talk to me, saying how they had to wait forever. So I began to tell her my experience, and the rude bartender kept pipping in about how "it wasn't pool season anymore, they were short staffed". She kept pipping in so much I finally said, "Excuse me, I was talking to this lady" and she rolled her eyes dramatically and said something along the lines of "wow ok". At this point I asked for manager again and no one came. I asked to speak to spa manager twice. Staff confirmed twice that she was there and the spa manager never came. read more

My wife and I went to Kelly's spa for a couple's massage on our anniversary. Everything was as excellent as could be expected! Very clean spa with attention to detail. The lounges we sat in prior to massage were very relaxing and the fresh beverages we were served were really good (I had a juice mixture called "calm" which had grapefruit and other nice flavors). The massage itself was one of the best I've had and worth every penny. We hung out by the Mission Inn pool the rest of the afternoon - total relaxation! A group of 3 coworkers and myself recently treated ourselves to a staff retreat of sorts at Kelly's Spa. When calling to make the reservation, we were told that we would be unable to book more than one facial in a time slot due to the fact that they only had one esthetician working that day. This was for 3pm on a Sunday. I thought it a little odd that they would be so short-staffed, but switched my facial to a massage anyway. When we arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet, soothing atmosphere. The lighting was low and warm, and music was playing softly in the background. The woman at the front desk checked us in, and offered us a complimentary glass of champagne or beverage. We were then shown to the locker room, where we were given robes and slippers to use for the day. After relaxing briefly in one of their public rooms, each of us was called separately for our treatment. When they got to my pregnant coworker, who had scheduled the "Maternity Retreat" massage, they stated that because she was still in her first trimester they would be unable to perform her treatment for liability reasons. It would have been nice if they had said something about this on the phone when we scheduled the appointments. She chose to have a mani/pedi instead, since this was virtually the only treatment they were willing/able to perform for her. When it was my turn, I was led to a private massage room. I was able to chose the style of music i wished to hear, as well as volume, and the scent for my aromatherapy massage. The massage itself was extremely disappointing. For the price I expected something on par or at least close to the high quality of massage I have received at Glen Ivy Hot Springs. This was unfortunately not the case. I left feeling only slightly more relaxed than when I arrived, and disappointed that the massage I chose specifically because it was listed on their website as featuring head, neck, and scalp massage (I carry all of my tension in my neck and shoulders) seemed to focus mainly on my legs. (???) I also have to agree with other reviewers in that the pictures of who I can only assume to be Kelly plastered on any available surface seem more than a little gratuitous and honestly a bit creepy. I would have given them a 2.5 for overall experience if possible. I'm rounding up only for the ambiance. read more

Honestly, I expected more. I went with a group of ladies, we all had appointments for special treatments etc...I had a pedicure. It was nice but Kelly loses a star here. They soaked my feet, shaped the nails and painted them but that was it! There was no foot massage or anything special to make it feel like I was at the spa. Yes, I was sitting on a pile of cushy, elegant pillows but the pedicure was sub par. I went expecting a spa experience and while it was relaxing, it was also lacking. We got our robes on, sat in a lounge for several hours and then went home with painted toe-nails. Thank you Kelly but I wont be coming back to this spa. read more

I developed the gluttonous habit of coming once every two months for a facial; now I try to keep it to every 4-6. The attendants are gracious, and I have Cassandra as my aesthetician. She explains the products but isn't pushy, and really enjoys her work. As an athlete, I think the massages are timid and weak but unless you have serious muscle pathology from a life of heavy lifting and frequent falls, you might like it just fine. I have only come for the facials, but seeing as how I come back, you know I must like them! Be sure to come at least 30min early so you can enjoy the steam room and the lounge (where you are served a refreshing drink of your choice- I like the lavender one the best). Hint: If you ask for an extra truffle, and are sweet to your attendants, they might hook it up. :) read more

I would change two things though, multiple requests for a small bench in the middle of the ladies locker room have gone too long ignored, what will it take to make that happen?? Also maybe they need someone at the front desk over 18. These receptionists have attitude, poor customer service and if a problem arises their first response is no. They could benefit from a couple of more receptionists with life experience! While visiting family in Riverside I decided to get a massage and facial at Kelly's Spa since spa options are limited in Riverside and it seemed to be the nicest place where I could spend the day. The ambiance was nice, a bit smaller than I expected and in certain areas the scent of eucalyptus was overwhelming. The staff was kind and informative. My expectations are high though so I left a bit disappointed. My first service was a facial and after I was very clear about needing my pores deep cleaned and skin moisturized due to the dirt and dry heat in the area the esthetician massaged my face a bit, applied a mask, walked away for like 30 minutes, came back and wiped it off with a warm towel, applied face moisturizer and that was it! I asked if there would be any extractions because my face was covered in clogged pores and she said that they were not ready for extraction. I mentioned the use of a pore lancet and she informed me that they are not allowed to use those tools. I could have done that myself. My massage was okay and afterwards I spent time in the steam room but that got overwhelming very quickly. I quickly ran out of things to do so I wandered over to the pool but it is shared with the hotel guests so I ended up leaving shortly after my services. I have no problem splurging money on myself but I believe this spa is lacking and overpriced. read more

