My wife asked another server the protocol of how we put our name down on a list or how we could get seated and she was told "if there was an open table just go sit down and a server would come to your table", we went and sat at an empty table. Another 15-20 minutes went by and still no one even spoke to us. If you want to enjoy a meal on the water save yourself some frustration and go elsewhere the only person there that has a clue is the bartender, he's great but he can't be everywhere and most of the servers stand around and chat.
