I was greeted over the phone by a girl, unsure of her name - but she had a very very very rude tone in her voice. Mind we have been going here for 10+ years. She stated to me we would be treated like new customers and have to wait till January to be seen because I haven't been there for 2 years they will treat me like a new customer...... she was SUPER rude over the phone and did not care about the loyalty previously shown. I have seen Dr. Easter since I was a kid and have always had a great experience. I took my son to a…read morepediatric dentist (closer to where I live now) and got a treatment plan that I questioned because it wasn't really explained to me why and it didn't seem appropriate (but I'm not a specialist in this). That is when I decided I needed to take my son (3.5 y/o) to the dentist I have personally trusted for years who has taken the best care of my teeth with having my best interest in quality of life and financial interest. When we got there he reviewed the X-rays, looked at his teeth and then explained to me what his treatment plan would be. It wasn't that the pediatric dentist was wrong, but just was not necessary to put a 3.5 year old through all of that. He then treated my son and was amazing with him, along with his super friendly staff. I will always recommend Dr. Easter & his staff for pediatric and adult dentistry- there is a reason I have gone to him for over 20 years!
