My now hubby and I had always planned on having a courthouse wedding. I just expected a quick trip to the "altar" and some iPhone pictures. We had scheduled our wedding at the courthouse about 3 weeks before our date. Maybe a week before the wedding, my mom kept pushing that I get a photographer, wedding dress and a bouquet. Kenia is AMAZING at what she does! She truly brought my dream wedding florals to life!!! Not only that, but she is so kind, positive and passionate about what she does. I felt like she was one of my close friends every time we interacted. For example, I was SUPER stressed the week before my wedding (not floral-related), and I randomly received a video message from Kenia. She sent me a video of the mock-up for my tablescape, and she nearly brought tears to my eyes because it was so GOREGOUS! I sent her a thank you text to let her know that she made my day with the video because I had been so stressed. Kenia Z Florals is absolutely amazing. I contacted Kenia about creating floral arrangements, bouquets, and a beautiful tablescapes for my intimate family wedding and dinner. Kenia requested a phone conversation so we could get to know each other a little better. She asked questions about my style and vision for my wedding, and she requested that I share my Pinterest Board. She was incredibly professional and thorough. I felt so comfortable talking to her, like she was one of my sisters, and felt like she was really interested in bringing my vision to life. Over the course of about four weeks, we exchanged texts and emails about my special day, as she made suggestions, recommendations, and adjustments to what I was hoping for. And, oh...did she deliver! (As an aside, I asked Kenia to deliver the flowers to me so I could take them to the weeding location, since it was quite a distance from the reception, and didn't feel it necessary for her to drive that far for such a small wedding.) I was sitting in the chair getting my hair done by her amazing twin, and Kenia walked in with the first bouquet. My jaw dropped! Then she brought in the others. I was in awe. They exceeded my expectations...right on point with my style (Italian/mediterranean)...so elegant, stunning floral choices with lots of greenery including olive leaves, fresh rosemary, and sage! But that wasn't even the best part. She also created beautiful tablescapes for our family dinner. We had five tables that were to be decorated with runners, candles galore, and the arrangements from church. When I walked in to the restaurant, I almost cried. Honestly, the tables were straight out of a magazine. The ambiance was perfectly curated by Kenia's creativity and care. I only wish I could do it all over again.
