I order snacks for my office and they literally only had 1/3 of the items on the the menu. Arrived at time of pickup and they had not even started making my items. 3 people behind the counter and it seemed like no one knew what they were supposed to do. I used to orders drinks for pickup a few years ago and they never seem to be ready on time. They also could not figure out how to give me my money back for the items that they no longer carried. Why have menu items if you are not going to carry them. No one seemed to know what to do. Very disappointed! read more

I realize I left the a review in the wrong location. I deleted it and wanted to leave it on the right location. This is for the one in Carson city. On may 6th I had my final experience with this location after the so called "manager" was rudely snapping at me and an employee basically having a temper tantrum. I wasn't sure if she wasn't feeling good or maybe high since her eyes were blood shot red but there's no excuse for anyone's customer service to be that bad. Everything was fine up until we ordered our drinks. Midway through the wait, a worker come out face red gagging about a smell coming from the back. We ignored it at first then the gagging and nose covering continued as their bringing out things from the back to put into our smoothies. That was a little disconcerting...then as the worker is walking in and out still talking about the smell...that made us really weary about drinking our smoothies. Staff does not know customer service. Waited patiently for staff to call and ask boss for 30-45 minutes trying to figure out how to ring out my order on a gift card that showed a balance. Was told gift card balances don't expire, yet I couldn't use it despite it being able to be looked up on kevajuice.com. Was told there was nothing they could do, did not offer any other options. The smoothies are good! But the service is AMAZING!!!!! We go out of our way just to stop here because they are always super nice and efficient! My 2 year old has a thing for smoothie! And by "a thing" I mean obsessed! It is on her brain 100% of the time! So we are always on the look out for a smoothie place. One day on a trip to south lake, she was "asking" and by asking I mean screaming for a smoothie, we found keva in Carson and pulled in. Here I am holding a screaming toddler begging for a pink smoothie, the girl at the front doesn't even bat an eye, she pours me a sample of some random pink smoothie and hands it to toddler McScreamingFace. Instantly McScreamingFace transforms back into her bubbly self. The girl then has a long conversation with bubbly toddler about her favorite flavors. Then she whips up a creation just for bubbly toddler. Now that's customer service! I will go here anytime I'm in the area! I love the customer service! And the smoothies are good too! read more

Styrofoam cups?! Seriously?! No matter how tasty your drinks are the fact that you are serving them in styrofoam negates everything else.

I wanted to give them a try and it was a bad mistake. I ordered through Doordash and said to call me if they didn't have something I ordered. The delivery driver came with no pretzel and the drink I ordered and said to call the restaurant. And sadly the drink was not good to me at all. I called the place and they didn't have a reason as to why they didn't call me to tell me they didn't have the pretzel. Horrible service. I have been going here for a very long time and the service has gone way down. Constant staff turnover, constantly under staffed, and always out of stuff. The smoothies are never consistent anymore and the staff doesn't care or even offer to remake them. The basic items required to make a smoothie such a as milk and fruit are having to be substituted with other items because they're out. The owners/ managers really need to be in the shop making sure that the staff is properly trained on how to make the smoothies or remake them if there is a problem with them. Also should have some inventory system so they don't run out of basic necessities. Very disappointed! read more

The store was very dirty. Trash everywhere and counters were filthy. The woman who took my cash, used the same hands - no gloves - to pick up slices of bananas to throw into the blender. The smoothie I had was pretty good and I gotta say I loved how they combined a ton of fruit to give a cool flavor. Especially in summer it's nice to get a refreshing fruity drink. I decided to try this place after a recommendation however I LOVE Jamba Juice and I felt like a trader for going into Keva lol I'm sure others did too. The experience was terrible. It was rushed and very not so caring about a first time customer. It's extremely small and very uncomfortable at least for me. HONESTLY IF YOU LOVE JAMBA.. stick to Jamba. I have put up with a lot from this location, slow service, forgotten orders and employees socializing with their classmates at the counter. But today I am done and will never patronize this location again. In the midst of a pandemic they have a sign on the door requiring customers to wear masks. Fantastic! However, when I entered the store there was one young lady who was wearing her mask below her chin while I was in the store. Before I left, I asked another employee why the girl behind the counter was not wearing a mask. She said they are allowed to wear the mask over their mouth and it did not need to cover the nose. Well she must be a sucker fish because that mask was clearly below her mouth and covering her neck. Update...my faith in humanity is restored by a quick response from the owner. One washed pitchers, literally staring off into space while the other watched or played something on a tablet as the young attendant tried to take orders and make smoothies with no help. You're really mad when a vendor doesn't have supplies when 3/4 of the free world can't get anything from micro chips to lumber, and now apparently a specific ingredient! Yum! This was a great option for breakfast during our stay in Carson City. I tried both the Keva Kolada & an all-fruit strawberry banana one. The Kolada tasted like a pina colada & was excellent. The sizes are comparable to Jamba Juice but I think the prices here are a little more expensive. read more

I like it here! It's a great alternative to Jamba Juice. Yes, a bit pricier than Jamba, but taste wise, it is far superior to Jamba. Tahoe Blue is my favorite at the moment! Service is good as well, however they could be a little bit more sociable...but I get how tiring it must be to have to work alone and not feel like conversing with customers. I really WAS a regular customer here, but the rudeness I experienced on my last visit really turned me off to the whole store. I go in there at least twice a week, and occasionally I grab one for a coworker as well. When that happens, I pay card, and have cash from them. This gets credited as 2 transactions, and I used to get 2 points (you need 10 for a free smoothie, so it still takes forever). This last time, I tried to do what I always do. The new little blonde girl there though was very rude. I made my first transaction for my coworker in cash AND gave a generous tip. I made the second on card for myself, but when I tried to send my receipt to my phone she turned the I pad away from me and pushed "print receipt". We then got in a long argument and she told me that the policy was one point a day, even if I came in at 10am and again at 3pm. RIDICULOUS!! What is a point worth $0.60 at MOST?!? Awful. Cheap, lifeless, imitation health-juice stop. My "fresh juice" was bitter, tasteless veggie pulp. The "Acai Bowl" was a mediocre smoothie with 5 slices of banana and a handful of toasted (coconut?) flakes masquerading as "granola". The "Classic salted bagel" was literally doused in ocean water, and tossed in the great salt flats of Salt Lake City before served. Hungry? Keep on driving. read more
