Moving is sometimes one of the most difficult, impatient, and tiring things to do. My mother in-law decided to pick up and leave her place and move back to Orange County, closer to us. She asked if we could help in the process, and I said sure! And right away gave myself anxiety, because Her moving decision was sudden and I am someone who needs a detail plan and time! All of the worries was put to ease with this company. I literally had to do little to nothing! I made a call asking for moving services quote, and they responded in a short time. Not only did they gave me a really great competitive price... they offer so much more thank basic moving companies. They were able to take care of the complete packing and unpacking services, which was the first thing on my list to get checked off. The Packing: My mother in-law is a collector of antiques and they completely took into respect of those items, having special packaging for them a low rate. They were so nice about wrapping them in blankets and fabrics. All the staff were friendly and communicated well with us during the process. In addition, they had someone provide us with home estimate, helped with temporary storage and auto shipping. I really did not want to take time off of work to fly there and road trip her car back. Their shipped the car for me for a cheap price, saving us so much money and time. I am truly grateful for the grace of their services. I reached out for a quote and for two weeks they said they had availability and could do our move, we had the dates set and we were just waiting on the final quote from them. After 2 weeks of no definitive answers but reassuring us they could do our move and would call back with the final quote and details, they finally told us they are now fully booked for the dates we had set and for two weeks before and after. read more

This review is long overdue, but I thought I'd share my experiences because I had recently worked with them again and I can't say enough good things about the movers and the company. My first time was several years ago when I was moving from out of state, and I had no choice but to hire a professional moving company. From initial communication on Yelp to scheduling and confirmation it was a breeze. On the day of move, movers showed up early in the morning and got the house empty before I knew it! Everything arrived to the new condo securely, and all my furniture got to the place safe and they even advised me on how to arrange furniture too! Recently, I had to move to next city, so I reached out to them again. On both occasions I was assigned with very friendly, efficient, and kind movers, and they packed the truck with such speed, and efficiency yet handled all of my items with great care. I'm kind of nomadic and was heading back to California from RI and have always been kind of a one-bag-and run kind of guy. This time was a little different and I needed some quick help to get some rather hefty luggage across this lawless wasteland. I had never used a mover before because I have massive trust issues and I really hate it when people touch my stuff. Kerb changed my mind about that. When I was relocating from Milwaukee to Boston to move in with my fiancé I did a lot of research on moving companies and decided to use Kerb Local and Long Distance Movers, they were very helpful in helping me understand the packing and moving process as I had never used a moving company before and provided me with a fair quote. The competitive companies had unreasonable and expensive quotes. On moving day the workers were on time, friendly, professional. We used the full moving package to save us the headache of packing. They packed all of our belongings, organized the boxes accordingly based on the part of the house they were from by labeling them and secured our fragile belongings safely (example covered our new coffee table with blankets and tape around so it wouldn't get scratched). I also used them to transport my car because I did not want to drive and add too many miles. They gave me the best quote from all the other competitors I had called. They provide to door services and I had the car delivered to me, which was so convenient and saved me so much time. A friend of mine needed help moving her parents back home to LA from their home of over 18 years. They didnt want any movers helping they insisted on doing it on their own. We recently used them for our big move from the Boston area to Southern California to our new home, and they did such a wonderful job. Very much pleased with Kerb Local Movers. I'd have to say it made my moving experience smooth, and easy! They arrived early, which was a plus! Everyone that was on the job made sure to listen where I wanted everything set up. The way I wanted things wrapped and double checked with me to make sure everything was thorough. Also the people on the job were very nice, professional, and I really had zero complaints. And for a mom moving can be pretty crazy with kids. So thank you for making this an easy process!
