I'm giving them an OK review because this is the 3rd used car we have purchased in 5 years. The first two I can say we had no problems with the sale etc. However, on the last one from July 2023 even though we rec'd the Car Fax etc. I mentioned how the tires looked worn and I was reassured by our salesman they were new. I didn't call his bullshit which I should have. Now we took it to a mechanic who we trust with all of our vehicles for some normal issues and he suggested for us to get 4 new tires or at least 2 new tires immediately because they were dry rotting. I should have insisted on some sort of update or at least tell me the truth. The lie just makes me mad. The overall sale was pleasant but just stop the lying!!!!!! Calling to obtain service on my 2011 Hyundai Genesis purchased new from Kerry Hyundai, I was informed Kerry no longer services or supplies parts for the Hyundai Genesis. I have to drive to Montgomery or Louisville for service on a vehicle I purchased new from a local dealer, Kerry. They have always expertly serviced my Genesis, but not anymore. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous. So if you plan on buying a vehicle from Kerry, you better inspect their service policy. It just might not include your car. Well I got another New Hyundai Sonata 2013...very Happy with it. Kerry Nissan/Hyundai called and emailed me to remind me to get my oil changed and also a courtesy check overall on my new Hyundai on April 1st 2014. Dave Chastang Service Manager is one of the nicest and friendliest person that goes out of his way to give Great 5 star service. I'm amazed on the new remodeled waiting room and pre-owed show room. I moved out of state and wanted my car to get serviced. This came up in my search and decided to head out here. My car needed a 30000 miles routine service. My advisor did not try to sell me unnecessary services and it was even completed more than an hour earlier that the estimated time given to me. They have a clean lounge with Wi-Fi and television if you want to wait and work. There are good shops nearby to eat. They offered me shuttle service but I didn't need it so didn't avail it. Very poor customer service. Once you purchase a vehicle, they are unwilling to help or provide customer service at all. My mother previously leased a car and then purchased a new car from Kerry Nissan. Our sales associate was either not knowledgable or dishonest about the services the dealership provided when purchasing a new car. They told us that the loyalty program would waive any fees when purchasing a new car. Months later we were receiving $900 invoices for the return of the lease. We spent our time dealing with something we shouldn't have even had to do. Our sales associate told us to bring the car in after 1000 miles for a "check up" - no appointment needed. My mom took the car in for this check up and the people had no idea what she was talking about and the sales girl couldn't be reached. Took the car in for the "free car wash once a month - no appointment needed" and they only sprayed it off with water. Apparently Kerry Nissan does not know what a car wash is. No soap? No drying? Pathetic. Air conditioner randomly stopped working every now and then. Middle of August and they said they couldn't get it in until September. That is unacceptable. A brand new car - less than 3 months old and they expect you to wait that long. It's not my problem you are "backed up and behind a few techs". Figure it out. Learn how to run a business or get a new manager to run things. Don't make your customers suffer. I've never had this kind of service from Audi or Jaguar/Land Rover. This place could stand to learn a thing or two about customer service and how to run a dealership if they want to keep customers. I sincerely regret recommending this dealership to my mother and will not recommend them to anyone else. read more

Poor customer service- once they sell you a car they don't care about any problems you have after you leave the lot. So disappointed in Nissan. I thought they were a good company until they weren't. My 2008 Nissan Altima was purchased certified preowned on July 23th 2008. The original purchase was on May 24th 2008. Since Nissan apparently knew they had major issues with their CVT transmissions, they extended the warranty to 120,000 miles or 10 years. Never did they contact us that we should get the transmission checked. Never did they issue a recall even though 11,000 plus owners apparently asked them to. So, when my transmission failed in late June 2018 with only 107, 000 miles on it, and I called them about it, they said I would have to take it to a dealership and there were no guarantees. That made me call 1-800-Nissan1 and wait for 3 days to be told "it is out of warranty" because the warranty goes to the original purchase (May 24), not my July date. So I got stuck with the $116 bill. I called to complain that I never would have taken it in had I just been told they would not cover it due to the date (so sad considering it was barely out of warranty). The answer: "I'm sorry. If I could give this a (-) star review, I would. Took my car in because I was having issues with it as I slowed down and idled. I was aware that I was likely low on oil and let the service tech know that when I checked in. After about an hour, I was told that they had been driving it around trying to figure out what the issue was and that they discovered it was very low on oil and that *usually* when a car exhibited these symptoms and was low on oil the engine needed to be replaced. I did have them do an oil change, after which I no longer noticed the issue. They quoted a replacement (because they don't do rebuilds) at $3500, which I declined. I took my car to a highly respected local mechanic and had them do a diagnostic on it and inspect the engine twice over a 3-week period. No problem with the engine, no need for a replacement. Nissan has lost my business and the business of my entire family and anyone else I can convince for good. read more

