He said I'd be amazed with the results, I wasn't expecting perfection, but what I paid is expect better. In front of front tire this "paste" was left. He said it'd turn to powder and wipe off, it didn't and the parts that did left dark paint. The 2 doors are bumpy and the paint to fix it underneath is still visible. In front of the back tire, they tried to paint and the paint peeled off. He said he'd come back to buff it out. I ended up getting rid of the car.

They actually showed me the damage on the vehicle and walked me through exactly what needed to be repaired. That level of detail and willingness to explain things made a big difference. Conrad didn't allow the insurance companies go with non OEM parts that are sometimes of lower quality or don't fit (one reason for the delay) and he stopped me from picking up the vehicle twice because he inspected and reinspected and had things corrected until they looked PERFECT. Three days later I noticed a fog light went out again and he is already on it ordering a part and getting me scheduled for a same day fix. The finished product made it worth all the wait.
