Just had a conversation with what was probably the rudest, most arrogant person in business I've ever dealt with. In short, they have my daughter's vehicle. Fine. We were requesting access to the vehicle to obtain personal belongings within the vehicle some including my recently deceased mother. This POS rude dude began lecturing me on the law and that my daughter should do the right thing and pay their fee to gain access to the personal belongings and then hung up on me. At no point was I upset rude, demanding. . .was simply making a request. Oh before he hung up he said and I quote " just another person trying to get something for nothing". . .then he hung up. BTW, the vehicle is going up for auction BUYER BEWARE. Needs alternator, needs brakes, above 60 MPH vehicle stalls, torque converter and possibly entire transmission needs changed out. The vehicle is worth scrap metal. This business in an absolute "No GO". FEEL FREE TO reach out for more specifics. And if you do buy this "broken vehicle" for scrap and open to some kindness for allowing my daughter access to her personal belongings please reach out to me. my review is actually a 0. these are the worst people I've ever encountered and not sure how they are open. rudest people ever. they yelled at my 71 year old mother over the phone, that couldn't come in because she has 5 broken bones from the wreck she was just in, which brought us to this terrible loction to begin with. we gave no consent to have her truck taken there, which costs 45 dollars a day, including weekends when they are closed. they got my mothers stuff out without her consent and when we called them on their lie we got screamed at, kicked out and got the cops called on us. all the while my mother had paid them $370 just so she could get her belongings back. ​I've never been treated this way and I beg you not to give them your business, if you even have a say. on my way out the door, after being kicked out, they called me the worst person ever. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. The front desk woman was nice and answered my questions but Ken the owner was the rudest person I've ever met. Worst customer service I've ever experienced before. When I called he started yelling at me, when I asked questions and he ended up hanging up and blocked my number. They closed an hour and a half early Friday and held my car all weekend and charged me everyday. When I showed up he kept making snarky comments everytime I tried to ask the lady questions. I am a small 110 pound woman. He Ended up screaming at me when I said please stop speaking to me saying that "this is my shop and I can do what the f***" I want." Was in my face and everything. Threatened to call the police on me. So I called the police on him so it could be de escalated. When I went back in to pay the ridiculous amount they charge for a tow I only dealt with the woman and she answered all my questions and concerns peacefully because he wasn't allowed to talk to me. Just go somewhere else, it will save you emotional and financial stress. Definitely am reporting to the better business beraeu and seeing if there's anything I can do in small claims. This was the first time in my life I've called the cops on anyone. This man doesn't deserve a business with how he treats people. read more

This is absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with. Ken first yelled at my wife and the hung up on her. then I called and he went from 0-100 SCREAMING at me. after I told the telephone tough guy I was on the way I thought better of it. My wife went to get my sons car that was wrecked and towed here. when my college football player son a walked in, sweet little Ken ran to his office and shut the door. I wonder how fast he would have ran if he saw that dudes dad. I'm bigger! After this clown screamed at me on the phone, I decided instead of letting Ken know in person what I think of him, i would use my contacts and get him knocked to the bottom of the police wrecker list. He shouldn't even be on this list and I will make 100% sure that I exhaust every contact I have to make sure that this clown doesn't treat anyone else like he treated my wife. When my engine light came on and wouldn't go off, and my car wouldn't accelerate while on the interstate I pulled into the first service area that looked reputable. By that I mean it was an established business with lots going on. Kevin spent over an hour diagnostics and computer research and I was never treated like I didn't know anything about my car. He taught me that the history of my car and it's servicing can be found online. After an hour or so and a recommendation for a new transmission, he sent me to another awesome establishment and did not charge me anything! read more

Last evening, we saw a young guy with car issues, on the side of the road on 71, near downtown Cincinnati. We pulled over to assist him and he was distressed that he was calling other companies and they could not tow his vehicle in a timelly manner. The owner (Ken) is rude and has racist tendencies. Came to pick up a car from this place and he was rude and disrespectful from the jump. He was having a conversation with one of his employees when I walked in with my sister and instead of a "Hello. I'll be right with you in a minute." type of thing, he said nothing to us and literally ignored us for about five minutes. He didn't even look in our direction. When we respectfully tried to get his attention, he caught an attitude as if it's not his job to provide customer service. We asked, "Excuse me? Is this where we go to pick up a car?" He was very aggressive with his response and dismissive, saying that he was busy talking and we would have to wait. When he finally approached us, he blamed his son being sick for his rude attitude. We were eventually cursed at and "kicked out" of the store for telling him he was rude. If that's the case, he shouldn't have chosen to come to work where he is expected to be a professional adult. Sounded like he needed to be with his sick son instead of being at work. All it took was him acknowledging that we were there and he would be with us shortly. read more

