He sent us down the way to another local shop in the hopes they'd have what we needed (they also did not). We returned and he made sure to give my son the model info so we could buy the right ones on our own and was super helpful and pleasant about all of it. Sure, I would have preferred to buy them directly at the store, but it wasn't to be and unlike some big box or online place, he gave wonderful human service like only a small shop can. 100% recommend coming here for some shopping.