PRE-COVID----Kelly's Spa once was my place to bring my family and friends to rejuvenate and leave reality behind. However, my last few visits were less than the 4 stars the property boasts, more like 1 star. The massage therapists are great. Prices have soared but the products have decreased as have the facilities. Bathrooms backing up, steam room frequently out of service. Requested cabanas closed, baths out of service. Receptionist Elizabeth tosses the sign in book at me to sign in and Brittany the pool side hostess rolled her eyes at me ant took 20 minutes to bring me a glass of champagne. I waited for 45 minutes for a salad! Embarrassing when you bring your friends here to relax and you watch employees more interested in playing in their phones than taking care of guests. Poolside was out of towels I had to use the phone to request some since Brittany ignored my request. This was my last visit and my third time in a row I received poor service. Prior to this my massage appointment was mixed up with someone else and Elizabeth was the one that made the error and was not interested in doing anything to assist me with rectifying it. I felt like I was stuck in a sorority house with Brittany and Elizabeth it an episode of Mean Girls with these two girls rather than a place of business. My fiancée is a local attorney and we entertain clients.... we will be taking our guests, family and scheduling our wedding elsewhere. The Roberts and not doing their jobs as keeps of the INN with running this place that was once the Jewel. It saddens me. I loved this property and planned on getting married here. On a side note I had hoped this place would be my sanctuary to recuperate from Breast Cancer however it only created more stress and anxiety for me . read more

I love this place. If you want to feel like a million dollars, spend some time at Kelly's. The staff treats you incredibly well and I never feel as pampered as I do after coming here. It is a little on the pricey side, but spending the day at the pool makes it worth it. The locker rooms are the best that I've seen. They have thought of everything! read more

I love Kelly's spa! I am a regular here and it is my oasis especially because its so close to home. I think the quality of the services and atmosphere you get here are exactly what you would expect from the Mission Inn. The attendants are always helpful. Patty is my favorite and anticipates my needs and wants during my entire visit. I don't think the pedicure I had on my first visit was great but of you are looking for a relaxing day at the spa this is a great place to go. Some higher end spas charge much more and have minimum fee on services to enjoy the facilities. Not at Kelly's. They have always treated me like royalty regardless of the services I recieved or if I was staying at the hotel and wanted to use the steam room. I love the little details everywhere and the murals are all hand painted. If you are used to a ultra modern space - or a cold, and stark setting in a spa this may not be the place for you. Its romantic, there's lots of pink girlie touches, and yes, pictures of Kelly around which I think add a personal touch. read more

Kellys Spa, my go to place when I need some R&R. I cannot say enough about this place. You must stop in to meet the amazing staff, enjoy the calmness of the eucalyptus steam room, treat yourself to a hydrofacial, fall asleep to soft music and heated blankets as you embrace a healing massage. I promise you will wake up and feel like you are walking on clouds. If that isn't enough sit by the pool and enjoy sunshine and lunch as you listen to your thoughts. Forget something no need to worry the spa has got everything you need to make you feel right at home. Fresh fruit, nuts, chocolates oh and my personal favorite the Refresher drink or enjoy the warmth of tea and fruit flavored water. Whatever it is I am sure Kellys spa will exceed all your relaxation needs as it has my own. read more

This place is amazing, they never disappoint. I love taking my mother here for any special occasion. Margie and Patty are the reason why I continue to bring my mom her more year and years to come. This spa is wonderful but the way Margie and patty treat us make us coming back for more, I can't speak more highly of them. I'm so thankful for them and their services every time I come. Really enjoyed my day at Mission Inn and Spa, starting from pulling up to the friendly and convenient valet (complimentary with spa service). The spa was lovely, and although small - very cozy with numerous little alcoves and relaxation areas (inside and out) for quiet time or to catch up with my friend. Nice touch was the rejuvenating juices at check in. The absolute best part is the amazing service. The ladies tending to us were psychic! They brought up new juices, fruit and truffles as we sat and chatted, and we're always very helpful in making sure we were pampered. I had a 50 min Swedish Massage, and although I expected something very basic, he took the time to find out what was hurting. He really went to work on some sciatica I had been experiencing. Great massage. Downsides: if they had a whirlpool and dry sauna, I never found it. It might have been outside by the pool. The eucalyptus steam was awesome, but I wished I could have alternated with the dry sauna. Also, it is a co-Ed spa in relaxation areas; ok but takes getting used to. Lastly, we ordered snacks but they took so long (over 30 min), our appointments came up and we had to cancel. In general, however, a fabulous time. Am looking forward to my next visit! read more