I had a leak throwing coolant from behind water pump pulley that Ken's fixed in one day. Replace water pump, serpentine belt, and antifreeze. Repair was "just" what I wanted, fixed the problem, and without any hassle. Appreciated the ride home when I dropped it off too. read more

Absolutely horrible. My son was involved in an accident and the car was towed to Kens. The accident happened early Saturday morning, and I went to pick the car up on Monday morning because they were "closed" for the weekend. When I arrived, they informed me that the bill was 255.00. There was towing charge, multiple "fees" and 25.00 a day storage fee, even though I couldn't get the vehicle any earlier because they were closed. Also, the owner begin to harass me about using AAA to pick my vehicle up and take it to my residence because his business was not an approved AAA company. He was stating things like, "AAA uses rates from 1960 and they use terrible drivers". They also began to tell me things about all of the surrounding businesses and how they are the only ones who do things the right way. These guys are shady. Ambulance chasers that use dilapidated equipment but pretend to be straight shooters. Run from this place. read more

Terrible manners & bad service. I had an oil leak and heard bad things about that garage from other people that live in the community. I usually take my car to a mechanic that I have been dealing with for 20 years who is about 15 miles away from me. However, I gave ken;s garage the benefit of the doubt and decided to take my car there sine I live close. I told him exactly where the leak is from (around the oil filter, most likely an oil filter cooler O ring). Called me and said it is head gaskets. I said OK fix it. Piked up the car and sure enough it was still leaking from the same area. Not to mention I was charged 500 dollars for a leak that was still there. Took it back and supposedly it was not fixed properly and offered to fix it for no charge. Picked it up and the leak was still there. There was no sense to argue with them, what are you going to do, take them to court? how are you going to prove it. I forgot about it and to took it to my own Mechanic. Called me back, guess what? An oil filter cooler O ring. My guess without even crawling under the car. Good guess right? Granted that I know enough about cars to be dangerous. I mean, I do my own work sometimes. (Brakes, starers, alternators), You know, the stuff within reach and does not require expensive tools. Oil change and O ring 250 dollars at my mechanics shop. Why am I writing about this today when this happened about a year ago? Sure enough I ran into a former employee that recognized me but i did not. The story is that Ken's did not even change any gaskets on my car. Meaning that he charged me 500 dollars for not doing anything and on top of that he broke a piece of the intake but for some reason I was not supposed to know about that. and that is what he fixed when i took it back for the second time. read more

Horrible experience. My sister-in-law wrecked on a Friday afternoon and her car was towed to Ken's. She called me from the emergency room and asked me if I could go to Ken's and retrieve cakes, pies and some bread for a parish festival that was being held that night since they closed at 5:30 and she wasn't going to be able to make it by then. When I arrived at Ken's, I was asked for paperwork which I didn't have since I hadn't seen my sil since she was in the ER and it was probably in the car anyway. I had to call my sil to verify the make of the car and then ask the women at Ken's if she could get them for me or if I could get them. She kept telling me if wasn't her property and she couldn't get in the car and neither could I. I called my sil again and told her to tell them who she was and what I wanted to do. This time a gentlemen said we don't know who that is on the other end of the phone. So again, they would not get the cakes, pies and bread. At this point, my sil was still on the phone and uttered a comment like "thanks for making my life worse". When the women heard the comment she said she was done, walked out of the office and told me I could leave. My sil insurance company told her to get the car out of there and recommended another towing service pick it up and take it to their location. They may have been following the law, but they need to learn compassion. If they were the last towing service on earth, I would push my car myself somewhere else. Needless to say, I will never use them. read more

the lady that customers are FORCED to deal with is NOT someone who should be in customer service. For someone to just go out of their way to be so nasty is just not necessary. Avoid if you can. What used to be great service is not worth dealing with this lady. On top of, the car that was dealt with in this experience was towed around ten at night, was told it would be 200.00 for the tow and recovery, and 30.00 storage per day, which apparently has gone up since february of this same year( I can't begin to imagine why). Not even a full 48 hours later, was charged for 3 full days storage. Fine whatever. was still charged over 300.00. THEN dealing with this lady's nasty attitude, we will be sure to avoid this place in the future. read more
