    Salmon BLT
    Greg S.

Ok so this was a place I have never heard of before. I was not expecting too much but I was hungry... and wanted something different. Poeboy: So this shrimp poeboy has about 8-10 small-lightly breaded shrimp. With an aioli sauce. The bread was was buttered and soft. It was so good and filling. Salmon blt: at first glance I though this is a small cut of salmon. But after a closer inspection I saw two nice size cuts of salmon. The first bite was heaven. I would come here again. The cook was not playing around back there. He was very serious and looked like an artist working on the perfect sculpture. He did well. I will come back for the weekly specials. N Sunday there is a 50 cent wing deal with up to two flavors. I was very pleased with everything here. This place is a real sleeper. I'm coming back for sure.

3pc 3 Wings with Fried Rice

As a certified dmv-ian I can vouch for Kennys 3pc wings w mumbo sauce. Only like $12 too

I live their fried rice however for the second time I was offered a "free Pepsi" and the second time I didn't receive a Pepsi. Instead I received expired Mountain Dew Code Red. The last time I received an expired Lipton tea. Do not accept the free drinks!! They use it as an opportunity to get rid of expired and flat merchandise. The fact that soda expiration dates are 12-18 months out, let me know that this soda has been on a shelf for 2 years!!

Your basic subs, fried stuff, and Chinese-American quick food, well executed. The house steak and cheese was tender and juicy, overflowing the sub roll, plenty of fresh grilled vegetables. The generic crinkle fries were perfectly cooked, crisp outside and creamy inside. Pink tea is a twist on the Arnold Palmer, made with pink lemonade for a bit of tartness along with the sweet. Solid stop when the munchies hit, or order delivery on GrubHub, Beyond Menu, or Eat24.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken. This is what was delivered to me. I'm so disappointed. I can't believe they would feel comfortable selling this to people. Does not resemble chicken one bit.

The WORST carry-out in DMV!! I ordered Mongolian beef and I got Mongolian onions literally it was a total of 6-7 pieces of "beef" for $11.00... How do you feel comfortable charging $11.00 for onions? I will NEVER order from y'all ever again!!Please don't waste your money here!

Definitely quick service , on the pricey side. Fries could use some seasoning and not be overcooked.

They are a bit pricey. But I love their cheesesteak eggrolls. It's the only place I get them from.

Almost 2 of driving and waiting and it's 10000% worth it. We saw the Philly on our favorite YouTubers channel and he rated it a 9.5/10. My boyfriend's family is from Philly so we had to try it out. When we arrived, it was a long line but it shortened pretty quickly. The guy at the front was super nice and was a boss at handling all the orders. We ordered a Philly with no Mayo, added peppers with a side of fries. The wait was about 25 mins and the food was piping hot. We immediately dug into the fries (after saying a quicker prayer of course) and was pleasantly surprised. They tasted like a better Micky D's fry! We instantly regretted not ordering 2. Since the ride home was long, we pulled over for a taste test. It was AMAZING! It was creamy. It was flavorful. It was meaty. It was nostalgic. My boyfriend doesn't normally eat dairy but he definitely took 3-4 big bites lol I rate it a 9.5 out of ten. I wish they used green bell peppers instead of red and the next time I'll add jalapeños or banana peppers for a 10/10 experience. This has definitely become a staple in our food rotation.

And the price of each ($8.99) is very reasonable. We also got a side of potato salad and side of cole slaw. Both were good and the container is very generous for $2.99 each. There's a variety of chips available and a soda fountain with free refills. Limited seating. The staff there were friendly and appreciative of the business. First, we just don't get enough sauces as part of the meal. Second, I was making sure I got enough sauces this time and ordered my usual types. Apparently, yellow sauce is now considered to be honey mustard. I did get some of the great tasting amerillo sauce but also got honey mustard which elsewhere is usually just fine. This honey mustard is awful. Trying to be like everyone else is not what made Sardis a success. If you must have honey mustard sauce go get a batch from McDonalds or some other fast food in the area. It will taste better. Was not happy with this visit. Given how high the prices have gotten Sardis can't afford to go down hill any further. I'm sure I'll go back sometime. Hoping things get better.
