They have a lunch and ice cream counter, they carry the local bakers goodies, nice coffee beans, and all the staples and sundries you'd hope to find in a convenience store. They have seating indoors and outdoors. All items are paid for at the indoor counter. The ice cream window exists but it is not actually in use. I got a scoop of 3 nerds and a red head by 3 nerds and a red head and I ate it outside. It was a really interesting scoop of coconut ice cream with raspberry. I kind of wish I had gotten the chocolate and raspberry scoop - but it was delicious. I regret not sitting in the cow chairs and taking selfies... but I had a pleasant sit and eat outside.

Although we were the only diners eating inside (they have outdoor seating too) there was a constant stream of takeout while we were there. My wife opted for a chicken quesadilla with peppers, while I chose a corned beef Reuben, which turned out to be one of the best I've ever had. Stacked full of lean, tender corned beef, I was almost full after the first half, but it was so good I couldn't resist finishing it. I now regret not having leftovers. Service was exceptional. We'll probably be back for breakfast.

However this store is exceptionally hot inside with no air conditioner. I purchased some cheddar macaroni salad from their deli and had a short bout of explosive diarrhea afterward as did my partner. We met also another sick couple at the campground who had also purchased the cheddar macaroni. The female owner/cashier is a bit antisocial and off putting.

Whether you get a delicious sandwich made with Boar's Head meat, (the best) or you looking for something to take home and make for a meal at another time., it is all good. In the store section, they have fresh cut bacon and other meats that some people might find extremely delicious. Some of the expected things like fresh produce including squash and apples are also available right now. There's also a large selection of homemade jelly, jam, and marmalade. They have two different bakery sections. One has cookies and simple baked goods, and the other has things like mini cheesecakes and eclairs. Inside the store, they also have their own wine. Lots of different flavors. I did not grab any of that today, but that will be interesting for a different day. I also recommend a hike around the conservation area :-) Grab a sandwich first!
