Then when I found a vehicle at another Mazda dealer an hour away they asked if I could wait until the middle of July to purchase a vehicle and then it has been radio silent ever since. I would not recommend this dealership. Michelle is extremely miserable and rude. Typical WW characteristics. She made my car buying experience horrible. She was not organized and was in the middle of a purchase with another couple during the time I'd advised her that I'd be stopping out to look at two cars. One car wasn't even there for me to look at (why? When you said it was there and available) and the other wouldn't turn on straight off the truck. Nick (salesman) was so so. Happy with the car I bought but glad I didn't finance through them/Mazda bc I can tell it would've been a major headache. You could tell the atmosphere changed when they realized that I A. wasn't a dummy and B. didn't want to finance through them any longer and I had my own financing. Dealership was also old and dingy and janky. This is only the second non BMW I've ever owned and I can tell you now it pays to pay a little more for "quality service." read more

The car I purchased was at there aunt pennys value lot. I had a great experience with them. It was up until we had to go over to Kenny Ross Mazda to do the finance on the car. The person made me wait for over an hour while they were saying the site was done, which that may of been true. But when you wait over an hour you just want to get out. so when they Finally said they were ready for me to do the finance room, I just wanted to get out. The guy didn't talk about any of the papers, he didn't explain anything. Everyother dealership I went to the finance dept explained every paper I signed And made sure I understood What I was signing. When I walked in, he had all the paperwork done, with an extended warranty, the lojack, and a warranty on the paint. i never told him i wanted any of that. he just printed it out and had me sign. stupid of me, i signed all of it without asking questions. i did not know that the lojack was 1k and it not refundable. these guys will try to hustle you as much as they can. I just want everybody to make sure you know what you are signing because they wont explain it at all. the dealership itself was pretty terrible too. the waiting room madr me think that i was gonna have aa meeting. but i think they are moving soon. i had a great experience with the value lot, not so much with the mazda finance dept. read more

Overall very good experience. Very happy with the price of my car and the sales manager and the salesman that I worked with. I worked with Tom. Gave me a great deal for my trade...only thing I would really improve upon is the sales man explaining the product a little bit more to my liking with features, reliability, etc, but he did an overall great job. The visit in the beginning at the start could've been a bit more organized since they got overbooked with customers that particular night, but again, it overall was a great experience. They did not pressure me and I greatly appreciated that. They were respectful and honest and treated me like a friend. I will recommend them to anyone. read more

NEVER AGAIN. Once they get the sale they disappear. Bought a 2020 Mazda MX-5 Club in August 2020 there. It's a rare car & color, and it was the Club trim I wanted, so I drove 3 hours to get it. I told them I was only interested in the Club trim w/ the appearance/aero package on it. They told me it had it. It didn't. I asked where the back and side pieces were. They acted like they didn't know what I meant. The photos of the vehicle on their website were so dark you couldn't tell, (I saved them) and being 3 hours away that was all I could go on. Emailed them and they basically said too bad. Emailed them again and asked if they would at least give me a discount on the pieces and I could install them myself. I was ignored again. They used deceptive sales tactics. They told me that another buyer was interested in the car, and if I didn't act soon it would be gone. I said that's fine and to let them have it, I could wait. Well whaddya know 3 weeks later and they email me asking when I'm going to come get the same car. The same vehicle at a local dealer sold the day before, and I couldn't find this car anywhere, so I decided I wanted it, believing it had what I wanted and was a deal breaker for me. So I rented a car to go there and had already turned it in, see the car and notice the appearance package is missing - but it wouldn't have been easy to reject the vehicle as I'd have no way home. Everything was rushed. All the paperwork. They lied about the $750 Loyalty rebate. I was led to believe I was getting it. A month later when I inquired about it, they told me they received it but it stays with them bc they took it off the price of the car.... yet the price I was given per month with X amount down was the same with and without the rebate. Makes no sense. Emailed again about it. They ignored me. ALL THE TIRES WERE SET AT 55 PSI - recommended is 29 PSI!! I drove home on dangerously overinflated tires and a couple days after until I checked and was stunned. Emailed them about that, they blamed ME for not telling them when I was there (like I really have a tire gauge with me 24/7). Interior of passenger door had a big footprint on it like someone held it open with their boot when cleaning. Found the pre-delivery inspection sheet, which is a list of things they're supposed to do before the car is delivered to the customer. It was stuffed in the cubby hole, untouched. The tires being at 55 PSI proves that and that there was almost no windshield washer fluid. That's not a big deal but yet another indication of carelessness. No one checked a thing. The car is great but their customer service is awful. So all in all, they misled me about the $750 rebate, told me it had the club aero kit that it did not have, techs did not check the car at all, I drove 3 hours home on tires so over inflated one pothole could have caused a flat (and this particular vehicle has no spare) or worse. Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership ever, and I've bought a lot of different vehicles from different manufacturers (Nissan, Honda, Subaru, Toyota, etc) and have nothing but good things to say about those dealers. At the least, they are negligent, at worst, they ripped me off. The missing aero kit costs $700. I offered to pay half and install myself, asked if they would meet me halfway since that was the main reason I chose that vehicle at their dealership. I was ignored again. I waited almost a month to write this review as I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they'd make some sort of compromise.. but it hasn't happened and I've run out of patience. Stay far away, and if for some reason you do go there, bring a tire gauge! read more

