He is very outgoing, very easy to talk to, listens carefully and explains everything really well. He's also very focused on your comfort during procedures. You can tell he has a real passion for periodontics and the latest science and technologies behind it. The entire unit in which Marcia Henson confirmed to be a permanent porcelain/ceramic bridge with crowns, became detached. After having the detached bridge examined by another dentist, it was determined to be an acrylic abutment of a bridge. When attempting to retrieve a refund, Marcia Henson, DDS was caught in lies regarding her actions and to this day, will not provide a refund. Henson's insurance carrier Nationwide would not honor a liability claim and with charges pending through the Health Care Alternative Dispute Resolution Office for the State of Maryland, Marcia Henson refuses to mediate. I do not recommend that anyone use Marcia Henson, DDS for any dental work or financial matters. Being an experienced dentist licensed through the State of Maryland, Marcia Henson, DDS knows the difference between a permanent porcelain/ceramic bridge and an acrylic abutment of one.

I came back to the office in August 2018 for a try-in. The partial did not look natural and it did not fit. Dr. Henson made adjustments and sent partial back to lab to be corrected. In late November or December, I went back into the office for another try-in and the partial was too straight. You could tell they were dentures, they didn't look natural at all. Dr. Henson assured me she would be using another company because the vendor she was using could not get the partial correct. The last time I went back into the office was late January. When i tried the dentures they were horrible, at this time I was upset because I allowed Dr. Henson three times to fix the denture and the second time she promised they would be correct. I explained to her that I was impatient, I had been waiting almost 1 year for my teeth. I explained that I didn't want to try the dentures anymore. Dr. Henson was paid but I didn't get my partial because it was not right and I cant go to another dentist because according to my insurance I do not qualify for 60 months. I would not recommend her to anyone, in regards to getting partial the service was horrible. Every time I called in the secretary told me she would call me back and I never got a call back, when I would finally call back after waiting she would say she forgot. Very unprofessional.
