You know that tooth had been…read morein the about 80 years and was only part of a broken tooth and had to come out in small pieces, about 10 pieces. No pain in the chair. Massie (sp) was wonderful. She was there every moment and catered to my every need. She was so polite and knew her business keeping me comfortable. Meanwhile Dr Chavez was carefully working on the extraction. Told me jokes to ease my mind but I had no pain other than having to keep my mouth open. I just knew that when I got home and the Novocain wore off I would be in pain but didn't happen. Dr Chavez gave me some steroids to help the healing of the gum where he had to put in a couple of stitches. I went from hating to go to the dentist to knowing I will have no fear if I need another extraction. Thank you Dr Chavez and Massie.

Gangs of New York style doctors. I am a Texan who went to this business as a child growing up and then my doctors retired. I recently found a WOMAN who has been a dentist for over 25 years who was nice to me. She just gave me a night guard and sent me on my way. These doctors want us to pay them lots of money and they dont actually want to save your teeth. I know that because the doctors that used to work at this place named Lutrell and Gomillion told me dentists like to have you with bad teeth so they can make money. Don't trust dentist, vets and doctors always. Especially when they are mean to you and don't care about you at all. Like these men acted randomly towards me. As a mom and as a lady? I have never felt such disgusted and disdain as both of these dentist acted towards me just for being late driving in to an appointment. I was shocked the ladies working there for 20 years did not get vacations and bonuses. If the men took over that office go ask them if they got anything for Christmas the first 3 years. Instead of vacations they didn't get anything and I asked them. I asked the short doctor if he gave them anything there is a photo right there of the employees in Hawaii and my previous doctor did that. He said oh maybe we should do something- this was 3 years into their takeover. I have a great woman who has been doing teeth for as long as Gomillion and Luttrel and literally went to high school with their employees. I had my child and my mom's birthday and frankly they could have just said nice words. But only those who are nice and have nice people skills are capable of doing that. It's a gift to a few and a skill learned by many. It's odd when they are not my boss & they can't even care for their own employees openly and brag about it to me at all. Never artificially written. Written by me after getting great care from a 25 year long dentist who was professional kind and wanted their patients to morally and ethically be ok. I think a long time ago they could have literally called and said I'm sorry you felt that way but maybe their mom and dad never taught them to have any manners at all? Who knows. Do better men. Dr. Imam is not only amazing, he is kind, understanding and has walked us through this process. He helped coordinate a team of orthodontist, periodontist, and oral surgeon. He was crutial in healing my son's trama to his mouth. He needed braces, 3 root canals, an extraction and gum work. Dr. Imam was also always available even for emergencies on the weekends. The final 2 front teeth are beautiful and no one will ever be able to tell they are veneers. The staff, the office, the follow through is more than expected. We are truly grateful for their care of our son's teeth.

I went in for a cracked tooth knowing I probably needed a root canal. Find out they only do them once a month there when the endo is in...they were booked two months out. The charge for one crown and a root canal was over 3k. Temp crown fell out within two days. When I finally went in for the root canal (never had one and was extremely nervous and they knew this and it was noted in my file, that I was difficult to numb) had to stop the endo twice, once because I had a literal panic attack in the chair, again because I could feel everything. The root canal itself after they got me properly numb was fine. But before the root canal they tried to tell me all the sudden I needed a second root canal next to that tooth and one on the other side. I was not having it. The crown itself is a horrible gaping fit. It protrudes outward much further than any of my other molars and the bite is horrific. I ended up having my cosmetic dentist replace the crown because it was such shoddy work. The crown portion was done by Dr. Wu who has got to have some of the worst bedside manner and roughest hands out there. She was incredibly pushy and rude, and made me feel like crap for not wanting to do more work than originally agreed upon and getting a a second opinion. I have since had said tooth that also needed a root canal done, fitted with a filling, their horrible crown replaced, and a renewed fear of the dentist thanks to them. Oh and stuck with a 3k bill for a crown that wasn't even done right

Even though they have a long waitlist, they still got me in within an hour as an emergency visit(it might've been because I was literally crying, exhausted & tired of dental issues). I was not an established patient yet, but immediately I felt very welcomed in there, very cared for, and I was very pleased to hear everyone being so respectful to one another. It seems like a joyful office to work in. Hindsight is 20/20 and I wish I would've known about holistic dentistry sooner rather than later, but at least I'm here now. I had a silver amalgam removal done safely using the smart protocol, and both the hygienist and dentist walked through every step several times to make sure that I was comfortable.