If you are looking for a dealership that is good, actually cares about you and wants to make sure you are happy... this is not the place for you. They will sell anything while pretending to care. Acting as if they are looking out for you mean while lying to you, taking zero responsibility and accusing you of lying. I definitely agree with the comment saying they don't care about the problem once you leave the lot! They pretend to try to help but as the "manger" put it "we don't do anything to a car once it's sold". I wish I read these reviews BEFORE I bought the car. I've learned my lesson now. I had to call more than once to get someone to answer my question. If I could I'd give this place 0 stars. Mark of Kerry Nissan of Florence Kentucky screwed me over SO badly. I went in told him my budget, what I was looking for, and how much I was willing to put down. I got approved and started test driving and found a car that I liked. We go in and he and his manager both come out to congratulate me on getting the car hands me the keys and lets me drive it to my house all the way on Erlanger I get a couple of things i needed to seal the deal and when I get back to Kerry Nissan he tells me I need either a co-signer or $1500 more dollars?? What do you MEAN????? You approved my credit and gave me the Keys and then had the nerve to take my keys away???? Turns out MARK had failed to tell me he put in false information to the bank saying I made more money than I actually did just so he could make a sale and it screwed me over. Now I have to wait 30 days to purchase a car from that dealership so I'm going to look for other options.. hopefully someone better that cares will take better care of me and my proper information!!!! read more

Terrible terrible service. Trying to get an appointment schedule has been the worse experience I have ever had with anything. 1. I tried to setting up an appointment via website (http://www.kerrynissan.com ) . Enter the info and never got a follow up. My wife called and they informed her they don't use the service anymore. The are hoping to remove that option from the website soon. REALLY?! 2. I tried calling 1-877-293-9850. I hit #2 to be directed to Nissan Service department. Instead it directs me to an operator and I get hung up on. I go through the process again.... I hit #2 for Nissan Service department, again I am direct to a operator. They ask me what I am looking for. I tell them would to schedule service. Operator ask me if i want Nissan or Hyundai. Well I hit #2 for Nissan Service department!!! Anyway, I finally get directed to Nissan service department. Then I have to leave a voicemail :( Really how many loops do I need to go through just to get service scheduled?! 3. Found a service phone number on the website. (877) 289-8757 i call it and the number is no longer in service. Really?! Whats the point of having a website if it isn't up to date. I will never buy a car from ANY Kerry dealership again. As soon as I bought the car I have experience nothing but terrible service from them. read more

