We were seen right away, and my son was put on an iv for hydration and given pain medication. He had blood work, a ct scan and other tests run to rule out appendicitis, etc. and then he was discharged, all within 3 hours. We felt confident in their diagnosis of a virus. We were in constant contact with a relative who is a nurse and she was very impressed with the level of care we received. On top of this, the hospital is clean and very modern.

I was very upset and angry about having to have my appointment rescheduled due to Covid exposure and in my upset and panicked state I was crying and yelling and definitely at my worst. Ruby maintained such a sweet and understanding and patient manner with me and did not make me feel bad for how upset I was. She is a complete professional and I am very grateful for her. Also, if Ruby sees this, I am so sorry for being so upset and yelling even though I tried to let you know I wasn't upset at you, you still got the brunt of my frustration and I wish I had been able to hold it together better.

That short, older lady nurse with short hair could do us all a favor and retire. She was horrible. No bedside manner. Twice I got spoiled milk delivered to my room. Just what a new mother wants lol. I called the cafeteria and told them when I got spoiled milk the first time to which a lady came in from the cafeteria and proceeded to give me yet another(past date) spoiled milk. I'm like thanks a lot lady.... Over all not a bad experience but not amazing either. Won't be returning here for the next baby.

Three months to get my very painful gallbladder diagnosed and treated, something that should have…read morebeen done in one visit to the ER. It took me three, very expensive visits. Two of my doctors demanded that I go back to the ER (the final time). I did, only to be told by the Kadlec ER Receptionist "I'd love to fulfill your expectations, but I doubt it will happen. We don't admit people this way. You have to be, like 'septic sick'". I had to place emergency phone calls to my doctors, again to be admitted, three months after my first, of four, excruciating gallbladder attacks. Once admitted, my care was incredibly good. However, being admitted was every bit as painful as the gallstones I was forced to live with for three months. Sorry Kadlec, one star for you.
