We solicited more than 15 companies to come out and develop proposals for us. It was quite the experience good, bad and ugly including time wasters and charlatans. We met some great people and the best were Zebra Landscapes and Manzanita Landscapes for what's turned out to be an enormous undertaking. But from the beginning Nethan was patient, an excellent listener, responsive, knowledgeable, confident, understanding and competent. He made many visits over many months to earn our confidence and our business. Work began three weeks ago at the very end of October 2023. Work will finish in 2-3 weeks. Includes turf, pavers, spa, Gazebo, huge trees, irrigation, massive lighting, putting green, campground for grandkids, fire features, extensive fencing, huge amounts of fill and dirt and much more.
