Dr. Thomas's 31 years of being an endodontist, including eight years in the Navy and being deployed during Operation Iraq, has served her well. So I was late when I arrived in Frederick but they still fit me in and acted like it was no big deal that I messed up they schedule. Generally, after the root canal is finalized they send the patient back to their dentist to repair the crown. But due to a recent move from another state I no longer have a dentist. I met with Dr Goguen and she was able to walk me throug the process and procedures that would fit my individual situation. She and the staff set up a plan and put me in contact with their Anesthesiologist Dr Dorsch. She in turn explained her potion of the process and answered any questions I had. After my appointment was confirmed, I received calls from both Advanced Endodontics and the Anesthesiologist two days before my procedure to make sure I was ready. One the actual day I arrived and the staff was totally prepared and I was treated as if I was the only patient they had. The process went exactly as planned on time with no issue.
