This is referring to their behavioral health suite at kadlec but since they don't seem to exist…read moreonline I will put my warning here for all patience. I am Really disappointed with the discrimination I experienced at kadlec behavioral health. I went in not once but twice to get the help I finally needed. I have ADHD and I wanted to get properly diagnosed and start the proper treatment as my life is heavily affected by this. While I did get diagnosed, I was looked down upon because I smoke. She made me come back in, even tho I was already confirmed twice to have the illness. Mary Habiba Ameh couldn't care less. She looked at me like I was a drug seeker and wanted to put me on antidepressants and anti-anxiety meds. I told her I had already used those in the past and had bad experiences with them. I knew they wouldn't help and I wasn't there for generalized anxiety, I was there for ADHD which she confirmed I had. But no, that was unacceptable. She was EXTREMELY dismissive, EXTREMELY SARCASTIC, and frankly she needs to learn more about the diseases she is "treating" and how it presents in people. I felt like she tried to make me Feel small and it felt horrible. For someone who is a medical professional, she did not seem all that Knowledgeable and honestly was a stark reminder As to why I stopped working with psychiatrists in the first place. Unless you fit the perfect mold as to what she wants a patient to look like, don't even bother. If you have ever tried to help yourself deal with your symptoms, don't tell her or she will probably try to tug you around by a leash.

I was very upset and angry about having to have my appointment rescheduled due to Covid exposure and in my upset and panicked state I was crying and yelling and definitely at my worst. Ruby maintained such a sweet and understanding and patient manner with me and did not make me feel bad for how upset I was. She is a complete professional and I am very grateful for her. Also, if Ruby sees this, I am so sorry for being so upset and yelling even though I tried to let you know I wasn't upset at you, you still got the brunt of my frustration and I wish I had been able to hold it together better.

He barely looked in my ears. He looked at my face and then said oh, you just have all allergies going on well amazingly I came up to Spokane today and she was like no she said you have fluid behind both ears. You have an impaction in one ear that looks like it's been there a little while. Why didn't he say that because he didn't really look he came in and flashed his little light and basically blew me off. Told me to go buy some Sudafed and ibuprofen I found him completely atrocious. I will never go back there again ever I will never take anybody in my family there. I was appalled. He was a complete ass treated me like I was nothing didn't even listen to me swelling maybe I should give her around a prednisone possible infection she has asthma so let's be in the preventive mode. Nothing this was on a Monday. There was nobody else in the ER. I went home to my husband and I just looked at him. I almost started crying because I didn't know what to do. Horrible doctor horrible arnp robyn Huetter I am not a frequent flyer in the ER either nor a medical provider you treated me like common drug seeker or something just looked at me. I shouldn't even have to pay that bill, but I'm sure I or my insurance will.