On May 24th, I left my car with the service department at Kerry Nissan in Florence. I was advised that the transmission issues I had could take 2-3 weeks to fix. I waited an additional week, beyond the 3, before calling to get an update. I was told they had tried reaching out a couple weeks prior but had the wrong number. I picked up my car on the 21st of June. My car was with the service department for almost a full month. I immediately noticed a strong musty smell. I figured the car needed to air out from sitting for so long. By Monday, it was apparent that something was going on to cause the smell. After looking around, I see mold all over the floor of my car. The metal is rusted and it's clear my car had taken on water. I called and reported this to Nissan Corporate. Tuesday, June 25th, I took my car back to the service department. I was upset. Katie helped me and during that time, reads me my cell phone number and it's correct. I called her out because they told me they had the wrong number. I had never had the number corrected in the short time from picking up my car. She responded that they may have just dialed the wrong number but did have the correct number on file. That afternoon, I get a call from Katie and she tells me that they need to pull my car apart to let it dry, clean it and put it back together. She said the water came from clogged drain tubes in my sunroof. That it'll be a couple days and confirmed the loaner i had would be okay for that time. Their Corporate Office calls. He repeats what Katie tells me. Except they made it seem to him that they called the correct number and I never reached back out so my car just at there. Today I pick up my car and there is mold still all over the floor. I show Katie and I said "I thought you guys were cleaning it? That still has mold all over the carpet." She gets the service Manager, Steve, who says he never told Corbin they would clean it. He said he would dry it, he did and he will not do anything else with the car. Here's the facts: I dropped my car off on the 24th of May. Carfax shows that they did work on my car, for the transmission, on the 31st of May. From May 24th - May 31st we got a ton of rain in Kentucky. When service lots do things with your car, they usually lay down a paper mat, so they don't get grease or anything in your car. If my drains were clogged, my floor would have been soaked with standing water. When they put the paper mat in - someone would have noticed it was awfully wet. Yet, someone decided to ignore it because it wasn't their problem. They put my car back on the lot. June 6th, according to their own notes, they called the wrong number to tell me my car was ready. It sat from the 31st to the 6th. More water. I didn't pick up my car until the 21st. June 6th - 21st, still lots of rain and even more water. They don't want to admit negligence on their part and now I'm stuck filing a claim with my insurance. They could have taken care of the situation when the first noticed the water and prevented any mold growth. Instead, they had complete disregard for a customer's personal property and let it go. I've attached pictures. The first set it when I picked it up the first time. The second set is picking it up today. Their customer service also told me that the service department is expected to detail the interior of the car before returning it to a customer. Well, had they done that, they would have noticed all the water. No matter how you spin it, they neglected my car and it's costing me. Their service manger is refusing to do the right thing and handle the situation. This will be cross posted everywhere I can leave a review. I attached pictures in my google review. I have had a terrible experience with this dealership. When I purchased my new Nissan Rogue, I was sold an extended service policy. I specifically asked if the purchase price would be refunded if it was never used. I was assured that it would be. I had purchased a policy like this for my Toyota van and never used the policy. I was refunded the entire purchase price. So, I took the sales people at their word and paid over $1600 for the policy. I wanted to be sure I knew the criteria for getting the money back if I never used the policy. I was informed that my policy did not have a pay back policy. The person I spoke to at Kerry said the man that sold me the car was no longer with them and they couldn't do anything about what I was originally told. This isn't the only negative experience I have had with this dealership. I had my car in for an oil change. Two days later the tire maintenance light came on. I had to go back to the dealership when my mother was very ill only to find out they should have been able to tell me that it needed taken care of along with the oil change. On my last oil change I was informed that on service was overdue by 8,000 miles. When I asked why they didn't tell me the service needed taken care of when I had my last oil change, the service man said he didn't know, he was new. This is another issue with this dealership, you never deal with the same people, their turnover rate has to be very high. I will never buy another car from a Kerry dealership. I caution any person considering buying a car from Kerry to look elsewhere to purchase you vehicle. read more

The new GSM at Kerry Nissan told us he was doing what it takes to turn around their bad reputation from the past and he held that up. He made sure to back up everything our salesman, Robert Westerman, told us. They both worked together to make sure we were completely happy in our new lease agreement. I give this dealer zero stars. Their reputation ,after talking to many others, is horrible. I have no plans of ever shopping there again. Service is lousy. They do not want to answer calls. Management after sales are very unfriendly. Due to the fact that a Kidd manages there, I'm going to go as far as saying all Kidd dealerships will not be getting my business either. I highly recommend Kings Automall if you want friendly reliable service. I've bought 2 vehicles from them and wishing I bought my third from them instead of Kerry.
