Nothing but good things to say about Matt and LPB. They were recommended to me by Hill Country British. I sent him two cars -- a 2018 Sonata and a 2008 Range Rover. Excellent repairs in the timeframe he promised. Kept communication. Price was far less than or comparable to the big shops. Would definitely use again. I read the other poor reviews -- two were people who never got repairs and were complaining about phone things. It is a small shop so there are less people who have to do more things but I never had a problem and those reviews were old too. Good place for Rovers which have aluminum bodies and not just anybody can work on. read more

A family run business and they truly are the kings of auto body and paint. I have been dealing with George and his sons for 15 years. The first car he repaired for me was a black sports car that needed a new rear bumper (someone hit me from behind). 15 years later that bumper still shines like a mirror and looks absolutely perfect. No fading and no pitting... just pure perfection! You can't even tell they replaced it and everywhere I go people give me compliments on the car. These guys do incredible work. More importantly they are nice people and professionals that have treated me with respect. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they work quick! Dealt with these guys through my insurance and they were dishonest and really slow at fixing the car. Kept procrastinating or forgetting to order parts. Did a really terrible paint job on my bumper and the paint started coming off after the first car wash. Window was off and had wind noise when going over 55mph. The manager or maybe he is the owner, told me that is how the car is designed and they need to adjust the window, well they adjusted the window on three separate occasions in the span of a few months and this is definitely not the way new M3s are designed, but rather proof of your shop's low quality standards and your inability to admit that something was done incorrectly. Anyway do not be fooled by the amount of premium cars these guys work on. Their service and the quality of their work is neither premium, nor honest. read more

The guy who answers the phone is very rude, abrupt and curt, not courteous or polite at all. What every happened to the days when people were kind, gracious,courteous, polite and respectful? He wasn't nasty, but callously and abruptly rushed me off the phone and said that he did not do complete paint jobs. What ever happened to the days when people had basic human decency? I was hit my a driver with insurance and went here. I went to three body shops and Loredo Body Shop's estimate was much less than what the other guys were going to charge. The damage was pretty bad with huge scrapes down the side with giant holes. They fixed is so it looked new. They told me five days and it took five days. Couldn't have been better. read more