We had a pretty negative experience here, including being jerked around on the price, the used vehicle we purchased needed $1,000 worth of work done on it immediately after we purchased it, and then they sent our registration information to the wrong address and we had to track it down. I tried to contact them to let them know, but couldn't get a response. Very disappointed and would never recommend Kenny Ross to anyone. read more

BS used car salesmen tactics. They have a price listed on their website and give that price to other websites (cargurus, autotrader, etc). I called ahead and asked if the 2020 Black Mazda CX-5 was still available for $28,994 and they told me "yes". I drive an 70 minutes, test ride it, haggle over trade in, and deal with the financing. The salesman comes back with a post-it note showing 2.95 interest rate @ $ 463 a month ~ 60 months. I asked with a $7,000 trade in why is that so high? It should be closer to $400. She says let me go get you a break down of the costs. The breakdown included added fees of $ 400 for "Traceability Theft," $500 for some type of "paint fab", and $700 for some type of GPS "stolen theft locator". They obviously tried hiding all this by giving me my numbers on a post-it. Complete and utter BS that they are allowed to hide these fees and not include them on the advertised pricing - avoid at all cost. read more

If I could give a negative amount of starts on this review I totally would! I had the MOST AWFUL experience at Kenny Ross Mazda and will never return nor will I ever recommend them to anybody I know. I live about an hour away from this dealership, but they were running a good special on the car I got (Mazda 3), they knew about the long travel time to get to the dealership, so they assured us that they would have everything ready to go for us to purchase the car the next day we walked through the door. When we got to the dealership to sign the papers (mind you they knew we were coming this day and they were supposed to have all the papers ready to go) there were other customers there so we had to wait in line, which was no big deal, until we waited so long (~2-3 hours) that once they could finally help us it was too late for us to purchase the car... We came back the next day after being assured AGAIN that they would have everything ready to go when we got there. Again we got there and had to wait in line, which is no big deal until it was approximately another 3 hours that we waited. We had to go to the Subaru dealership to finance because Mazda couldn't do it. I was the only borrower on the car and my dad was to only be on the title for insurance purposes (I was still on his insurance plan), but when we went to sign the papers it was the other way around. I questioned it and the Subaru finance woman rudely argued up and down with me about it until the finance man from Mazda came down to check on us and he told her THE EXACT SAME THING I TOLD HER! Up until this point this woman was extremely rude and not personable in the least bit, but after realizing that she was completely wrong she tried to be friends with my family and I. I should have known from that point that this was a bad idea to buy the car, but I didn't... I was sent home with a temporary registration as per usual, but never got the real registration. I called AT LEAST once a week to ask about the registration and was told that it would be coming "soon." Apparently soon wasn't before the temporary registration was up because I never received it. When I called to tell them this my registration and sticker for my plates was magically placed in the mail and made it the following day to my house with the dealership's address on it not mine. (The envelope that was originally sent was within the envelope that was sent to my house) I was also sent home without the key for my wheel locks and instead of sending the key to mine, I was sent a whole other set that didn't fit my car. They weren't even offered to be put on my car for me, so they poor guy who had to change my tires worked a good deal to get them off without a key. (Thank God I didn't get a flat tire before they were removed) This was completely and utterly ridiculous in my book and I find it very rude that the only thing I was offered was a offhand apology and two free oil changes from this whole ordeal. I have zero faith in this dealership and refuse to take my car there! read more
