Cute spot with great coffee and breakfast bites. The quinoa in the burrito is a great addition from a normal burrito, make sure to try it! Great friendly staff and quick service! Even grab your breakfast or lunch and walk across the street, cute little beach area with a picnic table!

Years later and still the best lox bagel I have ever had! Staff is always so friendly and it's a really great spot to grab a quick breakfast and have a great coffee. See you next trip!

What a perfect little spot to stop before heading up the mountain or out of town. Such nice guys behind the counter, it feels like a comfy neighborhood spot. We got the English muffin sandwich and breakfast burrito - delicious and melty, and they have some hot sauces you can add if you need!

5 stars -- A Soulful Start to the Morning at Peps Place I stumbled upon Pepe's Place this morning and WOW -- what a hidden gem! I grabbed the veggie breakfast burrito and took it down to the lake, and honestly... I don't know what fed me more: the view or the burrito. The wrap was packed with fluffy quinoa, roasted veggies, perfectly scrambled eggs, and just the right touch of seasoning. It felt nourishing without being heavy, and every bite had that "made with love" kind of taste. I'm a breakfast burrito snob, and this one totally delivered. Bonus points for being vegetarian-friendly and lake-picnic approved. Pro tip: grab your burrito and take it to the water -- it's pure Tahoe magic. Pepe's, I'll be back. Probably tomorrow. - Grateful, hungry, and now very full

Great quick spot for breakfast or lunch. This was my second time in here over the years and the service is fast and great quality. Cute small spot across from the beach makes it feel so homey and welcoming! The food was also wonderful! I got the bagel sandwich with egg added and my husband got the breakfast croissant and both were so yummy. I also got a small chai latte with oat milk and it hit the spot. Definitely recommend stopping in whether it's to stay and eat there or grab to go! Enjoy!

Yay, I finally got to try Pep's Place for some takeout breakfast and it did not disappoint. I got the English Muffin breakfast sando and made it vegetarian (no bacon). It came with scrambled eggs, cheese, avocado, butter lettuce & tomato for $11, which is a fair price even w/o the bacon. My only suggestion is that it could use some sort of signature sauce & more seasoning, but I was able to do that at home & it was perfect. My husband's lunch sandwich (Roast Beef $16) was a little pricier than anticipated, but the portion size was pretty big, so I still think you are getting a decent deal here. I can't wait to come back and try some of their other veggie options. The BBQ Roasted Veggie Sandwich sounds amazing!

Grabbed a bagel sandwich and oat milk latte from Peps both mornings I was in town (Friday and Saturday). Not only were they super pleasant and kind when I placed my order over the phone but they were super fast and got my order right each time. My bf got an everything bagel with butter and heavy cream cheese and they def understood the assignment with the cream cheese. Also, all ingredients in my bagel sandwich were nice and fresh and it was so yummy!! FYI, they have plain and everything bagels for you to choose from. I will absolutely be back to dine in one of these days. Great gran and go breakfast with a smile. Can't go wrong. See you guys again soon!

    Salmon lox everything bagel

Went here on a morning for a quick breakfast and it was so good! Food(5/5): I got the lox everything bagel and they didn't skimp on the salmon it was really filling and tasty. One of the best lox bagels I've had. Service(5/5): service was really friendly and welcoming, I noticed they sometimes also bring you your order to where you're sitting which is really nice. Ambiance(5/5): I recommend sitting near the windows, it has some view of Lake Tahoe and it's nice while you enjoy breakfast with your friends or family.

The steak was a little too chewy and tough for my taste, but overall good flavor. I loved the wild rice pilaf side! - lemonade and sierra sunburn: both really fresh and seemed like they were made from fresh lemons! the raspberry in the sunburn was great The lighting was warm and the lights were really overhead. The benches were comfortable and not cold to sit on, and overall nice, clean, comfy environment. Service was really friendly and apologized that the drinks menu didn't have dairy-free options for some of the drinks with dairy, overall really attentive and engaging. We met some longtime friends for dinner last night and it was relaxing and tasty! We started off with some robust drinks and apps! Ahi Napolean was the highlight with the BBQ/Spicy prawns coming in a close second. Three of us ordered the Lemongrass Ginger Brick Chicken and it was tender and juicy with just the right amount of Asian spices. We all raved YUMMY!! My wife had the Rack of Lamb which she enjoyed and I got to sneak a couple of bites...tender tasty. My friend's son had the Grilled Ribeye which was massive and oozing with juice. The Finale! Dessert is never an option with my Sicilian taste buds so Tiramisu and Pistachio Cheese Cake sedated and cleansed our palates! The overall dining experience was good as we sat outside on the patio with a perfect evening and no bugs in site! It was fairly busy and the servers were definitely having to add a couple of steps in their service. It's a beautiful spot almost on the lake and if you're a golfer, Old Brockway GC is a stunner and has some great history to go along with the perfect greens. Enjoy!

My husband and son got the burger which was boring, and my youngest wanted pasta with butter and marinara. The kids menu was confusing and we assumed it came with a side so we asked for veggies. When the bill came, we got charged $2 for the marinara and $7.50 for a side of veggies (2 pieces of cauliflower, 2 slices of squash and 1 broccolini). So his $10 kids meal ended up costing me $19.50. On top of that the hostess was incredibly rude.

We went on a crowded summer Thursday night at 6:15 - without resys, and were able to be seated on a two seat bar top table. Not recommending you do that - call early in the day to make a reservation. Not a lot of table room on the bar top, but you'll enjoy it as you play chess with your glasses and dishes - come on, have some fun with your food! And don't forget, this is pizza - enjoy the ambiance, the locals, the summer set, and the families. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and our waitress was very attentive and made the rounds at the perfect time for refills. In a busy place, that is a monetarily rewarded skill! We ordered Jones bottled root beer - real sugar, strong root beer flavor - very nice. Your choice of crust can include GF, or the "regular" light, thin, lovely dough or "D" it up for Detroit style. If you're a mushroom and white sauce fan, Craft Mushroom is a meld of a silky white sauce and Gruyère, roasted maitake mushrooms, caramelized onion, roasted garlic, and a beautiful balsamic reduction that does not bite - but you will! The Vodka Pie had a smooth vodka sauce which paired so well with the sweet Italian sausage and spicy sausage - it's really nice when the sauce does not hijack the pizza but supports the main ingredients.
