They took over the old movie theater, and now the place is HUGE!! They even kept one of the theaters intact so they can have presentations, and show motorcycle live-streams and movies . . . COOL! My reason for coming here today was two-fold. 1) To buy a new helmet (which I found, one I liked, and in my size, that wasn't too expensive), and 2) to test ride a new Triumph Scrambler 400 XC during their Demo Days. I had fun riding the bike, and I even received a free gift, a little Triumph tool kit. Lyndsay in parts was excellent, and she even gave me a Veteran Discount when purchasing my new helmet. You see, Hyundai used a plastic piece that wore out sooner than it should have -- Hyundais screw up, not mine. I actually had to borrow the money at the time to get this fix done, and my mechanic told me it would eventually become dangerous. You see, I obtained the car used, and I had no idea there was a recall on this problem -- the original owner apparently blew off the recall notice, and never told me. If I had known I wouldn't have gotten it done, for free. I take recall notices seriously. I only found out about this design problem when, out of the blue, my steering started to shimmy, the fix cost $900. I even shopped around -- $900!!! Not happy at all. Exceptions are exceptions for a reason, to give someone a break. I guess Cochran doesn't think I deserved a break.

Took my 2024 Outback Wilderness for inspection on July 8,2026. I did purchase it there brand new…read more Have taken it there for all oil changes and inspections since I purchased it there. On July 8 during the inspection with subsequent removing and applying the inspection stickers the mechanic cut my dash with razor knife. Gash to my leather dash. Austin in the service department advised me they would repair it but would have to get back to me as the "body guy" worked different hours. Austin said the guy was "very good" and it would take three hours or more do they get back to me to schedule. No one ever got back to me so I called the 1800 service number listed in August and had it scheduled for 8-18. The evening of the 17th at about 5 pm Austin called and said he was busy and that's why he hadn't called and then told me the"body guy" wasn't available until the 20th. Arrived at 9 am as scheduled and given a rental car to use and the car was done about 1:30. Found out that the body guy wasn't as great as Austin said. I thought it would be blended to match the grainy look of the leather but was not. It's a visible scar on the dash very visible especially while driving. Upsetting as I take car if my vehicles only to be dismissed like it was no big deal . Buyers beware!! Service not always what you think. I'm aware accidents happen but should've been repaired much better. Aldo it's funny I never got a survey from this visit . No surprise ! #1 Cochran Kia is really #1 for me and my family!…read more I took my 2014 Kia Optima in to have some details looked at and the manager let me keep my car there to check on the recalls. He called me right back to say that my engine had failed one of the test, and that it would have to be replaced! Naturally, I was worried about changing something so important on a car. He let me talk to the mechanic and said that Kia would replace the whole engine, for free, and that it would still be under warranty for the next 5 years. I was happy that they reassured me that everything would be fixed. The manager said that he didn't want me to worry, since I was pregnant and had a two year old, so he put me in a 2018 Kia Sorento until my car was fixed! I have never been to another dealer where they would care about your well being like that. I just got my car back the other day and it is running perfectly!! I would have NEVER known about my engine needing to be replaced if they wouldn't have taken the time to look into the recalls for me. They took responsibility and now I have a dealer that I can really trust and respect. Not only did they pay for everything to be fixed but they gave me a solid rental and had it done in a week. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I will be purchasing a new vehicle with them in the future.

I recieved a call from Mike, who informed me that I "need tires and an alignment." I told them I would get them elsewhere but that didn't explain why the front end ONLY shakes when accelerating. After informing Mike that I would be getting the tires/alignment elsewhere he told me I owed $210 as a diagnostic fee. I never once was notified of any diagnostic fee and would not have agreed to the service if that was the case. He was very firm that I MUST pay the fee to get my car back and stated "My employees do not work for free." I called back and provided Mike with Pennsylvania Law, Chapter 37 Pa. Code 301.5 that States an "automotive shop cannot charge you a diagnostic fee if they did not make you aware of it before hand." Mike then stated "Mam, come get your car off of my lot now. I will make sure my employee can feed his family tonight." After leaving the service department, I contacted another local Kia dealership, in WV, and explained the situation. They were able to see my car immediately and determined that the cause of the front end shaking was caused by a faulty inner CV joint that is covered under warranty!!!! They also did recommend tires but stated that there was no way the tires were causing the issue of front end shaking ONLY when accelerating. BEWARE and know the LAWS!!! Crooked, trying to scam for a diagnostic fee when the car actually needed warrenty work!!
