I waited in the waiting room for 30 mins. I got my required items completed and should have been done, however they told me I had to wait for the doctor. I was confused as they did not tell me why. I waited in the exam room for 30 minutes then asked someone outside why I was waiting. I was assured the doctor would be in, however ended up waiting over an hour total. Since meeting Dr. Frankel I simply admire how she incorporates a holistic approach to modern skin medicine; which in today's busy lifestyles often is overlooked by patients (but not by an outstanding practitioner) .
