For my parents' 40th anniversary we decided to upgrade the diamond and do the repair. Wow - you can't even tell they were cut and the new setting and diamond are solid. Today my fiance went to get my ring resized. When I called a few days ago, they said they typically have a day turn around. I was shocked since everywhere else had said a least a week if not longer. When we got there we were skeptical, hearing about all of the recent scams where diamonds were swapped out. Nelson put our worries to rest, letting us look for different identifying qualities to the diamond. He called us while he was working on it to let us know that he found another marking and wanted us to come look. Having the paperwork with us, we let him know that our papers already had that mark. Nelson was very thorough and worked to match pricing. He also reworked the band of the ring so it would fit more comfortably since it was a thick band. 6/3/2015 I went in today with two watches. I had a swiss army watch that needed a new batter. And I had a cheaper watch where I changed the battery myself but couldn't get the back on without a press. The cheaper watch also doesn't keep time so I asked how expensive it'd be to change the whole movement. They gave me a reasonable quote that was less than I had thought, and charged $7 for the new battery and putting the back of the other watch on. I'd say that's more than fair and I was in and out in ten minutes. They seem friendly and straight forward. I will definitely go back whenever I need service done. Also, the guy who helped me had a Call of Duty shirt on. Lol. That's pretty rad in my book. very casual and approachable.
