Very disappointing experience overall…read more We spent more than 1.5 months trying to get dental treatment completed for our daughters, but after multiple appointments, delays, rescheduling, and excessive waiting, no treatment was ultimately completed at all. Several visits involved waiting 30-60+ minutes past the scheduled appointment time. One sedation appointment was even moved by the office shortly beforehand without properly discussing it with us, despite the fact that our child had to fast before the procedure. The worst experience happened on the day of the sedation appointment. After already waiting over an hour with a hungry child who had not been allowed to eat, we were told it was "normal" to wait several more hours. At that point, we decided to leave rather than make our child continue fasting and waiting indefinitely. A few days later, instead of addressing the scheduling and communication problems professionally, we received a mailed letter stating the office would no longer see our children as patients. Unfortunately, rather than taking responsibility for the repeated scheduling delays, excessive wait times, and communication issues, the office chose to terminate care for our children after we raised concerns about the situation. As parents, we expected professionalism, communication, reasonable scheduling, and basic respect for families' time. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

From the front desk employee who greeted you as you came in, to the polite girl who did my son's x-ray to Bre who made my son feel comfortable while he was talking her ear off because he was nervous. I can't say enough about this practice. My son had a pretty bad loss to his two front teeth and Dr. Jackson made it look as if it never happened. The biggest part was how good they were to Bren. He was so nervous/scared but they made him feel at ease. I can't say enough about this dentist office. We will be seeing this group for a long time!

Then I just happened to be on Facebook and noticed this friendly community practice had a number of 5 stars. Went there today for the first time for a cleaning and I was impressed. The were very thorough, reasonably priced and personable. Update 1/2020: Decided to get Cigna Dental insurance because they said they were Cigna approved. After getting coverage I now find out they are not Cigna approved, so now I have to drive to Lexington over an hour away.

I originally went to him a year ago and was too nervous to have the procedure done. Trust me that was my fault not his. But his office did call and check on me anyhow. I was at his office with my mom one day this past month and Sherry (nicest lady ever) recognized me. She called me that next day to see if I ever got the tooth removed. Which of course I didn't and Dr Catron had her bring me in for a free 20 minute consult. They were so nice and yesterday was my appointment to get the tooth out. I was scared but honestly I don't know what I was scared about. He is the absolute best dentist ever. He was kind, he made me laugh, he really cared about how I was doing. He would stop every few minutes just to give me time to breathe if I needed it. I will never see another dentist as long as Dr Catron is still practicing. I sincerely thank them for everything they have done and if anyone who is reading this is considering this office for their dental work, you need not look any further cause you have found the dentist you need. I was so much pain and after I FINALLY got permanent crowns, I would continue to have issues and lots of pain. I had to find another dentist to look at both crowns and found out Dr. Falace's office did both crowns wrong and they were the wrong size. So I had to pay OUT OF POCKET $1,000 each $2,000 to fix the crowns Dr. Falace's office did. His assistant did most of all the work. At my other den office, the main dentist did all my crown work. They didn't let the assistants do the crowns. I hate to make a bad or negative review but this has been a nightmare for years dealing with all the tooth pain from the crowns to finding another dentist to look at them and fix the crowns. I had to end up getting the old crowns out and new ones put in because they were the wrong size causing me to have a lot of issues and pain. Dr. Falace was a nice man but I wouldn't recommend getting any crowns placed at this office. I would recommend to read reviews and find another dentist office for crowns. If Dr. Falace's office can help me get a refund for those 2 bad crowns and send a letter to my insurance to take them off so my insurance can pay for the correct crowns, then I will be more then happy to delete this review. Having MULTIPLE issues with your teeth (CROWNS) was the worst pain ever. I had skull surgery and my pain was more horrible. The pain was so bad for a very long time.
