The main reason for the service was to ensure its smooth operation and prevent any issues. However, the service took longer than the quoted timeframe, which was annoying but could be overlooked. Fast forward to December 29, and I brought my watch in because I had three new issues that were not present before the service. The eight Roman numeral fell out of the face to the glass, the crystal was swapped out for a lower-quality one, and the hand would move by itself, misaligning the time. I brought my watch in today to get these issues resolved, as it was stated that if there were any issues with the service or the movement, I could bring it back in. I dropped it off and was called an hour later to inform me that it was not covered under the service. I've had this watch for over four years without any issues, except for the few months after the service performed by Forever Jewelers. Now, I have three new issues with the business refusing to take responsibility for their craftsmanship. They told me that if I wanted the issue fixed, it would cost me an additional $250, which is not even considering the replacement glass crystal.
