I actually made an iced coffee with the coffee the next day and it was perfect! The cookie was so good too. It was soft and delicious. Plus it was a hot day so it was a little melty. You could barely taste any p.butter flavor in those cookies - maybe they aren't using a high quality p.butter??. I think they all have a bit too much flour added to them - I just read on the p.butter that they use both bread flour and cake flour which would explain it and they all need a touch of salt. Sorry - but I think they should go back to the drawing board on these.

I ordered a French meat pie, a Guinness beef pie, a chourico pie and a Portuguese roast pie (I wasn't sure what that is, but willing to try), I ordered them all frozen and ready to cook (they're in my freezer). Last time we tried the Guinness beef and French meat pies and they were both excellent! I also ordered a Bumbleberry pie which is a mixture of berries and it was delicious last time when we tried it. As this is also a dairy, they have available their milk. The maple milk (available in small bottles) is remarkably fresh and flavorful - highly recommend. Their ice cream is also available to take out. In the warmer parts of the year there is an onsite ice cream stand run outside in an old camper - charming! They do custom cakes and orders, handled in an office onsite. Plenty of parking. They also have a self guided tour of the dairy operation.
